Wow! Nothing less than impressed by KRC Roofing’s Services! My roof has never looked better! Going to recommend to all of my friends who’ve had hail damage like myself!

Where do I begin? KRC “nailed” it from the beginning to end. When I initially called, Lilly on the phone helped me get set up and the KRC handymen took it from there. Now I have a new fabulous roof, and didn’t have to pay much out of pocket since KRC helped me figure how I could use my insurance. Thanks KRC!

Justin came out and was so knowledgable and professional. He worked with our insurance company to get the most money possible from the insurance company. We were able to get a beautiful new roof, our soffits, fascia, and windows wrapped, new gutters and gutter guards. The transformation to our home is unbelievably beautiful. There were a few delays in getting the project completed due to weather and some crew issues. But otherwise it was a great experience and they did very nice, quality work.

My roof had hail and wind damage from the storms in May and June of 2024. I reported the damage to my insurance company immediately. KRC was recommended to me by my insurance company. Justin demonstrated extraordinary patience with the various insurance adjusters that were sent out to examine the roof. Finally, my insurance company approved the new roof we requested in April 2025. I now have a new roof! Everyone that I worked with at KRC was professional and friendly. I highly recommend KRC for your roofing needs.

This in my book is AMAZING service. The work crew and leader were also fantastic and worked after dark to ensure the roof was replaced and fully functional in just 1 workday. KRC was the first company out of five that came by to provide a quote for me. Justin came out promptly and recommended that I file an insurance claim which was unexpected.

As I waited on the insurance adjuster, I had four over highly reviewed companies give me quotes. ALL of them told me that insurance would NOT cover this and to not waste my time (or theirs) with it. Due to this, I wasn't as optimistic as I once was and figured I'd have to pay out of pocket.

When the adjuster called to schedule, Justin came back to meet with him. To my surprise, they not only covered my house roof but my garage as well. KRC even threw in some free upgrades!

KRC provided an excellent experience for me and I highly recommend them to anyone. Their crew was extremely quick, did excellent work, and cleaned up everything afterwards. I've already referred them to several people.

Justin and Rob were great to work with! Justin inspected our roof and found there to be hail damage, they came back with a drone to fly over and identify all of the damage. We were able to submit a very detailed report to our insurance company which approved our claim no questions asked. The crew did a wonderful job and our new roof looks great! It is very rare I take the time to write a review, but my experience with KRC was exceptional from start to finish. Justin was my main contact and I could not have been more pleased with the service he provided. They were professional, prompt, and very patient in working through all the issues with my insurance company. The finished product looked great and really gave a new look to the home. I had to have my roof repaiared and some interior painting done due to damage caused by a storm. They were excellent. The team came out quickly and replaced the roof and the interior painting was excellent. I cannot believe how quick the service was. I am a customer for life. I cannot recommend them enough.

Rex not only made himself available to do some much needed work on my rental home in Louisville, he did an outstanding job making the necessary repairs. Rex identified the problems with the roof and offered a couple of options to fix them. I highly recommend Rex and his team for roof work.

KRC Roofing is one if the best roofing companies I have had the pleasure to work with. Rex and Rob came out to look at multiple commercial buildings for me and got the quotes over fast. During the process of working on my three building they took the time to work on other building we had issues with and never complained. They have went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the projects and answer any questions we have. We will definitely use them again for all projects going forward.

KRC was great to work with. They finished the job on time, exactly like they said. I have a dog, and I specifically asked about clearing the nails and scrap. The team did multiple passes cleaning, and really did a great job. I can't even tell they were there!!! I just worked with this company! Justin was very responsive, was able to come look at my roof the day I called! I was happy to find I wasn’t going to need a new roof, and there were things that could be done to repair some spots I was having issues with! Also got some gutter cleaning and guards installed! I couldn’t recommend KRC Roofing highly enough. Rex and Rob were thorough in their inspection, providing a detailed write-up for insurance along with on-roof and drone photos. They delivered on every step throughout the roof replacement/gutter repair/drywall repair. They took measures to protect our home from damage during the removal of the existing roof and left no trace of the mess when they were done with the job . A project manager was regularly at our home during the work and was easy to contact with any questions. Good guys, great work, I highly recommend.

I was given KRC’s phone number by my home builder on accident actually (they were trying to give me their contractors information and mixed up the company names) but I am so glad I was. I had been trying to get quotes for a small siding repair for over 6 months (including from my builders contractor) and either got crazy quotes or no response at all ! After reaching out only two days ago I am happy to say my repair was completed today! On time, cheaper than the other quotes I got, and very courteous service. Even though it was a small job I highly recommend Rex and crew! Thank you all!

They did an amazing job. They were done in a day and had everything cleaned up as if they were never here! I would definitely recommend!!

I had KRC replace my roof after a tornado took some of it off. They did a great job and the real work shows through 6 months later after we just had 70 mph winds for a full day that just tore roofs off of places around me. I was glad to come out and see not a single issue with our roof. We had other damage, but the roof was fine. I’m only writing this review now because I went to text the owner how well my roof held up to the storm and realized I never gave a review originally. Rex runs a good business and I won’t use anyone else as long as he’s in business. True review here.

Perfect experience!! Rex made the insurance claim (whole roof replacement, initially denied by insurance but Rex worked with them and got it overturned) and entire process as easy as it could possibly be. The roofers were fast and effective and cleaned up very very well when they were done. I would use them again- but with these amazing shingles I won’t need to unless I move! I would recommend to anyone!

After the last summer storm, we lost several shingles and needed a new roof! KRC Roofing and Construction did an excellent job! They were quick and neat. The workers were friendly and professional. The shingles were high quality and we got to choose the color and style we wanted. KRC provided excellent service and reasonable cost! I highly recommend them!

I had a very good experience. My insurance company was attempting to force me to replace my entire roof out of pocket within 1 month. Rex and his guys came out and inspected everything. They determined that repairs were needed but it was 1/8 of the cost of a completely new roof.

I previously used KRC Roofing for a deck roof remove/replace and they were fantastic, so it was a no brainer to call them when I incurred severe wind damages to my roof and gutter guards on my home. Rex was great to work with and assist in handling my insurance delays. Once the roof was approved by insurance, KRC Roofing’s crew removed my entire previous roof and gutter guards and replaced everything new all in one day and did a great job with cleanup as well! Strongly recommend their services for any roofing and construction needs.

KRC went above and beyond when my wife and I were purchasing a new home... From getting a quote, to assisting with the color shingles and following up after big storms to make sure the roof was holding up to our standards. I would highly recommend KRC, Rex and his team.

Krc came and took measurements and never followed up. It's been 2 weeks and still haven't heard a thing. No professionalism. No follow up. No accountability. Bad business point blank period. If you need a project completed.... Find Someone Else. I have never in my life encountered what I have here!!

The initial quote for commercial work took long to get, when I did get it I asked for specific changes via email, but still didn't get what I was asking to be quoted for. I called, texted and emailed but no further responses. I assume you guys were busy with easier and less-complex jobs, just wish I had known that before I invested all the time in coordinating requests - in the end, we missed our deadline for office renovations and went with someone else.
