I found DONE RITE on a Facebook ad, called and spoke with Bob and worked out a time to get an estimate on a leaky roof. The next day, he comes over and not only explained in detail but educated me on what should be done and why, gave me plenty of options big and small, and I chose the small fix. Instead of “putting it off” or “getting me scheduled” he did the repair right then and there there!! I was shocked and pleased with not only his work, but also his character. He educated me on what wasn’t a “big deal”, but also what he would do if it was his house and was honest. It’s hard to find people in his line of work these days, DONE RITE will always get my business from now on 100% and I’ll be recommending them to everyone every chance I get! If you’re a potential customer reading this, take it from someone who does work at people’s house for a living, Bob is the real deal! Awesome guy, awesome service!

Bob was professional, knowledgeable and transparent he came out on a Friday for a free estimate and by Tuesday at noon the roof was done. In a world full of shady contractors it was nice to have one that was up front and honest. He will be putting a roof on my garage next and I can’t wait.

Bob Strickland is a man of ethics and integrity. I found him on facebook and just clicked and immediately received a call. The next day he came out and gave me a quote but eased my mind of the process. That evening he had the material and two days later I had a new roof. My house looks great! He kept in contact with me throughout the day sending pictures informing me what they were doing next as I had to work and couldn't be there. Bob puts you first and makes sure that you are okay through the whole process. I didn't have to stress or jump through hoops to help as I did with other contractors. I would highly recommend Bob for any project or service that he offers.

“It’s not done unless it’s Done Rite”. Garage and house roofs done in under 5 hours. My driveway is cleaner than it was before they started!! Pictures sent though out and when the job was finished, explained everything from start to finish of the process and very respectful crew!!! 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

I put out a post on Facebook in the Decatur Township area looking for a trustworthy and honest company to come and put on a new roof for both our home and garage. Through the comments "Done Rite Roofing" continued to pop up from the locals in the area so I reached out to Bob. Bob came out and spent 3 hours looking over the job and explained every single detail to me about what he and his team would do to give me the best roofing experience possible. I feel like just during the quoting process that I had earned a crash course degree in roofing from Bobs explanations and teachings that day. After the decision was made to go with Bob and his company to do our roofs Bob continued to show extreme ownership of his process and craft by continually communicating the plans ahead and what to expect. Bob and his team showed up exactly when they were supposed to and completed the job in 30 degree weather all in a days time. Bob used upgraded materials in comparison to other roofing company's I looked in to without the extra inflated costs. When the team was done and left my home their clean up was impressive; I couldn't even tell that 2 roofs had been removed and replaced! Bob stated there is no sense in doing the job unless it is "Done Rite." After getting to know Bob a bit over the process I learned not only is Bob a master of his craft and excellent communicator/teacher he is also just an all around good dude out here wanting to help folks get the best quality work for their hard earned dollars. Phenomenal. Bob Strickland knows his business from top to bottom and employs a crew that is quick, efficient, yet takes pride in their work and does a job they can be proud of. They did a tear-off of two layers of shingles, a replacement of the decking of the entire roof (I knew it was necessary when I looked for estimates), total replacement of the decking and shingles in right around eight hours. I was impressed. From start to finish the entire crew moved like a well oiled machine, they protected the area, did the work and cleaned the debris up like nothing had happened. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bob Strickland, or to call him for future projects, He has high standards for the work he does and makes sure the people that work for him maintain the same standards. As for the cost, his prices are beyond comparable. If I have any future projects I would probably have to force myself to get a second estimate beyond his for the work.

Bob and his crew did a great job replacing our roof. Bob was very knowledgeable of what repairs were needed in addition to just the roof. We had a large job, and it was done in a timely manner, but they took the time to do it right. We had a few unexpected repairs that were needed, and Bob took care of them. They showed up on time, were very courteous, and cleaned up all their mess. I would not hesitate to recommend Done Rite to anyone, and will definitely contact them when we need some remodeling work.

I usually do my own work, but had no interest in climbing up on a roof. Was a little reluctant about getting a contractor, but these guys made it worth it. True professionals who really know their trade. Great work and great customer service!

Called on a Sunday afternoon after a heavy rain noticed a leak in my kitchen. Mr. Strickland called back within 30 minutes of my initial call. Was very courteous even bothering him on the weekend. He scheduled to come out first thing Monday. Looked at my area where the leak was climbed up on my roof explained everything to me. E-mailed a quote the same day. Had him do my roof. Very prompt had my roof on by Friday. Great clean up. He and his crew are very professional. I'm telling all my friends and neighbors to use this company.

Called immediately on the weekend when I put in request through Angie's List. Great pricing, timely completion, meticulous clean up during and after job. Able to schedule within one week of estimate! Very Very happy with their work.

Did an excellent job under very hot conditions. Started early on a Saturday to beat the 90+ heat as much as possible and squeeze in between rain storms. As the old roof came off they put the debris into the dumpster and finished with a spotless clean up.
I'll use them again if the chance comes up and I definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Amazing! We needed a new roof in order to sell our house. Bob (Strickland) came out, assessed the house, and gave us a quote all within 24 hours (Actually, it was more like a few hours.). Two days later, I had a new roof. His staff was very quick and efficient, ensuring the roof was properly installed and that my yard was clean of debris.
