We originally had our roof checked out by another roofer after a big hail storm. Our insurance denied us because that roofer wasn’t knowledgeable enough to fight for us! Then we were introduced to Anthony at Expert Roofing through our friend/realtor Chris Wallace. Our roof was 27 years old and there was literally nothing left of it - hail damage galore. Working with Anthony was a breeze. He was personable, quick to respond, and knowledgeable about the entire process. Our new roof looks amazing and best part, from contract signing to the finish line was less than a week - all an an amazing/competitve price! Very happy customer.

Expert roofing is very recommend. I got a new roof about 2 years ago, but I recently noticed some animal damage in a corner of the roof. I messaged Sebastian for guidance on what to do and to my surprise he said that they would come out and fix it for free because I was still under warranty. I have since limited the animal access and they fixed the roof last week, so I hope my problem won’t happen again…
This is why it is very important to keep the left over shingles that you get when they finish the job. Thanks again Expert!

My work was limited to gutter replacement, but the employees did a great job and their work is excellent. He kept me up-to-date and informed of all activities and--in my opinion--went above and beyond my expectations.

Austin is fantastic! I’ve used Austin with Expert Roofing several times! I’ve referred him to others as well because he’s so honest with all of my clients. If they don’t need something done he tells them just that and just asks that they call him in the future if and when they do need work! I’ve called him for emergency roof inspections and he’s there in no time at all! HIGHLY recommend Austin if you’re looking for honesty, hard work, and super fair pricing!

Something is off that this company only has 5-star reviews. Everyone I’ve spoken with who has used them (including us) had awful experiences. Just about everything that could go wrong did, including a leak that was discovered 18 months later and filled our entire ceiling with mold. Even the repair guys said they do multiple fixes for this company every week and they would never use them. Avoid yourself years worth of trouble and look elsewhere.

Jon is the best! I needed a repair to my siding after one of the storms that came through the area and he came out to take pictures same day and scheduled the repair the following day. All fixed!

We could not be more happier with Kyle as he has been like our guardian angel!! Kyle has been very honest with us from the start when he first came out to inspect our roof and stands behind what he says. He offered some good suggestions and when we wanted to add an upgrade at the last minute there was no issues and he made the change without hesitation.
His crew took the time to clean up everything when they were finished and Kyle even came back out the next day to go over the yard again to look for and pick up any nails that were missed. That was a big concern for us as we have a dog and lots of dog walkers in our neighborhood. You don't see many companies now a days that have employees like Kyle who really care about their customers. We highly recommend working with Kyle and his team!

We had several estimates for our roof and skylights replacement and Expert Roofing was the most reasonable, and thorough, of them all. Had a leaking roof and as a first time home owner we weren't sure what to do. Steve was very knowledgeable about the process and the steps we needed to take. He came out and met with the insurance inspector to talk with them about the repairs needed. Once we had everything set with the insurance Steve came out with examples for shingles and talked us through all the repairs that were needed and the time line. On the start day for the repairs we were told the team would be here to start the roof between 7 and 8 and they were here at 7 on the dot! Very impressed with their punctuality! The crew was very courteous and worked efficiently. They had our whole roof done in a day! They did a great job cleaning up after the project was done. Without the new roof, you would never know they were here. The whole team is great and we highly recommend them!!

Love the work of this company but especially Steven Giltz. Recommended by a friend after he did some great work on this roof in Addison about 2 years ago. I recently bought my home and feared the winds did some damage. Steve came out on time and as he said he would. I was working from home so he mentioned that he would inspect the roof and we talk as soon as I finished one of my meetings. My meeting ran a little long but he waited and continued to inspect all areas of the home including siding and gutters. Steve really took his time worked on the next steps we need to take and was extremely knowledgeable about everything not just roofs. I would recommend Expert Roofing and Steven Giltz to all friends and family moving. Batting 2 for 2 so far.

We have just had our roof replaced by Expert Roofing last week. Priscilla Jara has been our sales person. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Priscilla has been amazing. She has been on top of the project the entire time. She is responsive, proactive and dedicated to the job being done flawlessly. The crew that worked on the roof was very professional. They worked long hours to get the roof done as quickly as possible. They cleaned the debris from the old roof very thoroughly and left no trace of it.

We also had skylights replaced. That process went equally as well as the roof.

We had an initial inspection from a separate company after we noticed water damage on a ceiling. After finding out there was decent damage to our roof, we reached out to Expert Roofing. Allen Beebe came out after looking at the roof and was professional and friendly immediately. The initial plan was to just do a small repair, but when he saw the pictures from inside of the attic with damage, he went so far as to come back later that same day and do an inspection himself. Him and Austin Schuring determined our roof was in need of a full replacement, rather than just a repair. They were both excellent at getting the initial inspection set up. Unfortunately the initial inspector appeared to agree with them that the roof was in bad shape, but said something entirely different when he submitted his report, resulting in them saying we would get about $1,000 worth of repairs only. Allen and Austin were not satisfied with this because they knew the condition of the roof, so they worked with our insurance company and fought for a re-inspection. This time the insurance adjuster and the inspector came out together, along with Allen and Austin, and they were able to get the full roof replacement approved by our insurance company. Their dedication to this project, the level of communication they provided, and the professional nature with which they worked was unparalleled. I cannot recommend this company enough, but more importantly Allen and Austin are the highlights of this company, hands down. It is so clear that they really are experts in their field and we are so thankful that we worked with them. Highly recommend Expert roofing, but I even more so recommend you ask to work with Allen and Austin.

Zach was both professional and very effective in repairing my roof in a timely fashion. He was always available for any questions and he kept communication during and followed up to make sure it was completed to my liking. A few other companies i sought after before were taking weeks(one even months) to get back to me..and every rainfall meant more damages to my home. After reaching out to Zach and telling him the severity, he was able to come out immediately. After analyzing my roof and making a few appointments later, and he and his team completed a new roof in just a few hours. To be noted the quality of my new roof is much, much better than what I previously had before.

I called Expert Roofing for gutters for my house. Austin and Reanna were very quick to come out and give me a quote per my request. If I could give Sebastian 6 stars I would. I made a post on Facebook about getting an inspection done on my roof and Sebastian was one of the first people to reach out to me offering a free inspection. I was hesitant at first, but after meeting him, he made me feel comfortable with the process. After a month of going back and forth with insurance, Sebastian was able to get my roof approved and was able to get me upgraded shingles (Owen's corning) for no additional cost. My house looks amazing. Even my neighbors were amazed at the quality of work sebastian did! He provided peace of mind and made it easy for me to do business with him and worked with my busy schedule as an essential worker. I Highly recommend expert roofing! Save your money from hiring other overpriced companies that just send subcontractors to you. Sebastian does the work well and is accomodating. Kudos!

After hail damage last spring, we were somewhat hesitant to go with a company knocking on doors in the neighborhood, but it turned out to be a good experience. Carl was professional, courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The crew replaced our roof and installed new siding and we were impressed with their attention to detail. We are very satisfied with the results.

We had Expert Roofing replace all 28 windows of our house in Renaux Manor, St. Charles. We went to Erik Spychalski at E.R. upon the advice of neighbors that had E.R. replace their windows, and we are thrilled with the windows we now have, the work quality and ethic of the installers, and the professionalism of Erik throughout the process. Rotted wood was replaced where needed, and we had aluminum trim replaced where needed. If asked, I will highly recommend Expert Roofing (and Erik!). We now have a casement window at his recommendation over our kitchen sink - love it - no longer need to lean across the counter to open/close, just crank it! And our large front curved window/bay window is amazing. Thanks!

Steve Miletic came out and did a free roof and siding inspection for us. It was such a relief to hear that our home was in a good state and didn’t warrant the need for work right now. It is nice to have an honest person not trying to up sell you on unnecessary work. I highly recommend and will definitely be reaching out when we are ready to have work done.

Our sale rep Periscilla was the best! Walked us through everything did an awesome job. Any issues she was all over it. The only reason Im not giving them 5 star is that the billing office is rude and was not able to get the billing straight without her doing it for them. The roofers are awesome and clean up so well afterwards. I definitely recommend them just double check your bill.
