We had an unfortunate mistake at our property where the wrong adhesive was sprayed on the front of our brick home by M&T Exteriors to try and stop a leak entering our home. Despite the mistake, Tommy stood by his work and he hired a brick cleaning company to fix the mistake. Also, Tommy personally came out and cleaned our windows where the adhesive could not be removed by normal cleaning materials. Tommy owned up to the mistake made by one of his employees and made sure the job was completed correctly. I applaud him and Mary Lynn for “doing the right thing” and fixing the problem. M&T is a company you can trust and they do very good work. Mistakes happen and you just fix them and move on. Job well done!

We had M & T Exteriors replace the roof on our house. Their quote was reasonable and we are very satisfied with the work that was done by their crew. Matt was really communicative throughout the whole process. He even dropped off a replacement window well the next day when ours had apparently gotten damaged during the work.
I would dock a half star if I could due to a minor issue. We were told they would sweep around with a magnet to pick up loose nails afterwards. It would seem that a few spots were missed, as we found a significant number in a small area of yard in front of our door. Luckily our neighbor had a magnet we used to clean it up.
All things considered we are happy with the work that was done, our roof looks great.

Tommy was always very fast to respond, he was able to schedule us quickly, and he gave a very thorough overview of the work that needed to be done. We felt his assessments were very honest - he is a 'straight shooter'.
We had a few small repairs done by this company and are very happy with the work; they really did go above and beyond in helping us out. When it comes time in the near future to replace our entire roof, we will absolutely be giving them a call!

Prompt and reliable service. Great followup on details. Left the job site clean. Keep me informed of each stage of the job and documented with pictures.

It's not often you get more than you expected in the service world today but in the case of M & T Exteriors That's exactly what you get. I needed some work done on a section of my roof. I got 2 other quotes that were outrageous and I feared they would not do a good job.
I called M & T Exteriors, Tommy came out and quoted me on the job and explained exactly what needed to be done. He price was great and the work was better. Several times during the job the workers asked me to come out and see their progress. The job was done on time as promised and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend to anyone looking for roofing work. GREAT JOB!

Both office and crew were very helpful and professional. Job completed on time, on budget, and done beautifully.
