We purchased our house 3 years ago, and needed a lot of TLC. When we decided to look for a roofing company, we were very overwhelmed because there are so many companies out there, and it's hard to figure out who would do the best job. Chase Construction NW did an incredible job re-roofing our home. They replaced a contractor that was grossly negligent and let rain pour through our home during construction, and left us with an actively leaking roof that was failing from the underlayment all the way up. From the outset Chase Construction NW instilled confidence in their knowledge and capabilities. I've done two whole home remodels in Seattle and they are one of very few contractors that I would whole-heartedly endorse to anyone. Brandon (project lead) takes great pride in his work, and David (relationship manager) has a customer service approach that is lacking amongst Seattle remodel contractors. I needed a new roof and got several bids before I chose Chase Construction. My home was built in 1929 and has a steep roof with many custom angles. I knew this would be a tough job and I wanted a company that knew what they are doing. I am very pleased to report that my roof looks great. The foreman on the job is very knowledgeable and communicated with us the entire time. I would highly recommend Chase Construction to anyone.

So when it comes to an amazing roofing company, I definitely suggest Chase Roofing. These guys were amazing I ended up having my roof put on in 2015 and the work was done okay but not done properly. By another contractor. Then Chase Roofing came in in fixed my Inlet flow of air properly. They were extremely helpful kind caring when they didn't have the correct shingles. I had gotten specialty shingles brought up from Oregon . The style is a East Coast style . they made sure to come back a second time and get the right shingles on it. They worked with me on my week on week off schedule. They were quick attentive very kind caring I am definitely going to use them in the future. The amazing people were Brandon, David, Dustin and Jonny. These guys were professional A+ plus guys 12 out of 10 for a company.

My experience was a little out of the ordinary. But Chase answered all my questions and provide some options. If you want a company that is upfront then give them a call.

This review is long overdue, I hired chase construction last year after my pre-sale inspector found damaged shingles on my roof. I trusted this company to find best solution on replace the damaged part. Instead they redid whole section and left the damaged shingles on the other side. I only found out after roof was re-inspected, I reach out to Gary from Chase construction and asked whats the story. He gave me run around that his company dosen't fix individual shingles because "where is the limit if we pull out one or two". So now I have spent more money on section that I didn't needed and could have gotten company for same price that would have fixed damaged shingles only. These people are dishonest least to say, they are only interested on getting big job and not actually helping customers with small jobs as they say. Its all about rip off and getting max money out of you. Update to response: It's not about offering me discounted price on other section and it's about I trusted your company when they came out for initial inspection. I believe that when I have roofing company come to inspect my roof they look everything. Instead I have to hire home inspector to find issues after the job was finished. All this could have been avoided, I also didn't deserve to spend double of the money that I didn't need to spend at the time we were financially hurting!

We contracted Chase Construction NW for a reroofing project. Overall the price is fair (comparing to other similar roofers in the area), sales guy was responsive and willing to update the proposed contract several times before we sign it, and the work was done quickly with good quality (nothing has fallen off yet after a few rainy and windy weeks). For anyone looking for a roofing project I'd recommend at least get a quote from them.

Top notch, customer service from everyone you work with! Gary, the salesman, walked us through the roofing options and explained what reroofing our home would look like and what additional cost might occur if the roofers find some boards that need replacing. The crew that replaced the roof were great. They showed up each morning smiling and ready to work. They worked ALL DAY! At the end of each day, our property was clean and cleared of any roofing debris. They used a rolling magnet tool to find any roofing nails in the grass and driveway. This whole process from meeting Gary, receiving the bid to a new roof was 14 days. I have already referred Chase Construction to a family member. I will use them for any future roofing needs.

After many hours of research, hosting four different contractors, and poring through material comparisons and reviews, we chose Chase Construction Northwest, Inc., as our roofing contractor. Chase and his crew are total pro’s! The whole process was great and they did amazing work. Chase is a great communicator, experienced, and easy to work with. He supplied several options and quotes, answered a ton of my questions, and is a great dude. The roofing team showed up on time and ready to go, making the install as quick as possible. I had a warranty inspection with Chase. They were not the company that did my initial roof install but if I had done more research, I would have picked him. He was very knowledgeable about what went wrong with the other company and had straight forward recommendations without trying to sell more than what was needed. Very friendly and I look forward to them fixing my repairs.

I was very pleased with the results. Chase and Gary were great in scoping the job and I was amazed that their crew of 3 were able to get it all done in one day, especially since be it included a roof with 6 skylights and all the related flashing considerations, as well as replacement of some sections of rotting wood discovered during the job. Well, we haven’t actually used their services yet, but Chase was super helpful and pleasant over the phone. He spent the time asking me, pertinent questions about our project and looking on online to give a deeper analysis. We will definitely use their services when we need a new roof!

As a recent customer of Chase Construction (Aug 14th & 15th) I am most curious as to how they managed to pull off a feat of nature as to what befell us on Sat Aug 17th at precisely 8pm that night.
As it is well known that we had thunder, lightning, rain, and a windstorm of the likes not seen in recent memory. It was surely a test of their construction skills and materials. The storm hammered down on my new roof for 3 hours before letting up and the rain continued to fall throughout the night.
Not a drop, not a shingle out of place, not anything wrong with my new roof the next day.
If Mr Chase was trying to prove that his crews are the best, then he succeeded with the merits given beyond mere mortal men.

This company was referred by a friend who had a positive experience with them. I was pleasantly surprised at just how professional and prompt they were. They held to their quote (which was very competitive) and finished within the time frame promised. We had our roof, skylight, and gutters all done and everything was finished to perfection! I recently had a leak in my roof that rained down into my quilting room. Chase construction was called and responded within hours repairing the area. Any roofing problems I will call Chase.

We had a very good experience with this company. They cleaned the clogged valleys in our tile roof that was resulting in a leak in our garage. It was more than just a simple clean, they had to do skilled labor. They were prompt, thorough, and fairly priced. I am very pleased with the new roof on my front porch. I really appreciated the honest feedback Joel gave me when I called to have him come look at putting some flashing between my roof and front porch. He let me know the metal roof was not the right roof to install and gave me a quote on what needed to be done to fix the issue. I was upset because the company I had do the install, put the wrong roof on the porch. I did get a second opinion before I had Chase do the work. That company wanted to replace my entire roof! which is only 9 years old. This company is an honest company that does great work. I highly recommend them.

Chase construction did a great job on our siding and roof despite the extreme weather conditions. They completely transformed our garage into a welcoming tiny home. They even helped us clean out our concrete pieces which was above and beyond. We highly recommend.

good company and good quality. Had my roof replaced 6 years ago by Reve now DaBella. when I had leaks they wouldnt even talk with me.. Used my GAF warranty and they sent out Chase NW..They showed me everything that was wrong and explained what needed to be done to fix it..Had lots of damage caused by previous contractor workmanship. They fixed everything that was wrong and fixed it correctly I now have a strong and leak free roof that looks good.
Dont waste your time calling other roofers, just call Chase and get it replaced correctly the first time..It will save you money by not having to have it done a second time.

Very professional team. I had a very large roof in Seward Park that required tear-off of multiple layers of old shingles and replacement of all decking. Gary Sparks quoted a fair price and had the crews promptly on the job. When I did not like my color selection, they swapped it out, with no questions asked and at no charge. Brendan, the construction foreman effectively communicated throughout the job, and took a “do-it-right” attitude. I had no concerns about cutting corners or sacrificing quality for speed. I would highly recommend this company for your next roofing job.

Quick and professional response, fair price. Our roof was leaking from the recent downpour. The company responded the day I submitted an inquiry, Gary came the next day and provided a quote for the repair. Brandon repaired the roof a day later. Even though this was a small job, we have fantastic and fast service. Chase came out on a Monday and the technician fixed the roof on Tuesday. I'd use Chase Construction on small jobs to full roof replacements.

We've been completing house exterior updates for a couple of years - new windows, painting, and new landscape on our 90+ year old Tudor house. What I thought was a simple roof repair became a full roof replacement with complete tear down. After getting 3 bids and researching GAF roofing, I chose to go with Chase Construction. One of the best decisions I've made. Being a Tudor, our house has very steep slopes with complicated dormer areas and different slopes. Jesus and his crew did an amazing job. They were meticulous, hard working, and very communicative. I was concerned about the newly installed installed landscape, but they were very careful. They cleaned up at the end of each day and there was no trace of debris when they finished. And the roof looks great. I couldn't be more pleased with it. I highly recommend Chase Construction.

Completed job of tearing off old roofing and installing a new roof with satisfaction. They cleaned up as a went. No mess I would hire them again and recommend them without reservation.

EDIT: We have now used Chase Construction three times in total, adding a roof to our renovation and re-roofing our shop. Every time, they've done a good job and been easy to work with.
Original review: Brandon and Jose did a great job and got the roof on just in time before the rain started. We had a few days delay from the scheduled date due to weather backing up other jobs, but they did a good job communicating and showed up exactly when they said they would. The TPO roof does not leak and looks pro.

I had a leak in my GAF roof, but it was still under warranty. GAF referred Chase Construction to me stating these guys were the authority on GAF roofing system and repairing it. After the initial consultation, done in late February, we then had to wait
for the GAF people to get us the materials (matching roof shingles) we need for the repair. But as soon as they came in , they called me and were out within 2 days and repaired the roof within 3 hours.They showed me the initial photos of the leaking area and then after the repair was done. It looks great but when we get our first big rain/wind storm or snow/ ice storm I will then know how well they did. But so far I am impressed with their work and professionalism

Let’s be honest roofs are really expensive and having to repair or replace a roof isn’t the most exciting thing to have todo. We went through the process of getting a few bids. We finally made a decision to go with Chase Construction and we are extremely happy we did. The roof not only looks amazing, the workers that showed up went above and beyond with their clean up to ensure our yard looked amazing too. Meaning I was really concerned that my landscaping would take a lot of abuse during the roof install. I was completely wrong these guys cleaned up through out the tear off and install to the point not a single flower was damaged . Fair price, high quality, professional install are words I tell my friends and family about my experience with this company !!!!

Great company, have used them for two seperate jobs, ON TIME, good quality work, cleaned area after job was over, team is knowledgeable and able to help with unforseen issues as they arise. Not all GAF Elite Roofers are the same and Chase is a great choice.

We are very pleased with our new metal roof! Didn't think we could afford metal but the quote from Gary was very competitive with composite quotes from others and well below metal from others. It will last at least twice as long and looks great. The whole was professional and we had none of the problems with mess or dumpsters other reviewers of other companies have complained of. Great experience all around!

We had a small leak in our roof, and I had reached out to a few companies for estimates. I included photos of our roof, and when Gary reached out to me he walked me through what he thought the issue most likely was. He was able to have a technician come out the same day we spoke to evaluate the roof. He identified what he believed to be the source of the leak and proposed a solution that was targeted at that area and was a fraction of the cost of a broader treatment proposed by another roofer. Gary assured me that if we still experienced a leak when the rain comes back that his company would come back out to address it. We’ll need to wait and see if the leak is resolved, but so far I’m very happy with my experience with Chase Construction NW

Chase is a great company to work with. They started the project on time and finished as planned and kept the job site clean. I would highly recommend this company.

Working with this company was a pleasant experience. The team was professional and polite. They were scheduled to be on-site for two days but finished in one, without impacting the quality of installation. There was an issue where a sheet of plywood hit an outdoor light. The electrician went out and purchased a new one with one that I consider better quality and installed.

While doing the roof, they changed out a bathroom light for a light fan combo and vented it through the roof. The hole in the ceiling had to be bigger so there was a lot of material around during the installation but they cleaned it up nicely.

Once the gutters were on the house it brought it all together and it looks wonderful.

Chase Construction installed flashing on our roof to run a stovepipe for our new woodstove. From the initial communications of sorting out the logistics of the project, to the completion of the work, this company helped to create a smooth and successful installation. The crew, Mark and Dustin, were effective and very pleasant to work with. Would hire again!

I received a few quotes on a roof leak and Chase was one of them. I do my research and I don’t always jump at the cheapest or first quote. Both they and the others giving quotes did tell me it was time for a new roof, and this matched with the purchase inspection I had a few years ago.

Chase was not the cheapest for the fix or new roof, but they were far less than other companies, and far more professional and reputable than the only offer than was cheaper.

The team that was out did a wonderful job (from what I can see) on my very high roof. They replaced all flashing and vent covers along with the roof. They also let me know the builder’s method of wrapping the single onto the facia wasn’t how they do it, or would recommend doing it; which left a decent area of the facia unpainted… so they painted it for me. I just had to supply the paint.

I asked about gutters and they contract with a guy who has been in the business 30 years. He was also amazing, quick (a few hours) and reasonably priced, including leaf guards.

The only thing I would recommend the homeowner do is ensure they do a sweep for screws/nails and other debris after. While they do a great job of cleaning up, there was more to be found over the following days.

If I were to recommend a family member to a construction company, this would be it! They were extremely efficient, had amazing service and most of all they treated me and my property with the upmost respect.

10/10 absolutely would recommend Chase Construction NW! They answered the tons of questions I had so quickly and professionally, and are price competitive with others in the area.

I had a great experience from Chase Construction. I put a request for bids on yelp for a roof replacement. They were one of the first to reach out with a little bit of information and possible times to meet.

Within a few days of that request, they had a technical sales rep (Gary) come out and check out my current roof, go over my options. There really wasn't much pressure or upselling which I appreciated. I did a bit of homework on the front end and was set with what type of shingles I needed. Gary was very informative. Usually responded within a day to questions I had about specifics of the job, and explained things in a manner that I could understand.

I received 5 proposals from 5 different contractors, they where on of the most competitive, and worked with me a bit to keep everything within budget (I had a solar project going on at the same time).

Chase got me scheduled 3 weeks after signing our agreement. the guys that were on site consistently, showed up at early (a little before 8), but didn't start hammering away until a little after 8. They took the time to answer my curiosity questions about roofing, they didn't seem annoyed. It took 3.5 days to complete. the project.

I would recommend them to any and everyone looking for quality work. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I need roofing/roofing repair services, I'll be reaching out to them first.

Totally awful experience!
It took them 2-3 entire months(!) in spring to install 2 skylights while we had to go live elsewhere or couldn’t use the room where the skylights were being used at all. The installers were always late and didn’t clean up after themselves.
They tried to install poor quality skylights instead of just standard ones.
They cut up the drywalls into small pieces in place of an entire whole piece. They placed the shingles in a disarray or none at all around the skylights.
All this is what I only discovered when I was vigilant enough to climb giant ladders inside and outside. Can’t imagine what else I didn’t discover or what problematic installs they do for people who have no idea whatsoever.

BTW, they strangely insisted that the skylights had to be installed on wet days instead of dry days. And yet it turns out, as I learned on the first time when a short storm hit that the skylights leaked.

Though they did come out to check in they summer, they tried to intimidate me and intimate that I was making false accusatiions. When I said I will be hiring a third party inspector to expertly test the skylights, the installers told me that the skylights were not joined properly in the leaking corner. They refused to communicate whatsoever after the leak that got on to my furniture.

What’s worse is that the skylights are having issues again! They are now making strange crackling sounds like they are cracking!

Chase Constructions (formerly known as Stoneway) will be responsible for the damage and inconvenience they caused earlier and later.

Exceptional customer service! We called to ask about a custom skylight replacement. Even though we are located out of their service area and they were not able to take on our project, Sophia was beyond helpful. She asked for specifics, researched to find resources that would help with our project, and got back to us within a couple of hours! Much gratitude!

Gary came looked at the roof asked what our concerns were. He emailed us a bid the next day , a couple of options. Called 3 other contractors ,got two more bids for the GAF Timberline HDZ Shingles that we wanted. Chases price was at least 10% lower. Gray came back answered a couple question that I had. We gave Gary the down payment. The crew showed up on scheduled date and finished the work within the time Gary said it would take. The roof looks great , when it's time to replace the roofs on our out buildings Chase will be my first call. Would have like a little more communication from the crew.

Our home was built in 1998 so it was time to get a re-roof done. We had contacted 10 contractors to bid on our project and the proposals were vastly different which was surprising. Building material was the main difference in pricing and we did not see a need to get the most expensive up to date method of venting our home as we haven't had an issue with it for all these years anyways. So we looked at 3 bids from the companies we really enjoyed who had professional sales teams and were not overpriced for what we were looking for. Chase came out on top. They were not the cheapest but they provided what we wanted at a price we were willing to spend. The crew showed up for three days due to on and off rain during the week. Wed-Fri and completed everything and were very polite and professional. They cleaned up everything thoroughly the last day and I am very happy with the end product. Our home is a darker gray with white trim/border and we picked the dual black IKO Cambridge shingles and it looks amazing. Thank you for re-roofing our home.

We got bids from 5 different companies and decided to go with Chase, and I’m so happy we did. The crew was always on time, professional, and did amazing work. We got a new roof, gutters, attic ventilation, and also had some construction work done to extend our porch awning. We are so pleased with everything and at a price much lower than several of the other bids. We would definitely hire them again!

We had a leak in the winter, and it turned out we needed a brand new roof. Chase came in best cost wise, and also had the highest warranty available which was important to us. Definitely recommend!

If it was possible, I'd give 6 stars. This was a roof replacement on a house from 1907. Not an easy thing to do, pitch of the roof and all. Anyway the crew showed up on time per agreement. And they were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The whole thing took 3.5 days. And, not that they were responsible but it was during a 4 day dry spell at the end of March! So no problems with rain. And one thing I can't help but mention - I had rain gutter covers on my house and i expected to have to do it over again after the roof replacement. Nope! The crew put them back on when they were finished with the roof! Amazing! They cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Simply can't say enough positive things. Give them an opportunity.

Called Chase Cnst NW to attach the cap to my roof vent pipe that had come partially off during high winds. 'Ambassador' Nick cheerfully took my call, scheduled the work quickly and followed up afterwards. Nick truly is an ambassador for them!! I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Not only did they do a great job on my roof 2 years ago but I called today because of a roof leak and they came out immediately and found it was actually a water pipe not the roof they offered to find someone to fix it and then didn’t even charge for the inspection since their work was flawless. I couldn’t give them enough stars the roof went in quick they where by far the cheapest and friendliest.

Gary was very responsive gave quote for a couple of different roof installations, we decided to go with the the GAF material for its quality and value over time. The roof installation crew was very courteous, professional and cleaned as they went. My roof looks great, my experience with Chase Construction was outstanding.

Chase Construction put a new roof on for us almost 5 years ago. A problem came up during a home inspection during the sale of our home. Chase sent someone out to fix it and I really appreciated this kind of service. Nick was also very pleasant to work with!

Reroof project was completed within timeframe and cost presented. After Chase's bid was accepted and down payment made was told project would start in a couple of weeks. Friday e-mail from Chase indicated Tuesday start. Monday e-mail postponed start until Wednesday. Adrian and his crew showed up Wednesday and began work. The roof was finished by Friday afternoon. The crew was pleasant, took care around the landscaping and the clean up was excellent.
The bid also included removing and reinstalling 2 chimney crowns. I had not seen the crowns but was told by another roofing estimator that they needed replaced. Chase staff inspected both chimney crowns and determined only minor repair was required. That work was accomplished saving $1200.
The project appeared fine until the kitchen vent was turned on. Debris from the vent blew into the kitchen. A check of the roof determined the Kitchen vent was shingled over and not replaced. Contacted Chase. They indicated someone would be out Monday or Tuesday. Finally late Wednesday Chase staff stopped by and looked at the problem. They were back Thursday and reinstalled the vent.
The only other issue I had were the e-mails from Chase ended in my spam folder. Could never figure that out.
If asked, I would recommend Chase Construction Northwest. Just make sure you check your spam folder.

This was without a doubt an experience far in excess of our expectations. The quote was among the lowest (not the lowest) but the value was the highest by far. The personnel was courteous, respectful, on time, they cleaned up after themselves EVERY day. I cannot recommend them highly enough to match the experience.

I have a 30 year old, 40 foot tall dome home built on a hill! It is classified as extreme roofing. Chase was not intimidated by this and confidently took on the work. The workers had to rappel using ropes tied off at the top of the structure! First they had to remove all the old roofing before tackling the new installation. The workers showed up on time every day and stayed late into the evening to get this job done. They were here 12 days. One fellow even came out of retirement to help with our project as he was knowledgeable about how it needed to be done. I am so greatful. It was expensive but worth it!! These guys are great. And fearless! I highly recommend them.

You can't go wrong with this company. We had surprises when we pulled off the roof. They dealt with each "surprise" in an understanding and professional manner. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into a 5 day job. They found out we had a home appraisal on Monday and so they worked Sat. & Sunday so that it was done. It was so beautiful when they finished. They cleaned up after themselves and around the house after the job was done each day. This is the best company ever. You will be kicking yourself if you don't use these guys. Thank you so much Chase, you guys are the best.
