Just a heads up if you’re a person who doesn’t know much about cars they’ll try to swindle you out of every dollar you have. Don’t let them try to tell you you need something because they just lie to get more money. Not to mention they had no idea what they were doing/saying and wanted to wait for the only competent guy to take a look, but still wanted to charge me for hours and random stuff in between. And wanted $400 just for them to tell me they couldn’t figure out what to do. No thank you!!

Jess Ford is by far the best dealership I’ve gotten a vehicle from. Their Salesman, Abe, was amazing to work with. We do not live in the area but really were interested in the vehicle on their lot. They were able to work with us on a way to get paperwork done living out of town and got our vehicle ready by the deadline we needed the vehicle for (which we did not have a lot of time to shop haha) Abe was in great communication with us the whole time and really fought for us with our timeline and price range. I had brought our ford edge SUV to 2 other mechanics Prior to bringing it to jess ford, Jonah M. Had the best service! He was thorough, called back almost everyday with updates for over a month. And returned messages speedily. I'd recommend him to anyone who wants to be kept updated! Our SUV runs great! Eventhough uts pushing 235,000 miles!! Bought a car here and a year later went back to look at getting some service maintenance and the woman that helped me at the service desk was so rude and had no idea what I was even talking about, I had to get another guy to step in and actually set an appointment and get the service I needed. Looked her up later, and she’s has multiple felony convictions. I’m all about equal opportunity but I was disappointed our local Ford dealership hires people with that bad of communication/anger issues knowing their background and expects their business to perform.

Everyone outside of the technicians were super nice. The ride home was enjoyable on their ride service but their techs that worked on my car were horrible. They were rude on the phone and tried to charge me 800 dollars for a wire fault in my back up cam. Went home and connected the wires myself and it worked just fine. They also did not recenter my back up cam after they were done messing with it. Will have to fix that myself again.

I did not have a good sales experience. After test driving a car, I called the next day and expressed my desire to purchase with salesperson. Spoke with financing who said he will pull my credit and would get right back to me. They ran my credit, next day sold the car without contacting me. I had to call to find out. NOT good service. Will go to Chipman Taylor.

Last year we bought a used car at Jess Ford in Grand Coulee. We had such a great experience that I returned to their website this year when it was my turn for a vehicle. The car we were interested in was in Pullman so they referred me to Andrew Seaman. Just like last year the experience this time could not have been any better. I live 90 minutes away so we were able to agree on a great price before we drove there. They had the Mach-E GT all cleaned up and on the charger. After a test drive Andrew took the time to go over all the setup and features of the vehicle with us. While that was happening they got all the paperwork ready for signatures. We were out the door pretty quick. I have and will continue to recommend both Jess Ford locations to friends.

I want to give Jess Ford of Pullman a better review but I think they need to improve on communication as well as better service. I’ve taken my truck here a couple of times for routine maintenance as well as diagnostics. Today, it was picked up via their valet service. I didn’t even know that existed until today, and it was awesome considering I didn’t need to worry about driving it to Pullman and getting a friend drive me back home. Because I had to work away from Moscow, I opted to get a rental vehicle from the airport to accommodate my needs. My truck was picked up around 8:30 AM and driven to the dealership to diagnose a running board issue and have a new truck bed cover installed. I hadn’t heard anything all day so I called around 2:30 to check in. Jonah, an employee with the service department, told me he would talk with the technician to see what was up and he would call me back. I did not receive a call until about 5 PM. He told me my truck was just then being seen by a technician to investigate the running board issue. It’s frustrating that they had my vehicle ALL day and were just then getting it checked out. I don’t even know if they installed my new truck bed cover (which costs $1300 by the way, not including labor). I told Jonah they could keep the truck overnight but I did need it back by tomorrow at 11 AM, as I need to return my rental and have an appointment to get the sunroof inspected and replaced (something Ford doesn’t do, btw). Jonah again told me he would check in and “see if they could work that”. It’s now past 6 PM and they’re closed. I have not received a follow up. Please don’t say you’re going to do something when you aren’t. It’s already frustrating scheduling an appointment at Jess Ford of Pullman because they don’t have enough technicians to complete the work. I scheduled this appointment about a month ago because it was the earliest they could get me in. It’s getting more and more difficult for me to justify paying a lot of money for my truck to be scheduled to worked on and not resolved. While I understand that there may be complications and things don’t always work the way we want the lack of communication (or promise of false communication) is incredibly frustrating and is blatant disregard for basic customer service. Please do better to communicate with your customers so that other accommodations can be made. This isn’t fair to customers paying a lot of money who are left wondering what’s going on with their vehicles.

Drove from Olympia to buy our truck. Couldn’t beat the prices closer to home. Our salesman was Joel who was great. Answered endless questions and was knowledgeable. Had everything ready when we got there and we were out the door in an hour and a half and the majority of that time was a test drive. Other staff who assisted with getting our hitch parts ordered and who did the finance paperwork were great too. Highly recommend.

Went to Jess Ford about a year ago looking for a New Ford Transit cargo van. Asked to be put on a list to let me know when one was available and they took down my information. About a month later I saw a few in the lot so I pulled in and asked about them. They were not the model I initially asked for but I was still curious. They wanted to take all my info to send me advertising apparently because nobody called me after my visit and I ended up buying a 2022 Transit from Post Falls Volkswagen instead. A few weeks later I start getting "recommended for you" sales offer emails from Jess Ford. Hmmm, I didn't request any of that and I didn't inquire about cross over SUV's even. No thanks! So today I stop in because my van has an issue and ask if I can ask one of the techs a question about it or have it diagnosed and they basically said no to talking to anyone and that diagnostics was 5 weeks out. I'll take my business to Corwin Ford from now on.

I was in Pullman/Moscow with my family (over 300 miles from home) when my Navigator died. I called Jess Ford and from the initial call to the moment we exited the premises I felt like a member of the Royal Family. Beth in the service department made sure I was aware of the timeframe it would take to check things, explained what the issue was, and was transparent on the costs (including labor)... she was AWESOME! The sales manager Jeremy even gave my youngest fruit snacks and goodies from his personal lunch which put a smile on his face... talk about excellent customer service!!! Before leaving, I had a small issue with a vehicle setting and Loren (from the service dept) came outside to help me. He could have easily told me to "Google it" and send me on my way. The entire staff were friendly and, though we weren't making a major purchase; they all smiled and spoke while passing by. We have purchased 3 Ford & Lincoln vehicles from our local dealership throughout the past 5yrs but I will gladly drive 6hrs to Pullman to buy trucks/SUV's in the future. My only regret is they don't sell Lincoln's but if they ever do, I'll definitely be first in line.

Drove over 400 miles to see a very specific vehicle (tax credit for it was ending in a few days so no time to order from anywhere.) Got there and the salesman we had talked to before told us that they sold it the day before. No attempt to let us know even though he knew we were driving from far away. Was a complete waste of time and gas. Look for a dealership that will respect your time.

Customer service is poor at best, the service desk is terrible at returning phone calls/left messages and the majority of the main receptionists have consistently been rude to me for reasons beyond me as I'm literally just calling to be transferred to the service desk and nothing more. I've also had issues with the service desk trying to charge me for known issues on my vehicle when they've gone into replace faulty parts. I've brought this issues up to the service manager in the past after they didn't return a phone call for two weeks but that hasn't seemed to change.

Every time I've had to deal with this business it's been beyond disappointing and frustrating being treated so poorly, moreso since I just bought a car from one of their dealerships last year and am now regretting purchasing it solely on the BS that the Pullman location has pulled on me.

The actual car services have been quick each time which I do appreciate.

If you have a choice, do not use Jess Ford to service your vehicle. The first issue started during our vacation. We have had all of our regular scheduled maintenance with Jess. A week before our vacation, we took our car in for a thorough review and safety check. During our vacation, we noticed the car was starting very hard. We checked and the battery was so corroded over that the acid had eaten through the positive connection. When we got back from our vacation, we took the car in and after a month, the wiring harness was replaced. When we got the car back, we found that the center console was broken and the radio no longer worked. We returned the car to have them fixed (at no charge). The recent repairs was a seal in the transfer case. It has been "fixed" twice and is still leaking. They also super-glued a piece back on the air intake. We will say that the new service managers try very hard to help customers.

I request certain features in an F-150. Jess availed every engine on the lot. Then, took time, found a low mileage new vehicle for eight to ten thousand less than order price, installed an after-market navigation system for less than a new Garmin, found simple financing, detailed it beautifully with finish hard coat inside and out and finally took care of getting and installing tags.

Hey… and if you are avoiding a Ford 2.7 liter eco-boost engine as some kinda sacrifice – it’s wrong thinking. The 2.7 eco-boost has more H.P. and more torque than the 3.5L VI-VCT V6, and virtually the same torque as the 5L V8. The aluminum body is child’s play for the 2.7L-V6, and its two turbo-chargers will still pop your neck at 75 mph - a stretch for the 5.0L V-8, and I'm getting 21.6 mpg mixed city & hwy. The 2.7L just has more spirit. Ford has stumbled onto something unique, and Jess ford is a place you should stumble into.
