Great experience using Blowers plumbing today, I called their emergency response number and was called by Aerin Radmacher with in 10 minutes of my initial call. 10 minutes later Aerin was onsite on a Saturday, evaluating and explaining several options to approach the repair. Overall great experience and we were well taken care of by Blowers Plumbing.

I called and was able to receive service same day!! He actually showed up early!! They did not charge a diagnostic fee and he got things done very quickly. I will be using them again for other services as well.

I was a first time customer with Bowers and needed to replace a leaky hose bib. Most plumbers I called in the area weren't available for an entire week, but Bowers was able to have someone out here the next day. The price was also in line or lower than the quotes I received elsewhere. I worked with Patrick who was very nice and professional, worked quickly, and was able to walk me through everything he was doing. Give this man a raise!

Called them this afternoon and they came immediately, Seth was super friendly and replaced our leaking sink within a couple of hours.

Immediate service! It was only a few days from the time I called to get an estimate and get the install done of a surround shower and reroute plumbing for a washer and dryer. Seth was our estimator and our installer. He went above and beyond! The office was also amazing to work with as well. I highly recommend using their services. We are very happy!

We’re obsessed with Aerin here at Mermaid Cove. He’s Johnny on the spot about anything and everything we need. Made sure our business was back up and running in less than 24 hours when our hot water tank decided to flex and break, saved the day when contractors from somewhere else messed with our water supply, and in general he’s just so freaking wonderful. Man needs a cape. If you need somewhere to call? Call here. Just do it. You will regret nothing.

I highly recommend Bowers Plumbing and Remodel. They were fantastic! They provided me with great service! They responded to my hot water tank leak quickly. Arron, the Plumbing Technician was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. In no time at all Aerin replaced a copper fitting, and installed a new expansion tank with ease. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I contacted Bowers when a toilet overflowed in a rental. At the time of scheduling I let them know insurance would need a plumbers report to determine if this claim would fall under the tenant's or the owner's policy. The report was inaccurate and confusing. I contacted Cassie to try to get a more clear and accurate report, but she insisted they had already done their job. No apologies for my being billed incorrectly (that's a whole other story) or the multiple attempts to get the report from the technician. Bowers has taken what is already a stressful situation and made it worse and set this up for two insurance companies to deny responsibility due to the confusing report. I have worked in property management and real estate for 20+ years. Bowers customer service is terrible and their prices are greatly inflated.

I will always use Bowers Plumbing. The technician, Aerin, was very knowledgeable and told me upfront how he would proceed, including potential cost. He was able to unclog my toilet within a matter of minutes even though family members had tried multiple times. I had been taken advantage of by previous business but I trust Bowers. Excellent service

Seth was amazing..he explained the problems and how to fix them. He did not try to pressure me into having more done than I actually needed. When he was finished he cleaned up after himself and I appreciate it that he did not leave a mess. Whenever I need Plumbing work done I will definitely request Seth

Tanner was awesome!!! He came over right away and looked at our hot water heater. He did try and fix it but because of the age of the heater it was a better idea to just replace it. The job is finished and looks great...Can't wait to take a shower.

Came out so quickly and immediately to rectify my issue and put me in touch with the people that would help me continue the process and knew what to do to make sure everybody was on board I cannot say how much I truly appreciate Tyler and his company God bless you and your family for the time you took away from everything that you were doing to come and help me

When Bowers came out to deal with the intrusion, they barely touched the roots - only removed enough to get the water slightly moving but not enough to avoid further obstruction. Their end of the job scope shows how little they removed of the intrusion. Less then 2 weeks and my line was backed up again; I had a different company come out this time and they were able to remove the entire intrusion and scope my line all the way down my property. Absolutely disgusted about the quality of work I received from this company for the cost; ultimately costing me another couple of hundred to get the job fixed correctly (like it should have been done the first time).

Same day appointment to look at the problems, fixed an easy leak right there and replaced our toilet same day with a model that we already love. Cannot say enough good things about the service, communication, and responsiveness. Highly recommend and will use them for future work.

I was comfortable from meeting these gentlemen. They were on time, and obviously very prepared. A very clean job and professionally installed supply line for a new stove. Mark and Eric will be my go to guys from now on.

Unfortunately, it was not a straightforward fix,while the toilet appeared to be clogged that was not he removed the toilet he snake the drains there was nothing there but, because of his diligence he discovered that there was a vent problem with the toilet.

Seth helped me troubleshoot a pressure issue I was having at multiple faucets that were recently replaced. We discussed the different approaches and pinpointed the best solution together. Then he confirmed what we suspected, debris in a few of the lines and faucets, which he was able to clear efficiently. Very satisfied with the result.

Arrived on time. Very professional. Expert work. Reasonable price. We have found our new plumber.

I work for an HOA at condominium complex. We had an active water leak and our regular plumber was booked solid. I authorized overtime hours. The next day when it was still going to be overtime hours I canceled them. I called Bowers and they arrived within 3 hrs. He wrote up an estimate which I found very fair in pricing considering it was an emergency. I approved and the repairs were complete within 2 hrs of arrival. Very professional and quality work. Didn’t charge by the hour. Flare rate for the type of work needed.
I will call them again.

I experienced a Gas leak late on a Friday evening. I was desperate to find a plumber to come out and fix the issue. I called at least 15 different plumbers and not only was Bowers able to come out they didn't charge me the 600 dollar starting price that I had agreed to pay a different plumber just trying to get a call back. They came out found the leak offered quick solutions and I ended up only paying the call out fee. This experience alone made me a lifetime customer. They easily could have gotten a lot more money out of me that night but instead they acted with compassion and ethics and in return I will never consider a different plumbing company.

Bower’s plumbing’s Service was second to none. They were prompt, professional, fair, and very informative throughout the whole process. They were even willing to help with quick additional project while they were here. Highly recommend!

Saturday night turned into flood night. After many frantic phone calls to so-called 24/7 plumbing services, including 911, I found Tanner Sullivan!!!! He talked me through stabilizing the line to stop the water flow until he arrived. We can't say enough good things about BOWERS PLUMBING!!!! And Tanner we love you!! Knowledgeable. Polite. Kind. Clean. Worth every penny!!! If every worker had the same level of integrity and professionalism this young man has, the world would be a whole lot easier to live on. So until Jesus returns, better call BOWERS to get the job done! You will regret NOT calling!!

Aerin and Seth fixed our tankless hot water heater quickly and for a reasonable price. Scheduling was easy and they were right on time. Great job by all!

So there's ok customer service, then there Is EXCELLENT customer service ! Tyler came to help us here in Graham, last minute call, emergency situation, we needed a plumber that works with propane problems. These guys showed above and beyond professional service. I’ve never had a plumbing issue before, so when my basement plumbing failed, my stress was through the roof. After spending days troubleshooting—including renting a 75ft drain snake from Home Depot for $100+—I was frustrated and defeated.

Aerin was the best! We had a pipe burst in our crawl space on a Sunday. He was able to come help right away. He gave us options, explained the situation, and really made us feel like we were in good hands during our plumbing disaster. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Had a great experience with getting a plumbing issue repaired. They were super communicative and got the parts that were needed in a timely manner to get the repair completed. Will absolutely utilize their services again!

Don’t sign the remodel contract! We were told insurance would cover it and they’d do all the work. Reality is that USAA insurance only covered a very small percentage of costs leaving us to get a personal loan and pay $ to break Bowers contract. It took a long time to have detailed information from Bowers and the restoration company they used was not up front about cost. Bowers remodel also gave an astounding estimate to do a small laundry room, double necessary, to get more out of insurance which didn’t work at all. After 2 months left with a huge restoration bill and remodeling still not done.

Update 04/17/2025: Mark was great on the first smaller job we hired them for in our second bathroom, but didn’t end up working out. He was unable to follow through with completing the estimates we needed, I don’t know if he was just too busy or what but we waited 3 weeks and had to move on. I convinced my husband to give Bower’s a second chance so I called back and we got Aerin. He has been amazing. So glad I called back and we got Aerin! We need a bunch of repairs done but one of the reasons for calling Bowers originally was for a pipe that suddenly burst in our master shower which Aerin assessed and helped get us started with a Homeowner’s insurance claim and set up with American Standard Restoration -and stressed the importance of doing it fast so we didn’t get more damage- who has been amazing as well!

Will definitely work with Aerin again for all the upcoming repair work we’re about to start.

Original review: Fantastic company! We worked with Mark. He was prompt, actually he even showed like 20 mins early, and friendly. He was informative, patient and professional. We hired Bowers to help repair some terrible work -most pressing issue was no P-trap in our main bathtub- that was done by a bad contractor and his team, and Mark was great about informing me about the extent of the mistakes they made, he was honest about the priority of fixing the various issues, making sure I understood the low level stuff aka “if it’s not a problem for you then you can leave it” versus the urgent things.

He never made me feel pressured to approve any work, nor did he make me feel like they were just upselling us or overcharging. In fact, the work Mark did was actually under our budget while also going above and beyond!

We will definitely be using Bowers again in the future whenever we have an issue!

They were a lifesaver! I had some work done on my home and they put in shark bite connections for the plumbing. I have had work done by Bowers before so when my plumbing around my water heater was leaking, I called them immediately! However, I was scared how much it would cost or if they could help because it was a Sunday night and after hours! Aerin came all the way to Yelm from Puyallup in the rain and the dark and in no time at all he fixed up our leak! The cost was reasonable, didn't break the bank and we were so relieved to have the leak fixed so quickly! Thank you for Bowers Plumbing for your awesome service!

Great experience with Bower's Plumbing! Needed to have a sink installed after a new countertop was put in. They were able to get out very quickly, and the knowledgeable tech/employee did a great job.

We JUST moved in less than 2 weeks ago and discovered a leak late at night on a Saturday! Contacted our landlord and Aerin from Bowers was out in less than an hour from our initial conversation!

He was super knowledgeable about the issue, was able to bypass it quickly, and educate us on 1.why it happened and 2.present a few options to us and the landlord so we could make an educated decision.

He provided upfront pricing and even came with some complimentary comedy to help our family lighten the mood on a stressful night!

This couldn’t have been a better experience! We’ve had a couple minor plumbing issues I knew I would want addressed at some point, and Bowers was top on my list as a local company that was clearly invested in their community. Thank goodness I had their name top of mind for a mini plumbing emergency when we tried to install a new dishwasher and had a pipe literally fall apart in our hands. Not only were they able to send someone out immediately, but Aerin was INCREDIBLE!!! He had a plan to fix the issue right away, was easy to communicate with, and helped us understand what was going on and what our issue was. He even stuck around to give an estimate on the other minor things we were looking to get done. It was quick, professional, and easy! I will definitely be going with Bowers in the future, specifically Aerin for his quality of work and great personality! Can’t recommend enough!

Nick came out...he did good work and cleaned up after himself. The person answering the phone was kind and helpful. They even admitted in making a mistake which now a days a rarity in and of itself. I sincerely appreciate accountability because there is nothing worse when one is a customer and the business not taking any accountability for even the smallest of mistakes..will use again... because the work was good and most importantly the small mistake was admitted to and fixed...

Bowers did a complete remodel of most of my home after a flooding incident. I was very pleased with the communication and attention to detail. Jacqueline answered all my questions and guided me through the process and helped negotiate with my insurance. Harvey did almost all the work. He was so respectful and really listened to me. He cared about his work and did a great job. Bowers helped make an unpleasant event turn into something beautiful.

Tony and the crew at Bowers helped us through the entire process, going so far as working with the insurance adjuster directly after our refrigerator ruined our kitchen floors. Because our original flooring is no longer made, Bowers had to replace all the flooring on the first floor of the house. Easy to work with, and the final product looks great!

Aerin was spectacular. Instant perfect diagnosis, gave me instructions the day before to help prepare my pipes for the best repair for a very fair price. When he and John returned the next day to fix what I thought was a much worse problem than it was, they fixed the clogged pipes affecting the whole house .. nothing drained. Nothing. Within an hour they cleared the clogs and cleaned up after themselves. The price was absolutely fair (they had to take one toilet out before attacking the pipes).. I use a septic tank, they were well informed about septic systems. Really. They have my business from now on. And the front desk administrator Casse is brilliant. She can handle any situation.
