Jack and his team did great! He inspected the house thoroughly in a timely manner and got back to my house within a week to start working! The roof was in dire need of repair, as well as some of the siding that he found through his inspection that I didn’t even know about. I put in for a roof replacement for our garage on yelp and Ethan was the first response I received. He was very professional and quick with his responses and coming out to give an estimation. Once we decided we wanted to go with him and Roof Troops, the job was scheduled and done within a few days. He would let us know each step and what to expect, he made the whole process less stressful. The crew showed and within 4 hours we had a new roof and it looked amazing. They did a great job! We would definitely use them again!!

Jack is a very knowledgeable young man who worked with me and the insurance adjusters to get what I needed. In the end, I was able to get new siding and Jack worked with me on my specific wants and needs. He and his team were wonderful to work with, even with my concerns, and rebuilt a section of the house from water damage. The house looks amazing and I will definitely be calling on him for future projects.
