I am writing to express our appreciation for the outstanding work John Fox from Mr. Handyman performed in installing two handrails at our home. He took the time to listen carefully to our needs and provided thoughtful, practical recommendations that greatly enhanced the final outcome.

We are very pleased with both the quality of his workmanship and his professionalism throughout the project.

Price is too high.
I contacted and handyman came to install weather strip for 2 doors and explaining the issue killed an hr and he went to store to get material another hr gone. Working on doors 3hrs gone and other patio door discussed to place online as nothing available in store. But removed the door and nothing performed put in back. Another 1.5 hrs gone.
Totally I paid $700+ for weather strip change for two doors. Literally I could have done by my own. Waste of my money.

I have used Mr. Handyman for almost a dozen projects in my Geneva home. The staff is knowlwdgeable, the get it done right the first time and Al is always able to schedule around my timeline. Outstanding.

Scott did a great job with both of our repairs - one was complex relating to glueing a cabinet face back on our mini frig. He was efficient, communicated everything to us and we will use Mr Handyman for any of our needs moving forward.

Great service from both service men- we had two calls in the last month. And one of them live in our community, Outstanding !

Our technician John was very good. He quickly fixed our door and installed a new lock. Communication the day of was very good and we will definitely use Mr. Handy Man again.

The work was to add a bird deterrent screening to the underside of the roof of my pavilion.

Jim arrived on time and was helpful in pointing out options for the work to be completed. After finishing the first step he had me look to make sure I was ok before proceeding with the rest of the work.

The service tech came early and had all of the parts needed to complete the job. Pricing was extremely reasonably and service tech was super friendly and informative. I’d definitely use this service again.

I worked with John for a full day. John was able to build exactly what I had envisioned. Beautiful job and great cleanup.

First time customer and the communication was excellent and the handyman was not only great but he too communicated every step of the way. I had three separate items and all done well.

The service was fast, clear, and good. I appreciated the friendiness and the clarity of all the explanations and recommendations I received

Person does not show up within an hour of the arranged appointment and no calls were made to alert me. The repair person did not come prepared with the necessary tools even though the work requested was clearly defined. Repair person took offense when I pointed out that the magnet board being hung was not level because he did not use a level (off about an 1"). Repair person tried to over charge me.
These type of situations have occurred twice so I have learned my lesson - go somewhere else.

Bernard was very outgoing, knowledgeable, thorough and cooperative. There was damage done to a trim piece of siding which he told me he would take care of and repair. I was also told I would receive a detailed receipt for what was charged for the job.It has been over three weeks since the initial job was completed but I am still waiting for the items mentioned and promised to be taken care of to be completed.

John Fox is the guy! He has been to my home on several different occasions helping and doing different jobs for us, and is just an amazing talent and worker. So kind and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things are just right. I’m so happy with this company and their staff as well. Many many thanks to John Fox. Such a great guy, does the job and does it spot on. So glad that I called this company. Appreciate everyone that I speak to on the phone as well - Ben and Ale and amazing too. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent, timely, professional repairs to my large elevated deck.

I had an unusual situation in which a severe wind gust had knocked my big cushion bin into my deck railing, which broke in a few places and blew off around most of my elevated deck.

Al was very quick and responsive in sending out John to inspect the situation. John is smart and obviously has a ton of expertise figuring out problems and solutions. He pointed out that the railing had only been attached originally with short screws and small nails. He quickly came up with a restoration and repair plan and gave me a ballpark estimate. Al called quickly with a final estimate and clarified a few questions.

John came back the next day with two other experienced guys. They did a terrific job, including new stain. They did the job well under their "not to exceed" quote, pretty close to John's initial onsite estimate. I feel the cost was reasonable, especially in light of the level of expertise required to diagnose my problem and develop a solution, and also considering how quick and responsive they were.

Al and John share a funny sense of humor; prepare for some sarcasm and wisecracks, but realize it's just seasoned dudes having fun with their jobs while delivering honest high quality professional results.

John was my repairman and he did great job replacing a section of rotted fascia on my roof. Done quickly and explained all my options.

We called on a Monday they came out on Tuesday, on time, very professional. Evaluated our situation and finished in a timely fashion, cleaning up as he went, excellent service and work.

Hired Mr. Handyman to install a number of grab bars and safety items at my Dad’s house. Bernard was wonderful during the estimate visit and throughout the install as well - very professional, great communication and real quality install work.

Mr. Handyman of Naperville is a great resource to have to take care of any project big or small. They sent Bernard to fix an electrical issue on the same day I called them. It look him one hour to fix it and the price was less expensive than other people that we have used in the past. Great company!

I had an electrical project and called MRHN and was able to set up a time very quickly. Bernie showed up and was excellent. Very professional, asked a couple clarification questions and got right to work and was done in no time. The price was well worth it and I will definitely use MRHN on future home projects. Many handymen I called don’t want to take on small projects or drag things out to juice up the invoice but that was not my experience with MRNH. I got a quality repair job for a fair price.

Great service from start to finish. A person, Ben, answered the phone and gave me great service right away. I had to call back with more info a couple if days later and spoke to Ben again. Great service on the second call as well. Pleasant, helpful and professional. He sent Scott to repair my drywall and floor. It was not a huge job but it did have some unusual challenges. Scott managed it all perfectly! The work was done the way I needed it done, he talked to me about what he was doing and let me know if there were options at each step of the process. He was on time and left my place clean when he was done. I have been looking for this level of service for years. I have no doubt that I will turn to Mr. Handyman of Naperville again when I need home repairs.

Oh my gosh, I cannot express enough how very thankful I am for such a skilled and friendly person! During our visit my handyman, Bernard, found and showed me fire hazards with my electrical setup and solved the issues, while also fixing my backsplash and making all look sooOOOoooo very nice! Raymond arrived on time and did an awesome job putting in new ceiling fans with 1 replacing an old fan and the other replacing a light fixture. They look and function great! He provided some additional options to consider for new switches, which I will definitely be doing. He was also willing to take a look at a couple other projects I need done. I plan to have him back in the near future to work on those. I’d highly recommend Mr Handyman. They’re friendly, timely, skilled, and cost effective.
