I had my air ducts inspected because I have severe allergies so I assumed it was due to my air quality. I explained my concern to the MMI Home Improvement team and they suggested to get my air system cleaned. It’s been a few days now and I can tell a major difference! My allergies aren’t present anymore.
Shoutout to the technicians Mark and Angel putting in their hard work,dealing with the massive heat in the attic. Props to them!
I would highly recommend you get these guys to come out and service your property.
First, I spoke to John. I desperately needed someone on the same day due to a severe furnace leak. He said that they had availability for the next day. I told him that I needed someone same day. He placed me on a brief hold & found a tech that could make it out that evening! Completely amazing! I had already called four other companies that were unable to assist same day.
The tech, Javier, that came out was awesome! Our furnace was pouring water all in the floor around the unit. We had two different techs come out from a reputable company (4.9 stars). They were unable to fix the leak and we were dealing with this extreme problem for multiple days.
Javier came out at 8 pm on the day that I called. He had the repair done in less than 15 minutes!! These guys are amazing & after the nightmare that I have been through with this leak, they are truly life savers! I definitely recommend these guys!!
Scheduled an appointment for air duct and dryer vent cleaning about a week or two in advance. My wife called to confirm the appointment a week beforehand and was told that the appointment is confirmed. Later on the same day, she received a generic text message stating that due to “issues within the company the appointment has been cancelled and cannot be rescheduled for the next 4 weeks.” After multiple failed attempts to contact the company, we finally got through and we were told that the reason the service was cancelled was because they had to renew the lease on their vehicles on the day that the appointment was scheduled. Extremely disappointed with the way the entire situation was handled and for frankly the weak excuse of why it was canceled. Had we gotten a phone call to explain the situation and an offer to postpone the appointment we likely would have done business with MMI. However it seems as though they are more than happy to cancel appointments without any sort of offer to reschedule.
