We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with Gleason Roofing. They removed the deteriorated foam coating on our flat roof and put a new layer of foam and sealant on the roof. All the tiles were removed to remove the underlying paper which was all replaced, new flashing, rotted boards, and other repairs were made before the tile was replaced. A number of safety improvements were made without asking. The entire project was completed in a timely manner, including cleanup, and the onsite supervisors communicated frequently on the status. All personnel we interacted with were courteous and a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend Gleason Roofing for any individual, HOA, or corporate roofing repairs!

I recently had a frustrating experience with this company that I feel compelled to share.

It all started when one of their employees was driving a truck on the road, and a roof shingle flew out of the bed, striking my vehicle. To my shock, I discovered that the driver was not only unlicensed but also driving without insurance. This was the beginning of a series of headaches that I never anticipated.

After the incident, I attempted to reach out to the company multiple times to discuss the damage and seek some form of resolution. However, my efforts were met with complete silence. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that shows such a blatant disregard for responsibility and accountability. I expected at least an acknowledgment of the situation, but they failed to respond to my calls and emails, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.

To compound the issue, when I contacted the driver’s personal insurance to inquire about coverage for the damage, I was informed that there was no coverage at all. This left me in a difficult position, having to cover the repair costs out of my own pocket while the company that caused the damage remained unresponsive and indifferent.

Overall, my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. Their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and negligence in ensuring their employees are properly licensed and insured reflect a troubling disregard for their clients and the community. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. There are many companies out there that take responsibility and value their customers—this is not one of them.

Owner Josh was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and we will be referring him to all our friends and family!

Julia did a whole needful job fully on inspecting our entire roof and provided photos and then emailed a very competitve offer for immediate service and repair that following week. Julia then went inspected the quality of the carpet moletion of the work and provided us with new photos of their professional repair and promise of exactly what will get done right. Thank you and will refer Gleason Roofing to all of my neighbors, friends and family.

We were in a very tight situation with both my brother and I in two different states while home is located in AZ. Roofing repairs were needed ASAP. Gleason Roofing, LLC came through with more than flying colors. Julia was beyond helpful with answering many questions via email and phone. Josh, who did the roof repair, did an amazing job and he made sure it was completed in our tight timeframe. This company was truly a lifesaver for us! Many thanks to all of them!

The Gleason employees did an awesome job on replacing our roof.
We had storm damage from August 2023 storm & could not get any help from insurance company, & roofing companies who stop by would talk a good game & try to get my significant other to sign up. But as time, weeks, months went by I finally got tired of them running his credit & him taking the hits which hurt his credit. Me, no filter let them all known how/what I think of their so-called help/promises. But Gleason guys were here early in the morning, got right to work & were finished by the afternoon,. They did any awesome job, love or roof, guys were very professional, they they cleaned up all the debris, let me know what was happening & what happens next.

Wow! This company has it going on. Their work is way above standard in every way. All of the men that comprise the “crew” are personable, professional, knowledgeable of their trade, and courteous. Of course all of the above was due to Josh Harding, co-owner of Gleason Roofing. He was the Project Foreman for the roof repair they did for us. He was very watchful of the crew’s work and was kind enough to stop and explain to my daughter and I exactly what they were doing. He was on hand when the rafters were being replaced and made sure they were placed properly before he had to leave for another job. He left the crew in charge to finish the job, which they did, in record time. They cleaned up all of the debris from their work and let us know when they were finished and ready to leave. The roof looks fantastic and I don’t think anyone could have done a better job.

There was one small accident while they were here doing their repairs. When the crew was unloading the rafters from their truck, carrying them to the roof, one of them accidentally hit our mailbox/street light pole and broke the whole light assembly off. When we noticed what had happened, I immediately contacted Josh. He was very quick to schedule a day for the crew to come back down and repair and replace the light fixture and the automatic light sensor. Josh had
scheduled the repair for the following Tuesday at 9 A.M., however he had a job cancellation on Saturday, so he sent the crew down at 9 A.M. on Saturday and they arrived right on time. They worked in triple digit temperatures for several hours, stopping only to drive to the Home Depot in South Tucson to purchase the new light fixture and the light sensor. They got it all installed and working correctly, cleaned up their debris and told us goodbye.

I cannot say enough about Josh and his crew of men. The men appear to respect Josh and his leadership. Thank you Gleason Roofing and Josh Harding and crew for a superior job which went above and beyond the expected work.

I needed roof installation do some damage and by the time this company where contacted, they where super professional, getting back to me on time, awesome workers and get my place right and better then how it was. Totally recommend.

I'm not a customer. I will NEVER be a customer. They did my neighbor's roof and not only did they enter my yard without permission, they left my gate open for my dogs to potentially escape (not once... Not twice... THREE TIMES) and they moved every piece of my patio furniture, did not put it back, and I have found pieces of roof sharp enough to hurt my dogs or my son in my yard after they left.

I admit I don't speak great Spanish but this is all after I used Google translate to ask them very nicely to close the gate and clean up after themselves including putting the patio furniture back. So there was no lack of understanding of what I needed.

Unprofessional, trespassing, poor communication, would not recommend.

Owners should be ashamed.

I have concerns about my roof being installed during rainy weather. Company did not return my concerns at this time. Time will tell with the way it was done if my home exposed to the elements will develop any issues. Will update once a final resolution or guarantee is given to me by the contractor.

Gleason did an outstanding job with a full roof installation and extra repair to an existing problem. They showed up when they said they would and worked quickly to complete the job to my satisfaction. I highly recommend.

Gleason Roofing was an amazing company to work with. They were able to provide an estimate and complete the work (roof replacement) within one week of me calling. Josh was responsive, helpful and the team was on-time. The install team was able to complete the work in less than a day and cleaned up after they were done. If we ever need roof work again we won't hesitate to call Gleason Roofing and Josh for their services.

Gleason roofing was hired by my solar installation company to fix the damage to siding by their electrician. Their service was the most Hassel free part of this project. I appreciated the communication they provided, and they did a beautiful job on the repair! The team was professional and friendly.

Did a great on time removal of the old roofing and installed a new roof with solar fans. Took less than two days for a 3200 sq. ft. home. Thanks!

Gleason Roofing’s free inspection and estimate went on time and professional. When they returned for the work they replaced broken tiles, cleaned valleys of leaves and debris, added sealant where it had begin to dry and come loose, and nailed down trim tiles that had worked loose over time. They showed me pictures of all the work done. Initially they were only here 45 min. and about to leave when I reminded them about the nails and caulk. After consulting with their boss they went back up and finished. It is a flat tile roof on a 23 year old home. Total work done in about 1:15 minutes and charged $600.00 + -. A Fair price, I think, if the caulk used was the right kind, which I’m not sure of. I am fairly confident they did a good job, considering I know nothing about roofing.

In today's world, good service has become wishful thinking. Then we worked with Josh @ Gleason Roofing and now we know good service is still there. Josh was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. His workers were fast and efficient. They cleaned the jobsite clean each day, even using a magnetic roller to pickup nails. Ashley, the office manager was a true gem. They went the distance from Tempe to Overgaard.

Spanish speaking crew was professional, capable & courteous. Project Manager (PM) visited site and inspected completed work as a means to Trust but Verify >:o) - The PM personally cleaned oil stains work truck left in driveway ! Great CUSTOMER SERVICE.
