These guys are awesome
I called at noon since we bought a trailer the day before and as the guy used the toungejack he cranked it too far and it seized. These guys had me come at 3pm after I called at noon they are visibly busy but took the time to replace the toungejack for us so we didn’t have the trailer stuck to my husbands truck. These guys are awesome. Super fair prices , knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking. I am super grateful for them saving the day. They will 100% have my future business. Thank you a million times over.

Ths service manager and shop foreman went way out of their way to help me and so awesomely did so. They would have all of my RV business if I lived anywhere close.
Best RV repair I have ever found.

I am supremely pleased with the services provided by this company. That have my most strongest recommendation from a retired naval veteran.

My baby sister limped into Clallam County with a trailer bent axle - source unknown, on her way from CA to Sekiu WA. Her tire was worn badly, and “bobbling.”
After a few telephone calls I was able to locate some phenomenal, technically knowledgeable support (from Joselyn) at MoBuilt whom, despite their full schedule, assured me they could take a look at it to confirm our observation.
Not only did they assess the situation properly, they would not, for safety reasons allow her to continue until they 1) located the right parts, 2) processed the timely order and 3) delivery to their location AND, 4) bumped her up to start and 5) REPAIR the bent axle, getting her back on the road THE NEXT DAY.

Outstanding customer service, dedication to safety and personalized, heartfelt customer service to the next level.
They have our deepest gratitude, our strongest recommendation and any future business should we ever our trailer services.
Gods Bless

Great at taking the time to help you figure out what’s wrong with your trailer if it’s immobile and get it fully functional again. Great place

They canceled my diagnostic appointment for multiple RV repairs with less than two weeks before the appointment even though they knew that I was coming in from out of the area. At that point, my Vrbo was non-refundable, which wasted a lot of money, and I was forced to find another option, delaying my repairs. I'm never trusting them with my business again.

I had a service emergency with my RV while traveling! Their team was off for the day and were able to help me anyway! They’re very friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
Would recommend to travelers and locals.
People that leave negative reviews… everything ok at home? Makes no sense

Best RV repair shop in town. Owners know exactly how to fix my problems. If you need something fixed these people are the ones to go to 100% of the time.

I was trying very diligently to find a small piece to my RV leveling system. Everyone else was basically telling me I was out of luck. I drove in, they looked at the levelers, wrote down the part numbers, and called the manufacturer. It took about 2 weeks but it was worth it.
A very sincere company that understands that your RV is a part of your lifestyle.
Thank you for always doing top-notch work and for going the extra mile.

After 5 years of RV ownership and 3 1/2 years full time travel I've had my experiences with repair shops. While supply chain and other things out of the control of shops is still an issue, finding a shop that does the right thing is a rarity.

Mobuilt was faced with "eating" the cost of an expensive part, and labor, after the first installation unfortunately failed due to the part being faulty by the manufacturer, and that the manufacturer would not warranty. Mobuilt ended up ordering a replacement part from another vendor.

Thankfully all went well the second time around, and kudos to Mobuilt for doing the right thing and being honorable.

I've only had them do one simple job. The work seems fine, but they grossly overcharged my insurance company. State Farm doesn't seem to care. They just pass the cost back to their customers. The counter person was well beyond rude. This place has a bad case of only game in town syndrome. I won't be going back.

Great place for RV needs. Always have what I'm looking for. If it's not on the shelf, they will order it. Prices are not spendy either.

Had the part I needed in stock. Been coming here for 5 years. Fast staff. Clean store and just about anything can be ordered if they don't have it. Wheelchair accessible. Good company!

Travel trailer hot water heater control board shorted and melted a bit. Dropped the bad board at the shop and they tested it to ensure it was bad BEFORE selling me a new one. The old board tested bad as expected and walked out with a new replacement. Back to FMC in less than 3 hours. While not an emergency, it was
an inconvenience and Mobuilt was great.

I hope to not run into many problems while up on the OP, but they earned a new life-long customer.

Our refrigerator stopped working. Turned itself off and the gas would not reignite.

We drove in just after 9am requesting help... And got it. A 10 minute wait whilst he finished a task he was doing then onto it.

A good clean out of the exterior box behind the fridge - dirt and carbon build-up, a new spark electrode and it works!

Excellent and quick service

The RV lifestyle may be easier on your pocketbook than a traditional house, but it's not without its drawbacks. And that's when a place like Mobuilt is more than just convenient for parts and service - it saves your sanity as much as it does your money. Their ability to quickly tell me what parts I needed from a photo on my phone helped me fix leaks myself with both my hot-water tank and bathtub faucet with minimal expense.

Had a major propane leak, and they stopped it and squeezed me in for the repair a few days later, while I was on vacation. Thanks!

I had a flat on my Durango and had swapped the spare out. When I realized the spare was too flat to drive to Safeway gas station and fill up I asked these guys and they filled mine no problem. Small thing for them probably but it really made my day.

Always friendly, got the work done though I think they take on too many jobs which makes them slow getting everything done. All things considered, they did a good job.

This guy is great. Not too talkative but nice. I had some issues and just passing through, didn't have a week to leave my rv. When I pulled up I could tell I was far down the line. Once he got to me and heard my issues he had me wait a few minutes to get some others moved and then got me fixed right away. Even worked on my rv till parts arrived. Husband wife operations and very good. If I didn't have to get back to Arizona I would have had them do all the repairs.

4. What is the typical roof leak repair cost, and how is it calculated?

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
