We were working on a project today where a team from Redemption Remodeling was also working. We are a husband-and-wife junk removal team, and the two of us had lifted a large outdoor shed and were inching around the house, shed in tow, toward our truck. The Redemption Remodeling team was wrapping up for the day, but they saw us and - without a word - jumped right in to help us get our heavy load to the lift gate safely.

The men on the team were so polite and respectful, and they worked efficiently and left the worksite spotless before leaving for the day.

It was so encouraging to work alongside such a kind group, and we wanted to not miss an opportunity to give praise and credit where it is due. Bravo to this excellent team!

I found Redemption Remodeling through a google search and schedule a quote to level my backyard. I ended up getting my kitchen, floors, walls, ceilings, and garage remodeled. I shared a vision with Jeremy about putting in permanent stairs to an attic over our oversized garage. In no time he came back with a proposal and his team showed up on site within a week. They completed the task in record time. The work is beautiful. His crews could not be more professional. Every day they left the work site completely cleared and cleaned up. The communication during the project was excellent with an update every morning and every evening by text. Over the years I’ve used a lot of different contractors and I’ve never been as pleased. If I was asked to write a 10 page essay about our experience with RRLLC, I would gladly do so. To say our experience exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. We did a complete house gut as well as a master addition to the back of our house. We had a different contractor, whom we paid a deposit, start the demo of the project. They ended up filing for bankruptcy and taking our money with them. We were obviously nervous about any contractor we interviewed after that. After explaining our situation to Jeremy, we felt a large weight lifted off our shoulders as we felt someone finally gave us the comfort level we had been searching for. Jeremy and his team are the absolute best at communicating. Anytime we reached out to him for an update, we never had to wonder if we were going to get a response. In a world of contractors responding to you days and weeks later, Jeremy and his team really stand out from the crowd. After what we had been through with our previous contractor, my husband was at the job site almost every day. All of Jeremy's employees are just as knowledgeable and trustworthy as he is. We thought they may get annoyed with him hovering all day, but they understood the situation and even taught him what they were doing along the way. We were able to have frank conversations about budget throughout the process telling Jeremy we needed to cut back in some areas. Once he knew, he was always willing to brainstorm to figure out creative ways to get us what we liked but within budget. I am pretty particular about finishes. We have three different types of cabinet hardware in our kitchen alone. We joked about it a good bit, but Jeremy always made sure we were completely satisfied with each step of the renovation even to my sometimes unrealistic standards. I could go on and on, but the moral of the story is to trust the reviews. They are raving for a reason. We can't wait for our next project so we can work with them again.

We used Jeremey / Redemption Remodeling in 2018 for a deck project and the team out performed our expectations.

Fast forward to the summer of 2022 when we returned from a summer vacation. We came home to a burst pipe that flooded our home with approximately 30,000 gallons of water. After interviewing several contractors from our insurance company, we decided to go with Redemption Remodeling. My wife and I are not easy customers, as we both pay close attention to the details to ensure we're getting the quality we want. It was a huge project involving demolition and reconstruction of our entire first floor and basement. Jeremey was able to get our project started on schedule and they completed work before our deadline. The craftsmanship was top notch, his team was great to work with, and our home is back together better than it was before the flood. The team of different trades coming to our house did great work, and we are thrilled to give them Five Stars and will surely use them again (just pray it's not having to repair a flood) in the future. Jeremy was always available to answer questions along the way, and he kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. This project cost well into 6 figures, and Jeremey fulfilled every promise and contractual obligation on time. I cannot say enough good things about this company and crew. One of the first contractors I've ever had that finished a project on the stated time for the stated price. We had an issue come up that the team fairly worked out with me in a timely manner which I greatly appreciated.

First thing I want to say is, the Redemption Remodeling team was extremely professional and friendly.. Recently, I had all 3 of my decks completed demo’ed and rebuilt by Redemption Remodeling. The work is nothing short of outstanding, and the team repeatedly asked doing the project if the decks were coming along the way I wanted. Oh, and they sanded the hand rails to ensure there was not any splintering (I was not expecting that level of detail).

Jeremy and his wonderful team added our dream covered porch to our house. Our house is historic and was built in 1911 and it was important for us to find a contractor that would take this into consideration. We liked their work so much that we are under contract with them for a 2nd project.

They did a bathroom remodel and built a sunroom off the back of our home. They do quality work with crews you can trust. They will not cut corners and do everything according to code. Will definitely recommend Jeremy at Redemption Remodeling to friends.

I do not recommend hiring this company. When Delroy comes to see the house he promises excellence, but what is delivered is well below expectations, and they fight about every nut and bolt. You'll find out that you have to buy many of the supplies to do the job. They refuse to even speak with a designer. It's all about what they want to do, not the homeowner. Customer service is very poor. This job has been under way for months and all we get is excuses. I doubt they will ever finish. Make sure you go over every word of the contract beforehand, and have a good lawyer.

We had a great experience with Redemption Remodeling and a deck/outdoor living space transformation near Chamblee in summer 2021. Jacob and Jeremy Ziadie are a strong team and have a good crew working with them – very considerate and pleasant as they work around your home. Redemption Remodeling replaced a 20+ year old wooden deck on our 1970 home with a new, expanded Trex deck largely utilizing existing framing to help reduce time and cost. The addition of a pitched roof matches the existing structure so well that people think the deck has always been covered! Our family enjoys this new space nearly every day and it’s always a gathering spot for parties. Communication with Redemption Remodeling was exceptional, with Jacob and Jeremy regularly checking in throughout the project and adapting/adjusting easily when we added new items to the project or shifted plans. As with any project, key to success and satisfaction is making sure you track/look at the project regularly and address any questions or issues as you go directly and clearly. Work was completed in a timely manner with no real delay or drag (outside of weather). We would recommend them for similar projects and will call on them in the future!

Jeremy was awesome to work with! Very responsive and great ideas! The quality of our project was amazing. We are very happy with the gable roof covered porch and the expansion of our deck. The only thing I would recommend is better communication. As pictured below I was upset that the construction workers put a post directly in the middle of a walkway…. I wish they would’ve asked me prior as I would’ve wished to expand the deck an extra foot to avoid that.

We used redemption for a 2 story addition onto our home. With a full studio in through basement. We were really happy with their service. Once permits came in they worked non stop on our project. They were very receptive to our needs and worked hard to provide solutions quickly and professionally. I attempted to use this company to finish a basement. I was scheduled for an appointment this morning at 9am, got a text message at 8:55 saying he would be there around 9:30, in which I text back "wow ok". I immediately received a phone call asking if it was a problem, in which I advised no, I was just hanging back from work and will just go in later. He then became very defensive stating "if I would like him to just come to my house and risk his life and safety he will just do that and not get his tire changed." I was completely astonished at this gentlemen's demeanor and attitude and I advised him I felt like he was being extremely defensive. He then stated " nevermind forget it, I am not coming, and he is cancelling my appointment." I then called the office, this gentlemen was already back at the office, come to find out, the gentlemen that was supposed to come to my home, that was already back at the office, is indeed the owner of the company. When I called the secretary then blamed the interaction on me stating I also became defensive, then the owner, Jeremy Ziadie came back on the line stating that I was the one that became defensive and said sorry that they are not a good fit for what I needed done and hung the phone up. If this is a professional business, it should be conducted as so. I am a sensible individual, I have worked with home warranties as a manager, I have no need to be defensive nor am I upset about the situation, but as a professional, things should be handled professionally as well as calmly. No stars are left as an indication to the level of professionalism I received from the company, the secretary, as well as the technician, who turned out to be the owner of the company. Professionalism goes a long way, and business is earned, and I am not able to leave any type of positivity for this review.

We tried to work with Jeremy and Jacob but ended up terminating our bathroom and kitchen remodeling projects with them after 5 months into the projects. The skill level of the work done here doesn’t meet our expectations. The shower wall has to be completely removed and redone now because of the lack of a moisture barrier. I think this company may be fine for decks and such but wouldn’t recommend them for interior work. Communication was a struggle and we just couldn’t keep trying to make it work. It was incredibly stressful for us. Can’t recommend them for interior work.

Redemption Remodeling did EXACTLY that. They came in behind another contractor and redeemed this remodel! And what a job they did! They completed all phases of the job from substructure, decking, stairs, railing, and cocktail top. And it came out phenomenal!!

They came out, we discussed what was there and what needed to be done. Discussed my detailed OCD and what my wants vs code requirements. Producing a quote that day.

They were onsite working promptly. Their team was professional at all times and more importantly ON TIME every day! The team's attention to detail was great. I simply just asked questions and if they had an option they would ask before they did the work to ensure I would be happy.

The redemption team installed a rear shed roof screened porch to my home. They crews were prompt and completed the job successfully. Also a professional outfit that was great on cleaning up the job site after completion. Would seriously hire them again for more projects.

Our family used Redemption Remodeling for a deck replacement. We had a 90ft oak tree fall through our deck. They rebuilt the entire deck. The deck was built far better and more beautiful than what we had. The craftsmen Rob, Rodney and Drew were the best group of guys! They handcrafted everything and nothing was pre-fab. They were such a good group to work with and those 3 guys were amazing! I would absolutely use them again and request that group for any work that is needed on our house. They did a beautiful job and we now have a one of a kind deck.

Went to this company to have remodeling done on my kitchen. The price was higher than expected and we started looking for ways to do some of the work ourselves and maybe have redemption do the work we knew we could not do on our own. We spoke with Delroy to see if we could negotiate the contract he sent over. He acted like he would try to work with us. When he redid the estimate, it was almost 4000.00 more for less work. One of the services we wanted to take off the table went from 800 to 3200. He then expressed in his email that "the quote is more but like our website says we do the work right the first time." It almost seemed as if because we wanted to negotiate that we were being penalized. I wouldn't use this company even if my budget was unlimited. I only gave them a one because I could not give them less than that.

Update: We appreciate the owner for getting around to responding to our concerns 8 months later. There was a two week time frame between your having Delroy coming and giving us a quote to our making a decision. Covid was already in full swing. Yes our project was completed and Covid had no effect on the pricing.

We heard about Redemption Remodeling on Facebook and I have never regretted our decision in using them to convert our garage into two bedrooms. Jacob has gone above and beyond to help us and to make the stress of remodeling as little as possible. The work crews that came were very tolerant of the kids always wanting updates with their rooms and checking in. We plan on more updates soon and will definitely use them again! My wife and I wanted to replace two windows in our house. Most companies I contacted would not do a two-window job, and the ones that did quoted me extremely high prices ($1250+ per window).

I found Redemption because the Pella website recommended them as the certified installer of their products.

I got in touch with them and they answered all the questions I had, even when it took me a few days to get back to them. They sent someone out to measure everything prior to ordering the windows. Six weeks later, when the windows were manufactured, they sent a two-person team to remove the old windows and install the new ones. All debris (including the old windows) were removed and they cleaned everything up.

The two-person team were extremely professional and worked quickly while ensuring everything was done properly.

The only negative comment I have is that on some occasions, during the initial information process and for subsequent scheduling of the measurement visit and the installation visit, the company would, on occasion, go silent for days and once a whole week. However, I still happily rate my experience as five stars because #1, the work was done exactly as promised within the projected time and completely on budget and, #2, I was a smaller job and I know that companies have to prioritize larger projects and, #3, that sometimes when working many jobs it can be hard to get back to people quickly.

The new windows look great, are completely sealed and reduce sound and heat from the outside. I am very pleased.

After the project was completed, I realized I wanted an extra item for my windows. Redemption arranged to have these items delivered to me free of charge, even though I should have asked and paid for these when arranging the contract. One of the Redemption employees delivered the items to me in person and made sure I was happy with the work that was done. To me, this is a perfect example of going the extra mile for a customer.

Redemption did an excellent job I would absolutely use them for larger projects in addition to any smaller ones I have in the future.

I was recommended to Redemption Remodeling from another deck company in the metro area. Jacob was able to come out to provide a quote within 3 hours of my initial phone call. We were working with a really tight deadline, and Jacob was able to guarantee the project to be complete within two weeks and at a competitive price. The project officially concluded yesterday (on schedule and on budget) and my husband and I are thrilled with the results. Our deck is sturdy, well built, and to code. The entire crew was a pleasure to work with and Jacob was also able to help out with a few additional projects around the house while the original scope of work was being completed. Outside of workmanship, which was clearly outstanding, Jacob was transparent around pricing and quick to respond at all hours. All and all a great experience and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable crew.

We couldn’t be more pleased with how our 2 level deck turned out!! Our backyard is so sloped that an inground pool just wasn’t possible. In comes Jeremy and his crew...excavating, grading for the above ground pool then building our deck which is just amazing. They delivered what was promised on time and on budget. Thanks so much!!

Great company to work with. They tore down our 20 year old front porch and remodeled it. The estimate they had given us was really good and spot on. Every time there was a problem, which was only once and he had warned me it might be an issue when he did the estimate, Jacob explained to me how he was going to fix and how much more it would cost. His crew worked hard and they where very courteous, even in the 100 degree heat. We had cars slowing down and even stopping to look at the progress, telling us how great it was looking, and he had quite a few people stopping and wanting his business card. When I purchased my home in August 2017 there were a number of updates it needed and a number of updates I wanted done in anticipation of the birth of my first born son! For the first time ever i started and finished a project with not a single issue. From the estimate negotiation, to the timing on starting the job and until the completion of the project everything was smooth, clear and satisfying. Its 4 and not 5 stars cause of a couple of small details that might have been done better. We looked at several brands of windows to replace our 25 fifty year old windows and finally decided on Pella double hung windows. We were happy to find Redemption Remodeling as certified Pella installers and happy to know they would come all the way to Athens to do the work. Jeremy helped us select the window styles and colors and gave us a quote immediately. We also contracted with the company to have new fascia, overhang, gutters and downspouts, and 2 doors installed. All of the work looks great! Jeremy and his crew were always professional and courteous and willing to work around our requested schedule. It was a pleasure to work with a great family operated business.

When he arrived for the quote, I told him I would meet him out back. He insisted he had to go through the house and see my basement in order to do the deck ( he had no reason to go through my house, didnt even bother with looking at the basement.)
I had my mom with me because we had plans after. He literally asked me 2-3 times who's house this is, even though I told him it was mine, and kept over looking me talking to my mom instead. ( I guess he doesn't know people in their late 20's can own a house).

When I asked him the price for composite decking he states " you know, I have a kid your age." ( that comment was unnecessary/random). When I told him I will continue looking for quotes to compare he said " go ahead, and then you can come back to me. " (Rude.)

It doesnt matter if a customer is your "kid's age"..if someone is interested in your services you provide them with excellent customer service, regardless of their age. You make them feel it's worth putting down the money.

There were some challenges toward the end of the project. Overall I’d rate the experience a 2.

Negative: The main reason for the 2 is because they remodeled the entire shower and when I notified them the next day that water was pooling and sitting in an area in the shower they said they wouldn’t fix it.

The other reason is that someone used a sharpie to draw the plan for the bathroom on the cilling. When the painters painted the sharpie drawing shows through. They also would not have someone come out and paint over it so it would not show.

The response was that there is no money in the budget to fix iwhatvtheir contractor didn’t do correctly to begin with and the shower is not leaking anymore.

Positives: The brothers are very nice. They are very responsive.

Overall: It was a less than smooth experience and the outcome was not a completely satisfied customer.

Jeremy and his team did an excellent job on my deck extension/new deck/deck roof covering project. Jeremy showed up on time for our first meeting to walk the property and discuss my ideas. He followed up with me soon after with a proposal and began work almost immediately (one hour later)! From that point on the crew showed up every day on time with clear instruction on what needed to be done. The work was completed on time and I could not be happier with the finished product.

The entire team was polite and professional. My yard was left as clean as it could be and my grass was spared.

There were zero surprises in regard to prices, costs, billings, etc. Super honest contractor!

I will definitely call Jeremy and Redemption Remodeling for future projects.

We started with a fence. They did such a great job! I had a deck redecked. Looks extremely great. They stain the deck after it has been down for certain amount of time. Now we are putting hardy plank on the house. The company is always interested in your time frame. Great interpersonal skills. A great company.
