I hired Adam's Maintenance services to help with a design installation and I was super appreciative of their last minute availability. The reason I am leaving a two star review is because of the lack of professionalism and the amount of work that was accomplished during the hours that they were onsite. The majority of the upstairs of the home smelled like cigarettes hours after they left. The crew was there for 5 hours and we got curtains hung in three rooms, and artwork hung in two (almost $500 on the invoice). Based on previous reviews, we were a little bit blindsided by the entire experience.

The guys were very nice but I would not recommend this company for any professional work.

Very positive experience overall. Jed did a great job of replacing a broken faucet. Reasonably priced. On time. Quality work. Don't know what else you can ask for. Will definitely use again in the future.

I called Adam's Maintenance Service after being referred by a friend. I needed some fascia boards and the soffit repaired, before having a new roof installed. They showed up at the scheduled time and gave me an accurate quote of the requested work. They were able to start repairs within 2 days after I gave them authorization. The work was completed within the time-frame given and looks amazing. I appreciate people that are good at their craft. Good job and thanks again.

This team is by far one of the best I have used, they always take on what ever I ask of them. Communication is GREAT, they use our system so document uploads are seamless along with the photos we require. I wish there were more teams like them all over the states.

Great Tile Repair for our client restaurant floor! We hired this company as a sub-contractor to complete a project that another contractor left undone, Adam's Maintenance took care of the issue and ended up completing the job on time.
