Customers are fully satisfied

Can't complain of the roof replacement done from 2 years ago it looks great and my concerns were addressed in propru however as i was about to paint my exterior walls I found gun staples. I love my old house it's the only one I have and I want to preserve it as much as possible. My automatic temperature sensor exhaust fan in my attic stopped working from the past summer and this year suspecting when the loading of bulk of roof tile landed so hard on my roof may have shaken my old fuse. Im still evaluating it. I guess it's an old house.

Highly Recommend!
The team did an absolutely amazing job on our roof. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Not only does the roof look fantastic, but they also left the place spotless afterward—no debris or mess left behind. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable. Great quality work at an affordable price. Couldn’t be happier with the results!

George Best is amazing. He and his crew did my roof about 10 years ago. Recently, my skylight started leaking from moss buildup. I called him and he came out the very next day and cleaned out the moss and resealed my skylight. NO CHARGE! Thank you so much I can't give you a high enough recommendation.

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
