Isaiah and Dominic showed up on the appointed day and cleaned my roof which hadn’t been done for probably a year and a half. As you can tell from the picture, my house is surrounded by trees so it was quite a job. (At one point before I called them, I tried to get up there and do it myself… I’ll never do that again.)The last little bit of debris you see stuck to the roof tiles is the dead moss that’s just waiting to fall off.

They were also very respectful and careful with the property and made sure that my outdoor lighting fixtures were protected from damage from their hose or falling debris. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and deck areas after blowing a mountain of debris off my roof.

The price they quoted me was a bit less than another company and their price for twice yearly maintenance was considerably less. You can bet that they will be doing my roof on a biannual basis going forward! I’ve already booked them for the Fall.

Showed up on time, had a breakdown of all the work to be done, provided before and after pictures. Overall a great experience and would be happy to call them back for any future work.

Precision Pro Wash is a class act. The team who came to work on our windows was professional and dedicated to their work. This review is four stars instead of five because our old, wood, neglected windows apparently needed a less gentle method cleaning. The team went the extra mile to try for the best outcome. I would not hesitate to hire Precision Pro again for any power washing or roof cleaning needs we might have in the future. They care deeply about your home and getting the best outcome possible.

Precision Pro Wash was absolutely amazing. They washed our house, cleaned and treated our roof, did the soffits, cleaned the gutters, and pressure washed all of our surfaces. The difference was incredibly notable. The team was professional and incredibly hard working. They were easy to work with and will continue to be a company we work with every year.

Precision Pro Wash was great to work with, they were quick to respond to my inquiry, scheduled us right away, and communicated their timing when it changed. They removed a lot of moss and power washed our driveway and basketball court. Both look fantastic. They even threw in a complementary cleaning of our shed roof. I would hire them again.

Precision pro wash did an excellent job of cleaning my roof. They removed abundant moss and debris from the trees that surround my house. In addition, they were careful to reroute the downspouts from my gutters away from the rain barrels that my wife uses to water our garden, so the moss killing chemicals did not contaminate the water and the rain barrels.

Excellent work done here by a meticulous crew. The quality of work exceeded expectations; roof, gutters and grounds were cleaned up completely and done in a timely manner. The crew were courteous and professional. Thanks for doing a fine job.

The team was very professional and attentive. Xavier and JJ explained what they were doing to treat my deck, patio, front walk and windows. My property looked new after the work was completed and the technicians were polite and efficient. This was the second time I used Precision Pro Wash and I highly recommend their services.

The vinyl siding had algae, the shed was covered with lichen, and the concrete and asphalt were covered with algae, lichen and moss. The guys from Precision Pro cleaned everything well and were very helpful with putting everything back where it belonged. I am very happy with how clean my exterior now looks.

Another great job by Precision. They came out for the spring cleaning of my driveway, sidewalk and curbs. They are always on time, professional and very tidy. Couldn't ask for a better company to work with.

They are very nice, but expensive for sure.
Only thing I was not impressed with is I had to ask them to clean off back deck
And side house they left everything on side steps , driveway that came if roof. I had to sweep all that up.

Isaiah was a thoroughly professional and skilled craftsman. We found him courteous, thorough, steady and hard working as he power washed our large area of aggregate (more than 6,000 square feet). He paid close attention to plants and flower beds and carefully washed them down after pavement areas were cleaned. The aggregate was washed and rewashed several times and then sprayed with a solution to cut down on frequency of cleaning. We found the price reasonable and there was no attempt to up-charge us. Highly recommended.

Great service! Isaiah was outstanding in everything from the initial bid process to the completion of the job. Easy to work with and explained everything. They also had the best warranty compared to two other companies who bid on the project. Highly recommend.

When he and Robert came, they called ahead to give me their ETA and were on time. They did an absolutely phenomenal job on my roof and concrete. Isaiah was great to work with on our roof cleaning project. He spent time going over the process so we knew what they were going to do, and why they were doing it. They took great care to not damage our plants or other items outside the home. The work was done when they said it would be done. We were very happy with their work and will utilize them again and recommend them to others.

We essentially had a new roof, with shingles especially treated with material that helped to prevent moss and other crud assembling on them, so I thought we were good to go w/those types of issues.

Now....prior to this year I did all of the roof cleaning myself, using a blower during sunny days and was able to keep a handle on the crud that came mainly from the 75+ year-old Doug Firs to the South of our property.

Howmsoever, recently I have been having some balance issues....comes w/being 76+ years old. So....I decided this year to get somebody else to do the work, especially since we had a butt-load of stuff to be removed.....no cleaning for 9 months or so.

I settled on Precision Pro Wash of Tacoma because of their ratings on Angie....glad I did because Isaiah & Robert exceeded my expectations...absolutomundo !!

They did everything I expected, and more....to the point of perfection. That's a hard level to achieve for ANY company for WHATEVER kind of work, BUT THEY DID.

Besides doing everything I wanted (i.e., get rid of the multitudinous amounts of debris along w/the moss and algae...surprise!; clean the skylite windows; and remove the crud from the outside of our gutters) they also made sure our gutter system was functional....much better than Leaf Guard has EVER done.

So...even though the price was higher than I expected (i.e., $800+) we got everything done that we wanted & more !!

To wit....if you want a job done thoroughly and extremely well...get in touch w/Isaiah, the owner, and he and his people will absolutley make things good for your roof....by the way, they do other services as well....EKC

PS.....Isaiah is very personable, honest, and easy to work with. By the way, I listened to his communication w/his helper, Robert....very relaxed, no-condesention, praise-worthy...all of the signs of an exceptional "leader". Having been in the military for 20 years...retiring as a Warrant Officer...it was extremely refreshing to see this in a young man, especially as a company owner and worker.

Isiah and Robert did a phenomenal job in cleaning the roof as well as the walk- and driveway. The services rendered were top-notch and well within my budget. I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future!

I just recently had PPW clean my gutters and roof and wash my windows and the outside of my gutters. The price was about half of other bids for the same job. They did an excellent job and were very professional and even cleaned up the mess afterward. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Precision Pro Wash cleaned 17 buildings in our community. It was a 4+ day project. They arrived on time every morning. They were courteous, professional and did an outstanding job. They were also respectful of our property, shrubs and plants.
