Incredible experience!
Chris helped us in fixing a back window on my husband’s truck. It was a complicated issue which was the result of a vehicle manufacturer error. He went ABOVE and beyond to go out of his way to consult with a local glass company, called a geico insurance agent on our behalf about coverage issues, and provided a superior professional experience. He was prompt, professional, and explained each step of what needed to be done along with cost.

Can’t recommend them enough!

What a difference in two years. There has been a management change and for the better. Chris, the new manager has turned this business into a professionally run place. I don't know how he does it. He is on top of everything. I wish there was a way to let everyone know what what a great place to bring you banged up vehicles. I had a serious collision in my 2024 Honda CRV Touring car (hybrid). I have just gotten my car back today and it looks like it just came off the factory line.

As a local Port Angeles business owner, I cannot speak highly enough of these people. We've had to use their towing services twice now and on both occasions the experience was seamless. Excellent customer service, extremely friendly staff and they always seem eager to help. We've never had to wait more than an hour for a tow truck and the price is quite a bit cheaper than we were quoted elsewhere. Highly recommend!

My car battery died tonight, and not only did James come out to charge it for me 15 minutes earlier than expected, but he also gave me advice on where to get a new battery installed after 6 PM on a rainy Saturday night. Thanks again, James and Evergreen!

Do not take your car here! After a MONTH (when i was originally told a week) I finally got my Audi back from repair on the passenger door and fender where a deer ran into it last winter, estimated at over $10,000 for repair costs.

They didn't have any of my paperwork ready when I arrived for my appointment. I had to call them every few days and the receptionist on the phone never had any idea what was going on. They were rude, slow, and STILL have another light they have to put on bc it
"never showed up.” To top it all off they did not put it back together correctly and the wheel is rubbing on the wheel well which you can see and HEAR! Display settings on my car were also changed.

Fast forward a week or so later, they finally called about the missing light/sensor. I called back the next week (today) to ask when I can come for them to put the light on and how long it will take and i’m told “I don’t know when they’ll want you to come in for that *long pause* and he’s not in his office so I’ll have to call you back.” Mind you i’ve already paid them my deductible in full.

Tyler was quick, competent and a great guy. He unlocked our car door and before we knew it, we were on our way!

Superior service from this outfit! After locking keys in our car at Hurricane Ridge Hill, we bummed a ride down mountain to the visitor center to find assistance. Justin took care of us by phone; easing our concerns and assuring us Evergreen could take care of us. Tyler is the professional and kind technician who provided us a ride back up the mountain and unlocked our car speedy quick. He also provided us with some advice on places to visit while in the area. Thanks Evergreen, you guys are the best!

We were involved in a over-the-lane sideswipe car accident on US 101. The tow truck driver was efficient and friendly. The next day I went to see the car and recover an item; it was still in the vehicle.

My partner and I are visiting from BC and coming down the mountain from Hurricane Ridge our camper van unfortunately had a seized caliper. Ronny came to our rescue and the dude is a total gem. So kind and helpful and we were so grateful for him for helping us out. Best tow ride I’ve had, hope to not see you again though Ronny. Thanks again!!

Good customer service in Port Angeles by shop staff, unlike Sequim. Be prepared for very long wait times for appointments all over the Peninsula.

I just can't say enough about Tyler. My car broke down on a very narrow road up the mountain on a forestry road and nobody would seems to be able to get me out of there. But Tyler came to my rescue, after his working time very late at night. He was so professional and really kind with me. If there is one local shop you should support, it is definitely this one. He made my whole travelling experience, a beautiful story to remember. Thank you Tyler

Tyler Alderson came out and helped us with our ‘32 Ford that had frozen brakes. What an awesome guy and awesome service! I CAN wait to do business with them again but when we need them we will definitely call them! Highly recommended.

This review is for Evergreen Towing in PortAngeles. It's stressful enough breaking down a couple hundred miles from home, but when the company You call on for Help STRESSES You out even more there's something WRONG with that. It took 3days for my vehicle to get where it was going (2&1/2 hours away).The price was higher than quoted (as you're at their MERCY) Worst of all the tow truck driver was RUDE and CONDESCENDING with no people skills. Most of the problem was miscommunication, bad cell service (which is nobody's fault),and with no Disrespect to the receptionist who had made an error with my credit card. At least she owned it and had always treated me with respect unlike Shay the driver. I understand everyone makes mistakes but the DISRESPECT by the driver was totally UNACCEPTABLE. If You choose to use this Company I suggest You request a different tow truck operator. I would never want anyone to have an experience like I did.

Evergreen was dispatched by AAA to help me with a flat tire today. Tyler arrived within the hour and was so pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable! He truly turned my day around! I would recommend this company to anyone.

We needed our rear bumper removed so we could have a local welder repair our broken trailer hitch. Evergreen got right on it and did exactly what we needed in a very timely fashion. The staff were professional and personable. Thanks to Chris and Aaron for the help!

Really appreciated the wonderful service received today from Tyler. He towed our RV from several miles west of Port Angeles back to Port Angeles as we had transmission failure. He was friendly, knowledgeable, competent and answered all of our many questions! Highly recommend him and his company!

Driver was spotlessly clean, polite and friendly. Seamlessly easy tow, even able to use CC for payment. The downside is that the tow was expensive

Absolutely the best service in PA! Thank you to the staff for getting my car finished under a strict time frame. They were so accommodating and enthusiastic. I got rear-ended and went to a couple body shops in town. Since every place was booked out for a couple months, the other body shops were stressed and didn’t look at my car. Wow, when you are very nearly to the campground at the top of Deer Park Rd and your old truck decides to commit suicide, who do you call? Evergreen Towing. I still don't know how to thank Tyler enough for the impeccable rescue. It was nothing short of perfect in the midst of my minor meltdown. Tyler saved the day at an odd hour, so much quicker and affordably than I could have ever hoped for. We were really at their mercy and they gave us nothing but amazing service and kindness.

Our family's vehicle broke down while we were traveling in the area. Evergreen was very helpful in sending a tow truck and making a frustrating situation as smooth as possible for us. Thank you!

Fabulous quick service !!! Greg Seabolt was warm and comforting upon arrival, was so impressed and relieved with how quick he showed up, how careful and nice he was with my car loading it up, the window would not go up, he made sure to go back to the shop and cover it up for me for her ride home, so grateful for him! Baby arrived home safely in my driveway. Evergreen towed me a few years back from hurricane ridge with the same wonderful service. Thank you Greg and evergreen towing!!!

They were quick to get to me and quick to tow my truck to my apartment. My driver was professional, and straight to the point.

Our car was stuck with 2 tires off the side of a mountain downslope in snow. Dustin towed it out with no issues in good condition! We have also used them for body work prior to then and they even cleaned out the interior.

My 80s Mercedes broke down while i was out of town, they did an alternator change within a day of me bringing it in. lifesaver.

I asked at 11:09 for my car to be towed and they reasonably told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait, I was fine with this. Two hours later and I call for an update and I’m told it’ll be 45 more minutes. Three hours later and 3 more update calls and no driver. It’s currently 4:00 and it’s still not here. Had to push my mechanics appointment to tomorrow because of this. Not an ounce of communication or one call from them to tell me what is happening. One sided communication this entire time.

These people are great, service top notch, and the finished work fantastic. The garage door opener scratched the back hatch of my new car and they made it look like it never happened. So appreciative and impressed by this business. Thank you!

Driver was professional but was charged $302 to have two wheel drive work truck towed 5.7 miles.

Wasn’t at night or weekend, was on a Monday morning, and was easy access to pick up. Didn’t even need to be put on flatbed.

Evergreen was given as a referral so maybe trusted too much and gave credit card info without a quote but do feel taken advantage of….that’s a ton of money for 5.7 mile 12 minute tow (distance and time per google).

Someone did a hit and run on my car and I brought it to these guys for body work. Once the parts arrived (half the battle these days) they did an amazing job. Fast and professional, great customer service. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, took no time at all to get to our vehicle, we were on a very busy highway. When our vehicle broke down. Our driver was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Everything went really well. Gave us a ride back to our motorhome.

11/4/21 Today was my first time ever needing to tow my large vehicle. I believe the driver's name was Tyler. He was so sweet and made sure I was safe from traffic. He made my first tow experience the very best it could be considering the circumstances. Thank you so much Tyler! I appreciate you!

I was taken care of here. The staff exercised a lot of patience working with me, especially Payton, I appreciate how kind they were and the timeframe that my vehicle was fixed. This is a professional business setting and the people that work here will make sure that your vehicle is properly taken care of. They are both reasonable and flexible. I appreciate the service I am a satisfied customer. If you are having car problems then this is the place to go. Good quality people.

The folks were fast, friendly, did a great job, and did some nice extra services. They polished out scratches from bushes and pulled out a shopping cart bumple just because they could. These are the folks you want when you need auto body repair.

Did exactly as expected with excellent customer service and decent coffee. Felt genuine but by the office standard obviously making farvyo much money.

Took Subaru there. They replaced and painted both passenger side doors. 2 weeks after we picked it back up the door molding around the passenger window blew off on freeway. Stopped in and talked with Arron. Said he would order the part and call us. Still haven't heard back from him. Not real happy.

My brand spanking new RAM 1500 pickup truck was rear ended by a Silverado which was totaled. After Evergreen worked on my truck it is essentially impossible to see that it was ever in an accident. The body work is perfect as far as I can tell. The only thing that might give it away is the weld joint on the muffler which wouldn't normally be there. Nice to see such good workmanship in the good old US of A.

A tree fell on my car as I cruised 60 miles an hour down the back country road. Thank goodness - I could swerve a little and get slightly under the high side of the tree and avoid a head on collision- but it ripped the kayak off my roof- along with the racks- and a lot of cosmetic damage to the roof, hood, and both sides of the car. My insurance sent me to Evergreen. Evergreen made everything so EASY! I worked with Aaron and he was fantastic. Walked me through all the "steps" of my claim....from when is best to turn it in, where to get my rental, how long things would take etc- he answered a million questions! I got my car back and it looked brand new! I did have a computer glitch that happened during the repair- but they immediately went into action and took care of the problem! Customer service in that place is fantastic. I highly recommend them. Thank you to Aaron and his team. GREAT JOB!

I was impressed Evergreen handled mechanical repairs as well. We’ve relied on them for collision but when our car had a strange water leak, Evergreen got us right in for the repair with a loaner!

Stopped in for a estimate , Aaron was fast and courteous. I received my estimate within hours and it was forwarded to the insurance company. Not sure if the work will be done there, but so far I really like the place. Other family members have had good experiences there .

Very fast and friendly service , did cost A LOT but in my particular case the expense was not a factor it just needed to be done. From Georgiana St a Ford Explorer towed on a flatbed to O'Brien Rd (without keys) cost $170, was done within 45 min from the time the order was put in...was very convenient being able to process payment over the phone as well as not having to waist time running the truck keys to them being that I forgot them at home with was 45 min away.
