Gary really helped us out and didn't charge anything. It had been 10 years since our roof was done. I would Highly recommend them.

I had a company called king roofing stop by and asked to look At my roof for storm damage . He said multiple houses in my area had hail damage. They looked at my roof and told me I needed a new roof and immediately asked me to sign a contract. I asked that they come back the next day to meet again while my husband was home. The company king roofing never returned . I called Mr. Roof to come look at my roof to see if I needed a new roof . Mr Roof sent Noah out .. he looked at all my roofs on both my house and garage and informed me I did not need a roof or do I have any damage . I appreciate the honesty of this company where the other was a big scam . Thank you so much Mr. Roof .. you will be my go to roofing company ! Definitely recommend Mr. Roof

We have nothing but good things to say about Gary. He answered all our questions and listened to our concerns. He worked great with the insurance company to help make sure we got what we needed. There were several hiccups throughout working with Mr. Roof (hence the not 5 stars) but at the end of the day we are pleased with how our new roof & siding looks.

Gary came to our home and did a fabulous job on fixing the roof repair. Very pleased with the work and time spent. Will recommend Gary on coming back to my home, very dependable and honest.

After a storm that caused hail damage on march 15, 2025, a representative of Mr. Roof came over knocking on doors and neighborhood to my door. I have two properties and they inspected both properties. Red representative was very friendly on that day but the moment that the insurance needed documentation provided, they ghosted me. I’ve been waiting since then and today is May 30, 2025 with still no response. I’ve tried calling and texting the representative and no response.

While work quality is excellent and exceeded expectations, it was quite difficult to get updates on scheduling the work.

The lack of communication from administration made it impossible to get updates on our installation status even after multiple calls and text messages to our sales adjuster. I had to call into the main office and leave message stating it had been over 5 weeks since our contract was signed without any work being scheduled for a front desk worker to call us back with next available slot a week and a half later.

Once work was performed, post-installation inspection and quality control was also completed, which I highly appreciated. Again, end results was worth it, but be prepared to wait nearly 2 months before your roof is fixed.

Tis is our 2nd time using Mr. ROOF and the experience was superior to the other companies we contacted. The product and labor warranty on their best shingle is unmatched in the business. Joey reminded me after our final review of the ways to maintain our warranty and made sure that if we had any needs in the future, we would be taken care of promptly. Thank you Mr. ROOF!

5 stars for Noah who showed up to inspect my roof today. I was actually late coming back home to meet him and he graciously waited a bit longer for me. He was very patient and listened to all my concerns and also walked around the house with me as we looked at the potential issue. He was professional, respectful and showed me the pictures from the drone he used to look at the roof. Thank you for your honesty, Noah! Excellent customer service and I would recommend to all my neighbors!

I had their gutters installed and not even a week later everything was leaking in all sides of my house. For years the only solution has been to clean and un clog just to make sure it doesn't leak all around like its been doing since day one with the new gutters. I have all but given up on this company. You call for emergency service and don't even get anyone local. And good luck with a call back. A waist of money, a waist of time, and effort. Couldn't rate any lower than 1 but a compete disappointment. And let's now bring up the fact that a leak is gonna take 3 weeks to fix. Complete horrible company don't even see why places like this stay in business.

Gary Rogers was very informative. He patched a spotklspotlight 5v on our roof to stop leaks until we get a new roof. Gary shared several options and represented Mr Roof with professionalism. Update, Our new roof was just installed. Joey Herron and his crew were friendly and professional. Install was done quickly with no mess left behind.

Gary rogers was very professional and explained all details in depth. We had two leaks which he repaired after giving estimate. He gave a very honest and detailed explanation of what he found in his inspection with video and pictures. I will use Mr Roof for the the repairs or replacement. I was very pleased with the explanation of how the company operates and don't feel the need to get any other estimates.

Had Wesley do my inspection and Joey was the project manager for my roof and gutter installation. Both great at what they do.

A different company told me that the boot to a vent was the source of a leak. Gary came out and was able to diagnose it was actually a siding trim flaw. He took a pic and explained it clearly to me. He told me up front that the fix cost will be far below his minimum, so he installed a temporary fix until I could hire a siding company. Restored my faith in humanity. Next time i have a roof issue, I'm calling Gary first.

Gary was my consultant and I’d strongly recommend anyone looking for a repair on their roof- Gary’s YOUR GUY!!!! He made sure that I fully understood what needed to be done. He even repaired a small section on my roof when he came to do my estimate.

I got a new roof from Mr Roof, everybody was really nice and helpful, especially Joey Herron the project mgr and Joe Ritchie from Mr Roof, they get the job done fast and at a great price too, I strongly recommend them.

Came on time. Told me it was a simple fix and didn’t want to charge the minimum. Still patched my roof to give me some temporary relief while shopping around.

I called for a roof inspection after the last few storms as I had some siding come off the house. Gary came out and was awesome. He was timely, friendly, and even tacked the siding back for temp fix until we schedule for a permanent fix. I was highly satisfied with the experience and Gary on his visit.

I got an the initial inspection, quote, and new roof installed in a matter of a week. The information provided by Mr. Roof during the initial estimate was well laid out and easy to understand.

The project manager Joey and the team of roofers did an excellent job in the installation of the new roof, and it was all done in a single day. I don't write reviews often, but this was an easy 5 stars.

Called for a roof leak. Wesley was prompt in coming out and inspecting the roof. She discovered several places in the roof that were bad so they replaced the entire roof. Joey was the our project manager but the whole process was smooth from beginning to the end and the roof turned out great. Everyone and everything was handled professionally. I am very pleased with the outcome, how I was treated, the price, and the speed in which they were able to complete the roof! I would definitely recommend Mr Roof for all your roofing needs.

Adam Billings is amazing! Our roof due to a horrible insurance company took 2 years to release funds! Adam with Mr. Roof fought with the insurance company (Proctor) tooth and nail for 2 years to make our job happen! The final product was done in just hours and looks amazing! We could not have been more pleased with the impeccable service Adam gave us. Most outside sales reps would have given up on us years ago. I would recommend Mr Roof to anyone but especially if your insurance company throws up road blocks! The office staff And repair guys are great, but if you have to deal with anyone in sales you should probably go elsewhere. Never respond you basically have to harass them to even get a quote and when they do respond a month later you are still at the back of the line.

Wanted to shout out David Ray & Lonnie Roger’s on the amazing experience they gave to my parents. They both went above and beyond to give amazing customer service, good communication and understanding and explain everything perfect to my family. I really appreciate all Mr Roof has done for us and the workers as well need a shout out they made the roof look awesome. Will Definitely recommend Mr Roof to others. Great experience with Mr roof from beginning to end. Josh was very thorough and detailed for what options we needed for our roof replacement. They were able to schedule with us within 2 weeks, repair some damage from a leak and fully roof in one day. Project manager, Joey Herron, oversaw the crew day of and came back The day after for a final inspection inspection.

Josh Hall was great with fixing my gutters. Mr Roof have done prior projects with my roof and windows. I have used Mr Roof over the years and they have always provided great service with the upmost professionalism.

Adam was exceptional! He arrived at my residence at a time that was convenient to me and probably not to him. He was able to efficiently show me the roofing products available, what works best for me, and answered all the questions asked. He is fair, honest and actually cares about his customers, whether or not they proceed with a transaction. I did not in this case at this time, but will definitely call Adam at Mr. Roof when that time comes. There was no high pressure at all. He definitely wants the best for the customers than how much money can be made by him or his company! Definitely give Mr.Roof a call and ask for Adam if you are looking at roof replacement, gutters, siding, etc. You will not be disappointed!

I will not recommend Mr. Roof at all. Reason one one roofer fell Thur our bedroom ceiling early Friday morning where our pets where locked up In, we did not receive a call about this. I had to come home and find the mess in our bedroom. I work 5 minutes away and could have gotten the pets out of the room until the insulation was cleaned up. Reason 2 they do not communicate with the customer at all. We were told that if there was any extra decking that needed to be replaced, we would be called and notified we were not and they replaced the entire decking with out notifying. Reason three a one day job turned into a two day job then a three day job. Reason 4 they never cleaned up at the end of the day when we said we needed our yard cleaned up for pets to use the restroom. Where they put something down is where it stayed we had trash that was left on our neighbors property as well. Reason four they destroyed our newly planted landscaping. Reason five we were quoted a price if all the Decking was to be replaced. The sales person came back out a few days afterwards and told us a completely different price then tried to offer us a $300-$400 credit for all the crap that we had to deal with. To then just adjusting down to what we was originally gonna pay. He’s lucky I wasn’t inside the house at the time because I could tell it was just a ploy to offer no compensation for horrible experience we had to go Thur but make it seem like we was getting a deal and said plywood is $80 a sheet after looking up the price of plywood and it only being $15 a sheet ticks me off. Reason six they didn’t close off our old attic wall vents like they where supposed to do so now we have to wait to even see if that gets done at all and endure another day of dealing with them. Reason seven they never used the magnetic roller on our lawn to get all the nails up I’m still finding metal and nails. Reason eight they blocked all of our neighbors driveways and wouldn’t move. I’m only giving two starts instead of one because our roof does look nice but it was not worth the crap we had to deal with and the fact the sales man is/was a friend of ours. Reason 9 the crew was only supervised once’s early Friday morning and never seen the project manager but once when he came the next day to look at the hole in our ceiling and just keep reaping the same excuse over and over. They didn’t care that our pets could have gotten hurt because there was a hammer laying on the floor and they could have eaten the insulation. Our pets are our children they are not just animals to us and a company that doesn’t understand that will never have my business again. Go with a company that doesn’t sub contract out there workers we even had to tell them several times to take the old satellite dish off the roof. And I do not care what the response from the owner will be. Because it will be some lame excuse to make it look like they did there best or we didn’t do something. We where going to use them for when we need to replace our siding but we will never use MR.Roof again.

Mr. Roof in Louisville was amazing! We had a leak and some rotted wood and they fixed us up. They could only do it the week we were out of town. We got updates as the job progressed all the way through cleanup. When we got home I couldn’t even tell they were there. Adam Billings is an amazing rep and really made us feel at ease with the whole process. If you’re thinking about getting a new roof give Adam, and Mr. Roof a call! You won’t be disappointed!

We had a great experience with Mr. Roof. Process was easy. The staff was on time, provided updates and even when they got caught in the rain, they stayed after to finish the job. They cleaned up all the mess as well. I would highly recommend using them.

From our initial roof inspection to the finished product, we were very happy with our decision to use Mr Roof. Our consultant Joshua Hall was very friendly. He provided us with all of the roof options and explained the differences between all of them. He was even able to show us nail samples and shingle samples. We had estimates from other companies as well, and one of the consultants took measurements and then emailed us their roof options. There was no care given or product explanation from this other company. The time and attention Joshua provided to us was great! The customer service was also fantastic. They called us stating they had a cancellation and asked if we wanted to be placed on their schedule for the new open date that became available. They also advised that the roofers would be at our home between 6:30-7am. They showed up at 6:25am and were on the roof by 6:30, talk about being punctual! These roofers were such hard workers and we were very happy with their work. The project manager Joey was also great. He ensured the roof was up to par and was great with communication. Hopefully we will never need another roof, but if we do… 1-800-4MRROOF!

Mr. Roof was A+ in every respect. They dropped off the materials when they said they would; did the job when they said they would; and, sent someone by later to make sure I was happy. Highly recommended.

Had a new roof put on 5 years ago by this company. Roof had been damaged from wind but never leaked. After they replaced the roof it leaked. We had them out multiple times to fix the leak and was told each time that the problem was fixed. After the last time we didn't notice anymore leaks. However after a strong rain in high winds from an unusual direction we noticed a leak once again. I went to the attic to find it and to my surprise I could see daylight! I shoved a wire through the hole to find it up top and quickly discovered it was due to faulty workmanship. So my roof has been leaking for 5 years and wasn't noticeable until it rotted the wood out. Who knows what other damage has been done to my house in that time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

Won't let me give another review so I'll just add to this one. Now one year later from this occurrence, I now have shingles falling apart right behind my chimney. The last repair made by this company they replaced the flashing around the chimney, which would require lifting the shingles (keep this in mind). That flashing was supposed to have been replaced in the first place. Told on themselves when he told me that's what he did to "fix" the leak. Had them come out to look at it thinking maybe the shingles are defective. They tell me it's not manufacturer defect. It looks like someone was prying on the shingles and caused the damage. Told on themselves AGAIN. Gee I wonder who would have done that..... Now they say they won't cover it but they would be glad to sell me something. I bet you would be! Read the owner's response to my original review. Lies. They won't stand behind their workmanship. Unless you want to replace your roof every 6years, I would recommend finding a more competent company.

Mr Roof did a great job taking care of my roof replacement. They are honest, have good prices, and work cleanly and quickly. Lonnie did a good job walking through and explaining everything and answering any questions.

They completed the contracted work but would not recommend for the following reasons:

1) They left a mess. I had to go in the back yard and clean up after them

2) DISCUSS AND READ THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY! I had them replace gutter boards on my home and they never even mentioned that they wouldn't paint the wood until they were already doing the work. Christian, who initially met with me and wrote up the contract, NEVER ONCE brought up that it would be unpainted wood. So now I'm stuck having to hire someone else to come paint. Feels like a slimey way to get business if you ask me.

EDIT (After their response): The problem isn't that they didn't specialize in painting, it was that they didn't communicate at any point before performing the work, that painting wouldn't be part of the contract. If it was not intentional, I highly recommend communicating things that customers may not be aware of. I know that this has come up with more customers than just me because they told me themselves. I also was not offered the option that was mentioned in their response. Overall I was just very disappointed at the level of communication, and cannot recommend.

Joey Herron and his crew put a new roof on my patio April 17th, 2024. They did an excellent job, including cleanup once done. Should I ever need a new house roof, Mr.Roof will get the call.

I have to say this is my first time getting a roof fixed as a first time homeowner and this crew was amazing. Joey Herron is the project Manager and he has great customer service and he checked on his crew. Even after they were done he came back to check again to make sure things were in excellent shape. I am happy with their work and I would recommend Mr. Roof to anyone that want good quality work and done in good time.

What's more concerning is that they didn't attempt to locate the source of the leak, opting instead for a costly solution. Conversely, Roofing502, a company I later engaged with, swiftly identified and rectified the issue within 15 minutes of inspection. This discrepancy in approach highlights Mr. Roof's missed opportunity to provide more efficient and cost-effective solutions.

Despite their strong communication and professionalism, Mr. Roof's failure to address the root cause of the problem left me dissatisfied. In contrast, Roofing502's commitment to thorough diagnosis and fair pricing earned my trust and recommendation.

In summary, while Mr. Roof demonstrated commendable communication and professionalism, their approach to resolving roofing issues fell short. I highly recommend Roofing502 for their expertise, integrity, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

I had Mr. Roof replace my roof about 10 years ago, then I had them cover the trim around my house after that, they did a great job with both jobs. A few months ago my roof developed a minor leak, Josh Hall came out and evaluated the problem. Josh was attentive and professional, he was concerned about our issue and went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed. Great job!!!! I recommend Mr. Roof for roofing concerns, and if you can get Josh Hall you would not be disappointed.

Joey and Lonnie came out to evaluate our siding and made recommendations on repairs and a few temporary fixes to keep water from leaking through windows.

Mr Roof and Adam were fantastic to work with. Explained everything perfectly what was needed to get the job done. We talked to 2 other roofing companies as well as calling several more and Mr Roof was the best. It was a large project, 49 homes, and the roofs were on and completed in 8 days. The crews kept everything cleaned up the best they could in the terrible heat and when finished everything was put back the way it was. They are truly the easiest to work with.
