I am writing this review of Coomer Roofing Company to express how pleased I am with the work they did on my roof, and the exemplary customer service they extended to me.
I initially reached out to Coomer Roofing based on a referral from someone else who had work performed by Coomer, and they expressed what a great job had been done.
My initial call was returned quickly by Joey Craig of Coomer Roofing, and he set up an appointment to look at the issues I was having with my roof. After inspecting my entire roof, the items that needed to be repaired were very clearly explained by Joey, and he then prepared a detailed estimate for me to consider.
In today’s world where everything seems to be expensive, I found myself thinking this estimate is reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be performed. Once I approved the estimate he got my job scheduled. I was updated frequently on all aspects of the job, and everything went as he said it would.
The subsequent rain storms proved to be no match for the professional workmanship that had been performed, and my fears of further storm damage were put to rest.

Joey and Coomer roofing professionally handled a significant roofing problem for me while I was out of town. Excellent communication and we talked though different possible remedies. No unpleasant surprises!

I cannot say enough about Coomer Roofing. Joey came out to evaluate and talk me through the process. He answered all my questions and gave his recommendations; even a color recommendation to go with my brick. He left samples and also showed me how to use the website to see all colors of shingles on my house. In the end, I took his suggestion and I am so glad I did! I love Peppercorn against my house! Every step of the process ran like a smooth oiled machine. The shingles arrived when expected. The roofing crew arrived when expected and worked continuously. They were amazing to watch. So professional, respectful to myself and the property, and crazy good and quick. They cleaned up as they went; everyone had a job to do and an excellent job they did. Thank you roofing crew! Beautiful job! Owners, Dom and Brandi, stopped by to check in and it was wonderful meeting them. They really care about their company and the wishes and care taken to their customers. Joey also brought his drone and took aerial views for me and my insurance company.

Connor & team did a great job. I saw the owner in a Kroger and ran him down due to his name being on the back of his hoodie (so that 'marketing' works, btw).
The crew came back a few times for caulking and repainting (which I assume they'd do even if I didn't ask 100 questions lol), and matched the paint almost perfectly. Cannot tell from the road that any work had even been done, which is what you want! Also had some other companies that didn't seem super interested in doing the small work, they wanted the big insurance jobs.

Amazing! Coomer did an excellent job replacing my roof as well as providing assistance as I worked with my insurance. We recently had a new roof, gutters, and insulation installed by Coomer Roofing. The personnel with whom we interacted, such as our main contact Joey Craig, were personable and knowledgeable. The work was completed efficiently, and Coomer installed all the components I expected, such as ice shields and new copper flashing around a chimney. We would hire them again for this type of work.

Conner, our Coomer salesman, was incredible. He met with our insurance adjuster and fought hard for everything we deserved. I didn’t even have to be there for the inspection. After that he took care of everything. The roof and gutters looked amazing and both jobs got done faster than I could have imagined. We needed our gutter screens done too and he followed through to make sure those got done quickly; they are perfect The entire experience was first class. I’ll never use anyone except for Coomer and never recommend anyone else but Coomer to people.

We are so pleased with the work that Coomer Roofing did replacing our 18 year old roof. Joey, our sales rep. was on site both days (one being a Saturday) to make sure everything was timely and cleaned up. Communication was top notch. Joey called to let us know when materials were being dropped off. During one phone call, I asked when we needed to move the furniture on our pool deck to accommodate the work and he was already at my house moving it all on his own. I highly recommend Coomer!

We got a new roof and gutters and Coomer Roofing made it a very positive experience. They did a great job, worked hard, protected our landscape, and cleaned up every bit of debris. All of the workers were pleasant and respectful but Joey, our contact person, was exceptional. He was kind and very responsive to call and texts. Very happy with the roof replacement on my house. Coomer was quick to respond and competitive in pricing. They were able to coordinate with my brick mason on a chimney rebuild as well as schedule to do the roof replacement while I was out of town for a week. I wouldn't even have known they were there except for the new roof. Our project manager was Joey - he was very helpful and informative through the whole process.

First time using this place, So far it's been great, we got 3 estimates, including one company that was recommended by our insurance man.
Just about all contractors use subs nowadays.From what I seen, he Hispanic crew who done our work were Top notch, the lead man/foreman could speak clear English, and is a polite gentleman.
Back in the day, I might of done the work myself. I know how hard this work is I'm too old now, 68. But anyways There is 3 reasons We chose these guys. #1 The company's customer service is top notch, the Lady that answered the phone, pretty much knew everything that was going on within the company, if she didn't, she would find out quick, Very nice, polite woman.
#2 price The guy that sold us the job, I found out later is the Owners Son, He seemed like he was very busy, with other jobs going on, but took all the time I wanted to discuss the details of our agreement.
#3 All 3 estimates had 5 year labor warranty, But Coomer has been in business since 1955, that meant a lot to us.
We had one issue right in the middle of the job. My girlfriend called them and got to speak to the owner, He sent another man to the job, and he resolved it within a hour.
So basically it was, Price, Customer service, and a warranty with a company that's been in business for decades

Coomer did a great job on our roof and gutters. Their staff was very professional, respectful, and kind. They ran into a situation where they could have walked away at 5 or 6 one day, but rain was in the forecast and those guys stayed on that roof until they couldn't see anymore to finish.
Oh...and did I mention they were our lowest bid?

Called and they were out the same day to check out my soil stack leaking. They found that two of them were leaking. They were able to repair that very day. Called for an estimate, Connor came right out to give an estimate, he was timely, polite and knowledgeable. Gave me a fair price and promptly delivered samples for me to choose my new roofing material. Coomer Roofing just put a new roof, gutters and mail box on my home due to hail damage. Dom was who I worked with and he was amazing! He was incredibly responsive, professional and completed my job promptly. The claims adjuster that came out to assess the damage made the same comments to me. If I left a message, he called me back within minutes and answered emails within the hour. The guys that did the work were professional and you would never have known they were there. I don't know what type of business this is talk to someone on a Friday and they set up an appointment to come and give me an estimate on the following Monday set home all day Monday no one showed or called I left a message that evening still mo response and a follow up call Tuesday and they still had not followed up wait of time and that something no ine can get back.
