Ken is a wonderful worker! We had a leak in our roof. After very poor service and communication from a few other companies, we found Ken, who did not hesitate to come out as soon as he could to get the job done. We have found our “go-to” roof help.

We have a ranch home about 1900 sq ft with attached garage and another garage 1000 sq ft had 4 quotes this company had best attitude, professionalism, explanation on job procedure over the other 3 companies and price was excellent as well. we were told they would be at our home 7:00am and complete both structures same day and they were true to what we were told. Their crew worked professionally and non stop other than short lunch for 12 hours! Job turned out AWESOME best Professional contractor we have ever hired for work on our home trust worthy and do the job right! James Crawley thoroughly evaluated my roof, he was up on the roof about an hour. It was good to learn about the current condition of the roof and the root causes for the minor leaks. He was very professional and attentive to my concerns and questions about the roof and metal flashing. He added caulk to a few areas and put some trim back that had blown off. When I asked him what I owed to my surprise, free of charge! James is one of the most honest, sincere and genuine people I’ve ever met. When I need any roof or siding work done this will be the company I call. You’ve made a customer for life. God bless.

Anyone who needs a roof should contact L.T.C.R. they are the most professional group of people I dealt with in years. They put on a new roof and gutters and I couldn't be more pleased. I truly feel like I got a great deal their prices were very fair. Their workmanship is second to none in my opinion.,so before you sign with anyone give them a call you won't be sorry. And just so you know before they left they cleaned up everything. James was the young man I dealt with he's very professional and makes himself available for any questions you may have. They even impress my wife before they left one of the guys on the crew came and ask for some window cleaner and clean all the sky lights. Thank you for a great job!!!!!

Only thing I can say is AMAZING, just amazing customer care, came out to look at my roof. Super honest. Told me I don't need a new roof. Only needed to caulk a little area. Asked him how much, he said. No ma'am it's not a problem, I'll just go ahead and do that. Absolutely will recommend him. Thank you
