Unisource is a great company! They’ve now done both my roof in 2023, and installed new gutters, soffit and wrapped facia boards this year. Working with Adam E. is always easy, as he’s very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The ice and snow that we had recently ripped the gutter completely from the side of my house, exposing my attic, and my soffit and facia boards were dry rotted. The Unisource team was prompt, and got me fixed right up! I’ve recommended them before, and will continue to do so.

I have had problems with my roof leaking on and off for 50 years. Through the years, I have had at least 15 or 16 different roofers opinions on how to fix leaking. They all focused on the turret as that was where it dripped. In the past years, I have had three complete roofs and at least 6 or 7 new roofs on turret area. Nothing has worked. Unisource is the first company in all these years to show me evidence that leak is originating from the chimney, not turret. Unisource started roofing on Dec. 18th. Due to very heavy rain the next morning, they were unable to complete my roof till after the rain stopped that afternoon. I had no water dripping at all during that downpour. This, in itself, seemed like a miracle to me. I do believe that Kevin, Adam and their WONDERFUL roofing crew has finally solved a problem no one else has been able to solve. The best part of our experience was how polite the crew was when working on the house. They were very protective of the new plants we had just put in around the house and very attentive when cleaning up. I would not be able to improve on any part of our experience. We will use them again when we install a couple sky lights above our living room and put gutters on our garage. 10 out of 10!

Unisource worked w/ my insurance company (jumped through all the hoops) to get my roof repaired the correct way. I had some work done by Bone Dry a few years back, and I have to say that Unisource was much more professional and ultimately did a much better install than Bone Dry. The guys at Unisource were very communicative and patient w/ the process as well. We highly recommend these guys for your roofing needs.

They came out to my home faster than the three other company’s I called and were extremely helpful. Adam kept things simple and straight for me to understand and as a new homeowner who is very stressed due to roof leakage I found him very helpful and calming.

This is the worst company to deal with. I have been in contact with this company since May. They have a high turnover and they lie about everything. I asked for my money back after talking to several people and getting no where on a date to put the roof on. It is now September, I was promised my money back and yet to receive my money. They don't answer their phones or return calls Don't trust this company

I was called back within the same day, had someone at my house to look at my roof, take pictures and provide me with detailed instructions on what to do next. Contract signing took just a few minutes and the roof replacement was a few weeks after! The contractors were INCREDIBLY careful with my roof, landscaping and surrounding areas. They took a lot of time picking up the nails after! Pictures were taken of the new roof, and paperwork was emailed to me that night.

They came over to repair my roof because my house insurance would not pay to get the roof fix. They only spoke Spanish no spoke English. I thought they repaired the roof but I went up stairs after we had days of rain and part that they were supposed to have fix was not repaired and the rain soak the wood and I got a lot of water on my plastic underneath were the repair was supposed of have been done. I could tell there is more damage to that spot than before. There was no one but two Spanish men that did not speak English. No one from the company came to make sure they did it right.i paid the company for repairs that I see was not done. I don't have any more money to pay them to do it right.

I had a large tree snap in half and fall onto my roof during a storm. After the tree was removed, Kevin came out to inspect the damage to the roofing and shingles. I'd been told by the contractors who removed the tree that there was significant damage to the shingles. But after a very thorough inspection (with plenty of pictures provided) Kevin determined that there was no real visible damage or need for repair. This definitely saved me a lot of money. I am incredibly, pleasantly surprised by his promptness, friendliness, and honesty - he could've easily told me that it needed some expensive repairs and I wouldn't have known much different. I definitely and highly recommend calling Kevin and Unisource - it's who I'll be calling when I need roofing repairs!

Everything was so smooth and easy. Adam was incredible to work with and took care of everything in the sales process. He was very responsive and his customer service is top notch. When it came time to put the roof on, Tre and his crew were awesome. They took every precaution to protect the house, the yard, and my kids from things like loose nails. They arrived on time and worked for 2.5 straight days to make sure everything was done before storms that were moving in, and they left the site cleaner than they found it. Tre was in constant communication the whole time to make sure I understood anything that needed to be addressed and where they were in the process.

Adam Engle from Unisource Roofing examined our roof in late February. Minor repair was needed and performed during the last week of February. Then the big storm showed up on March 3. Engle returned and examined our roof today March 9. Last Fridays storm damaged the area repaired by Unisource several weeks ago and they agreed to repair it at no charge. I was very pleased with this company and their attention to customer service. I highly recommend Unisource Roofing

We had to have the flashing on our chimney/roof replaced. After contacting 3 other companies, a friend recommended Unisource Roofing. They gave me a quote and due to Mother Nature, they wasn't able to make it out when planned, BUT they always stayed in contact with me....they replaced the flashing today....I will recommend them to everyone and if we ever need a roof repair I will be calling them!
