Kaba redid our deck. they brought down the existing uncovered wooden deck completely, extended it length and breadth, moved the stairs to a less obtrusive location, used Trex for the deck as well and Trex components for railings, balusters, and railings, and added electric outlets. As we covered this deck, they put an LVL. This avoided a load-bearing column that would have obstructed the view of the backyard.

The workmanship of Kaba was impeccable. Andy, who is the owner, is very professional in his recommendations (moving the stairs, LVL, partial, cover, etc. were his idea). Above all, Andy is just a lovely person to work with. He wants perfection and his crew is very professional and skilled. I recommend him 100%. He also managed the county inspections etc. at a very reasonable cost. Just a great experience. Talk to Andy if you want to come by and see our deck.
