We had major leak in our dryer vent room. The dryer vent was blocked and it leaked to our basement, which created mold in the walls and mold duct work. We used 2 companies that our home insurance gave us and neither of them fixed the problem. We decided to pay out of pocket and used MMI. We live in roswell and used MMI since they are close to us. My wife looked them up in their social media and was impressed with their videos. From the moment we called the office, Vitality was professional and polite. MMI came in 2 labeled trucks, just like in their videos. The MMI technicians came in clean uniforms and were professional and polite. One team replaced our dryer vent line and brought it up to code, and the second team replaced the ducts that were contaminated and damaged with mold. MMI worked for 11 hours on my house, which was impressive. They left my house clean. It's been about month since they did the job and I usually don't leave reviews. But these guys did such a wonderful job from the start to end. Price wise with these guys you get what you pay for and they are worth it! They earned a 5 star review hands down.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with MMI Home Improvement Pro. I know this might be a bit of a longer review, but it’s important for me to share just how incredible this company was to work with.

Our home is 30 years old, and my parents have been living here for the past 20 years. Over time, we’ve dealt with a lot of health problems, particularly related to allergies and air quality. About three years ago, we had another company clean our air ducts, but honestly, it didn’t seem like they did much. The issues continued, and the air just didn’t feel clean.

When MMI came to our home, it was a completely different experience from the start. They did a thorough inspection and found mold damage in most of our upstairs ductwork and the supply box. It was clear that it wasn’t something that could be cleaned—it needed to be replaced. They also found mold in our downstairs system, but thankfully, they were able to clean and save that one.

I’ll be honest, the job wasn’t cheap, but it wasn’t the most expensive option either. What really stood out was how professional and transparent they were. The team explained everything in detail, and their professionalism shone through in every aspect—from their sharp uniforms and clean, well-equipped trucks to their knowledge and attention to detail.

The lead technician, along with a crew of five, handled the cleaning and sanitizing. I was so impressed by how organized and skilled they were. Vitaly, the manager, was especially helpful and made sure we understood every step of the process.

Three days later, another crew of three technicians came to replace the upstairs ductwork and the supply box. They worked tirelessly for eight hours straight, and the results were amazing.

Now, our air feels clean, and the difference is truly night and day. I’m so happy I trusted MMI with this job. They’re the kind of company that truly cares about their work and their customers, and it shows.

After ordering MMI Home Improvement Pro’s services to clean my vents, they quickly identified the problem—there was mold inside my AC. Scheduled service for dryer vent cleaning. Asked very specifically if the dryer vent will be cleaned from both ends and was given a price of $199 for that. Scheduled a service as per the estimate. First they called saying we can’t come at the scheduled time of 10am and it will be around 3. When they got here they wanted an extra $150 to clean the dryer vent. When I tried to contact the company about this they just sent a and blocked me from sending any more messages. So basically no customer service or explanation for the extra charges and no further communication. If you don’t agree to their extra charges they will simply block you from any further communication or explanation.

A very good and reliable company. Performs work in the cleanest way. Its employees enter the customer's house with shoe protectors.. which is very fascinating to me.. a professional company.. with advanced technical capabilities and technologists in the field.. highly recommended

Better off using someone cheaper. These are amateurs charging pro prices. Being upsold is on me, but the mediocre performance put me off. They missed an entire section of ductwork and did not go very deep in the vents they did get. When notified they start ghosting.

Tip for MMI. Before and after pictures only work if they're of the same location.
