We had our roof replaced and decided to replace the roof gutters and downspouts - upgrading to a 5” gutter and downspout to allow for more water flow and less chance of obstructions.

The rep Matt met with me as we walked around the house reviewing the gutters. At first, we were going to just remove and reattach the same as the roof was an insurance claim.

After discussing with Matt and him taking the time to educate me, it was a ‘no brained’ to have everything replaced.

Matt was Professional - Responsive - Communicative, all I could ask for our decision to go with M&T Exteriors made easy. MaryLynn was all of the above as well as she provided us the proposal and handled the follow thru paperwork in a very timely and courteous manner.

Their field foreman Chris and his team were everything Matt presented - Knowledgeable, Neat and Proficient completing all Matt and I discussed in a timely manner.

Very Happy and Satisfied - Highly recommend M&T Exteriors (Matt, MaryLynn, Chris & his team) for their services they provide.

We had 2 skylights replaced by M&T Extetiors. Matt did a great job overseeing the job from beginning to end and he was very knowledgeable. Everyone involved was professional, courteous, clean, and quick. We highly recommend M&T Exteriors. Their work is truly superior. We look forward to doing business with them in the future! I have contracted with them to replace 5 roofs in my complex over the past 2 years. Their spec for roofing is the benchmark all other roofing contracts should be compared to, i.e. 6 feet of Ice & Water shield, GAF shingles and a 10 year labor warranty.

I had an issue with one of the buildings that was recently completed and Tom stepped up and rectified the situation.

M&T Exteriors is a first rate roofing contractor. Not only was the project completed ahead of schedule and right on budget but the installing crews were professional courteous. M&T Exteriors follows all safety protocols required of roofing contractors and in many cases exceeds those requirements. Tommy and MaryLynn were always available for questions and a pleasure to talk with. The landlords requirements for bidding and operating the project are very ridged and complex, Tommy was always willing to modify and conform to those requirements.
