I usually don't do a lot of reviews but for the service that this Ford service department provides I had to.

We drove here to Grandview to visit some family, 30 miles before we arrived I got a check engine light on the dash. Called the Pierre Ford service department 30 minutes before closing , their tech looked up my I fo after providing them my vin and they were able to tell me what the code was for the check engine light.

They were fully booked with appointments and advised me to drop the car off and they might be able to sneak me in the schedule.. I dropped it off on Tuesday and they were able to get it in for diagnosis on Wednesday morning.

Such great service! Thankfully there was no repair needed, but they ran all the diagnostic tests to assure that nothing needed to be repaired. We are driving back to California Friday and can now drive without any worry of the truck breaking down.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and I didn’t have to wait long at for the service to be completed. And they washed my car that’s always a huge bonus in my book!! I highly recommend!

Purchasing my new truck went smooth. They found me what I was looking for had it brought in and the paperwork all went smooth. It was the title process afterwards that has been unacceptable. We bought our vehicle on the 1st and the paperwork sat on someone's desk until the 28th before it was sent to the DMV. So here we sit with a new truck and the 2nd trip permit WE purchased will expire on the 15th and we can not get anymore permits so we now have to wait for the DMV to process the paperwork.

UPDATE: I received a call from the front desk saying there was a mix up on mailing address and that they would send out the check . They did do that, I received the check for the shipping today. So changing my one star review to a three.
I must start out by saying the actual buying of the truck was fairly painless. We bought a 2024 F-250 and traded in our 2022 GMC Denali truck October of 2024. We actually bought 2 cars that day and it was the third car we bought at this dealership. We love the truck, they were supposed to send our second key to us after the sale we were told it was at their sister dealership in Hermiston Oregon, it would be mailed to us shortly. It never came, I started calling in February. I left messages, so many messages for our salesman. I left messages for the store manager. I started calling the Hermiston store, They were nice but ultimately said I needed to deal with the Prosser store. After many months lots of time energy and sooooooo many phone calls, so many excuses, so many lies, they finally sent me a key fob to take to a local dealership to get programmed. The local dealership did not have the machine to laser cut the key so I had to send it back to Prosser to get that done, they promised to reimburse my shipping cost, but after a few phone calls on that I am giving up. It is not worth it for the 17.99 UPS shipping cost.
The salesman David is no longer with the company, I spoke with Edgar Garcia and the GM Paul Felix who both assured me this would be handled and yet it has not. Ultimately, they lost our future business, over something that could have been easily handled.

Had a quick, easy and great experience purchasing a vehicle here at Pierre Ford. Edgar was great help and went above and beyond to help me acquire the car I wanted. Went to test drive a car and decided I wanted it. They were supposed to send paperwork to our company that evening to sign. The next day they said the price was a mistake and raised it from $25k to $36k but said they felt bad and would give us a discount at $32k. I felt like they were scammers as the price remained listed at the low price for days after that. We purchased elsewhere instead and won't be back. A letter to the general manager went unanswered.

Just went in for an oil change in my high-mileage pickup, and they treated me very well! I usually change my own but I had a coupon, and they didn't seem to mind one bit. They even washed the poor thing afterwards! Best thing, though, is that they did a full checkup and even quoted me on a diagnosis for some possible issues with my cooling system (224k miles, bound to happen), so I might be going back for more after all.

They reminded me of that quality home town service. The salesman even escorted me to the service department. I waited for a couple of hours and drove away without a check engine light.

The customer service was good and quick, but the big guy in a ponytail and glasses was mad-dogging me when I came to drop off and pick up my car.

So far so good, is my view of the dealership at this location since 1998 and my third vehicle purchased in 2022.

Had an oil change it’s always done promptly and professionally. I always enjoy walking into the service area the guys are friendly and they are kind talking to me with concerns about my car.. they never talk over me they provide me with lots of documentation on what was done and what may be needed.

Jerry was super nice and attentive. He help us as soon as we got onto the lot and was very welcoming. 10/10 recommend you to come down and look for the car of your dreams. They made it very easy for us to figure out the best options for us. I’m very thankful for the staff at this dealership.

Eduardo was there to answer questions for us from start to finish. He made sure my expedition was finished on time and was done exactly as he said it would be for the quoted budget.

I wrote a 5 Star Review 2 months ago after buying my used 2023 Lexus GX from Pierre Ford in Prosser. The buying experience was a good one. My reason for now providing a 1 Star rating has been the follow-up since my purchase. Brandon Sanchez the salesman committed to securing the second key fob from the local seller. He confirmed with the seller that they have the key and Pierre Ford just needed to send a driver to pick it up. Numeruios times he said I would have it in a week. Its now been over 3 months and no key fob. I have reached out several times and my texts are now being ignored. I have been in sales for over 30 years and there is nothing more important that ones commitment and integrity. The worst thing a salesperson can do is not follow through on their commitment. If you buy a car from them, while the initial experience may be good, be aware everything after may be very painful. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to write this review and I would have the key fob they committed to send me.

I can't say enough good things about the service team at Pierre Ford! When I recently needed to get my car fixed, Rick Raver worked hard to to get me on the schedule so I could get back on the road quickly and safely. The service team did an exceptional job, and I wouldn't trust my vehicle anywhere else. Everyone from Rick in the service department to David Gonzalez in the sales department is always friendly and they genuinely care about you as a customer.

Made everything very quick and easy. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Pierre of Prosser. Everyone involved did an amazing job and made me very happy. Thank you all again!

We recently purchased a used 2022 Ford F-150 Tremor from Pierre Ford Prosser. Dave the Sales Mgr made this the easiest vehicle purchase we’ve ever had at a dealership. I would say it took approximately 1 hr from the time we showed up for the test drive until we were out of finance and driving home! This is unheard of in the automotive industry. Negotiations were easy. Finance had a desk that was a computer screen. No more waiting for docs to printout etc…. Dave agreed to fix the tailgate step button and provide an extra Key FOB. They held true to their promise and provided loaner while the work was being completed. I’m a tough customer and generally don’t write reviews at all, but these guys deserve it. Thank you again Dave! We are 100% satisfied and loving this beautiful truck that I get compliments on all the time.

Bought a Super Duty today and it was as smooth as possible showed up Brandon greeted us told him what we were looking to do and what we wanted to buy and from the time we got there to picking a truck to doing the paperwork we were out of there in a little over two hours. That has never happened to me before usually it’s a half day to all day process. It was fast and easy!

I recently bought my 2023 used Lexus GX460 from Brandon Sanchez of Pierre Ford f Prosser WA, and it was a great experience. They were responsive and extremely friendly. As soon as I got to the car dealership, they greeted me and took care of my car needs , I didn’t had to wait that long , to get my car back.

The service department is a joke here. My one and only experience was I took my car in for a shake while breaking & a intermittent long crank start. Their answer after having the car for 3-4 days. It needs a starter & a new flywheel... on a 2015 for explorer. And the shake was a right from rotor, and there was a loose bolt on the right rear shock that was causing a clunk sound.
Most of all I feel like I got taken with no real return on my investment. It cost me almost $500 to get told that I needed to replace my right front brake rotor. And tighten a loose bolt on the right rear shock. Not an impressive experience and sadly not surprising. I went to my normal mechanic shop & they had me fixed and out the door in 1 day and isn't even planning to charge me for a problem that's not theres. I will not be back and I'll definitely not advise anyone else to go there. Ask me where to take your vehicle... you've got much better options available.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the prosser dealership Dave and Mike even though I didn’t buy my 2020 ford fusion titanium hybrid definitely will go to them instead of the Hermiston location thanks again for helping trying to have Hermiston repair what they broke on the car.

Purchased a used 2021 Mustang from these guys. I drove over 3 hours each way from Portland to work with them. Jerry, Mike, Edgar and Val were friendly, helpful and followed through on everything they said they would. Jerry even took the time to come in on his day off to meet me. Amazing experience of buying a vehicle. I purchased a 2023 Ford Edge. Edgar Garcia was my helper and I have to say he made my experience smooth and delightful. Very friendly and professional. It didn't take me 5 hours to buy my vehicle. I am one happy camper, thank you Edgar and Dave Gonzalez.

The sales force at Pierre Ford were exceptional to work with, no high pressure, just a commitment to my customer satisfaction. They ordered my Darkhorse exactly the way I wanted it and kept me up to date on the status of the order.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I was charged more than the quoted price, my car was kept for 3 weeks on a job that shouldn’t have even taken an afternoon. Check engine light came on while they had it, they said they fixed the issue. I picked my car up on Friday afternoon, on Sunday morning the check engine light came on. I’ve never had the check engine light come on before I took my vehicle there.

Our salesman was Edgar Garcia and he was great! We test drove a 2024 Ford Maverick XLT last weekend and came back on Thursday and purchased one. We were in and out of finance in under an hour (thanks Valentino). We had a great experience and everything went smoothly!

These guys are the only Ford dealer in the area you should consider. They were respectful, reasonable, went out of their way to make things work, kept commitments, and followed through. They absolutely changed my perspective of dealers and dealerships. These guys set the bar HIGH and should be commended. I’ll be referring anyone I know to go there if they’re in the market for a vehicle. Brandon and Dave were particularly fantastic!

This group went above and beyond making buying a vehicle something special. The salesman Edgar was kind, friendly, and never over barring. There was never a time that I didnt feel in control of the sale or that I was forced into a vehicle. Cody in finance is the best in the business. He gets you the best payment option out there while also answering any questions you might have. Lastly but definitely not the least of the group, Tom Denchel's service department came in clutch. Oscar was on the ball and got me in earlier than I expected to handle business on my vehicle as promised by Edgar and Cody. It was the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. Way better than the other guys down the road which I've dealt with before. Moving on, Tom Denchel has earned all of my future business.
