I was so happy with my experience with Millstream Construction. I got a new roof and gutters. I got a slightly lower estimate from another company, but that person only flew a drone over my house to look at the roof when I wasn't home. Dave from Millstream looked at the roof and went into the attic. His thoroughness really boosted my confidence. Candi was an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this company!

Dave Lynch was very friendly, informative, and quick to respond to my questions. The crew worked efficiently to provide us with a new flat roof membrane within two days, just before the next rainstorm. Paula in the office was a pleasure to speak with. Thank you, Millstream!

I recently had a new roof installed by Millstream construction LLC. The quality of the work ethic and performance were outstanding, from the promptness of the initial visit to the completion of the project. At every step of the process I was given detailed information on how, what and when. The fact that I have an existing solar system on my home was a major concern, in that I didn’t want a lengthy downtime in my energy production. Millstream Construction did just that, I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call them for any further projects.

It was a pleasure working with Millstream. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The workers did a great job shingling my pavilion and so fast! The staff was also great working with me on materials I had on hand. Highly recommended!

Millstream staff are terrific. While identifying options for remediating an attic ventilation issue they also checked the roof. They assured me the roof was fine. The ventilation work was done carefully, good communication between supervisor and workers, and cleaned everything up before leaving.
The office staff was helpful, responsive, and seem very nice.
I look forward to working with them again.

After signing a roofing contract with another company, and the day before work started they asked for more money I had to find another contractor. I ended up going with Millstream and I am so glad I did. Dave came out and gave me a fair price and most importantly was honest. Once you sign, you get a dedicated person assigned to your project. They constantly communicate. Candi and Rose were always kind and accommodating. I also appreciate that they were flexible with scheduling the job. They use premium GAF product and you get the Golden GAF warranty. The job took two days as my roof was large. The workers worked hard and were careful around my landscaping. Honestly, I had a great experience.

My wife and I were a bit nervous about getting our roof done because of the huge expense, the potential for shoddy work and just the whole mess that it would cause in our yard. We also had no idea how much wood would have to be replaced due to rot (another big expense). We got several estimates, and by far, Millstream was the most professional and meticulous about explaining to us exactly what we needed and how much it would cost. Dave, their attentive representative, spent a couple hours examining our roof and even going into the attic to see where the wood was compromised. Although the quote was a little bit more expensive than some other small outfits, we are so glad we went with Millstream. We were absolutely blown away by their skilled work! They had the equipment, the team and the experience to get the job done right. After doing a thorough inspection, moreover, they even came back to correct/improve a few areas. We also really appreciate the care they put into the flashing around the chimney. The roof looks solid and beautiful, and our yard was left spotless. We now can sleep well at night knowing that we went with the pros- worth every penny! I would highly recommend Millstream for any roofing job. Just call Dave. I was their first solar panel customer. Installation in July 2023. They replaced the roof and installed Panasonic solar panels for me. Good company for roof replacement, but I turned out to be their Guinea Pig for solar. My solar system is down for a month now because of an inverter issue. And it's till not repaired. They are learning over my losses. Communication and accountability issues.

Super easy process to get a quote and schedule. Company is easy to work with in terms of communication (text, email, always answers the listed phone number). Work looks great and the guys that came out for us even went above and beyond painting a few roof pipes to make everything match. I’m hoping to use them for future home projects.

Millstream Roofers did an excellent job replacing the roof on our shed. The end product looks great and all the work was completed in a day. They were thorough and very conscientious about cleaning up the site behind them. I recommend them highly.

Started the process with Millstream after getting 3 other written quotes from other solar/roofing companies for both a new asphalt roof and 27 solar panels. The roofing quote was for the exact same asphalt shingle from all 4 companies. We had considered a metal roof earlier but those ended up just too expensive for our budget. Millstream offered a slightly better cost than the 3 competitor quotes for the asphalt roof but additionally offered Panasonic rather than either Q cells or Sunpower solar panels that I had on other quotes. The warranty was great with the Panasonic and the efficiency was comparable to the others but the fact that Panasonic has been in business for a 100 years was important. They would be around to honor any warranty work if necessary. Nick, the sales representative was very knowledgeable, answered questions quickly, and worked with Sync, the solar company on the panel and inverter installation. He came out to the house and explained everything in detail. I was at first concerned that Sync did not have a lot of consumer reviews, apparently because they do a lot of industrial solar projects, but they did a fine job coordinating with Eversource to get the system up and running. The 5 person crew that actually installed the asphalt shingle roof on the house worked a 12 hour day and took maybe a 20 minute break. Extremely hard working. They also installed a new skylight and chimney cap as part of this project. All aspects of the job were done well, on time and as requested. They put snow and ice underlayment under the entire solar array and flashed all areas to specifications. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Millstreams services again or suggest them to friends.

The people we dealt with at Millstream were fine, they came out to assess our gutters when we contacted them for help with replacement as they were causing water damage. They used drones, they checked everything thoroughly and took a lot of photos, so we thought we were in good hands. Unfortunately they outsourced the work and the contractors we actually dealt with did a worse job than what we started with. We now have water damage coming into the walls as the gutters don't drain at all, causing more severe overflow issues. The contractors pushed to be hired and paid directly as well for a cheaper price and got hostile when we pointed out the issues. We have accepted that we have to get it fixed elsewhere. We would never choose to use them again after this experience.

My installation was quick, professional and because of the step by step information shared I was confident and able to appreciate the work.

I can’t share enough about my positive experience working with Millstream Construction! I worked with them to add a deck. Chris, the owner, was responsive and always showed up on time! He was great to work with during the initial phase of the project, giving suggestions and ideas to consider on the design! The crew, Mark and Bryan were amazing! They were both on time and kept me informed of the project every step of the way! We had a minor “glitch” early on as a result of a funky structural issue with my house but they adjusted quickly and kept the project running on time and very smoothly. I asked for a privacy gate and gave very little direction and the design Mark ultimately came up with was absolutely perfect, taking into considerations things I hadn’t thought about! Generally you hear more horror stories than good ones when it comes to construction related work but Millstream Construction was nothing but outstanding!

Millstream responded to my request for an estimate quickly. I was super impressed that there was no attempt to up sell me. My project turned out to be much smaller than I feared. The repair price was more than fair

I recently had my roof replaced by Millstream Construction. I found both the on-site construction crew and the office personnel to be friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Despite their long commute to my home, they arrived early and went straight to work. The communication with the management team was generally seamless, and there was good communication and co-ordination with the mold remediation team, which was from another company. I would recommend considering Millstream for your roofing needs.

Having work done at our home over the years, Andrew, the companies manager for the removal and installation of our new roof made our contracting experiance a dream come true. Crew was very professional and proficient to it's completion. Thank you for wonderful work

These guys are amazing. We got 2 other quotes from roofing companies . Both of the other quotes were 10,500 and then the next day they dropped the price 2,000. I live in a retirement company and I feel the 2 companies are ripping off the elderly and veterans . Chris and Dave from Millstream company came in with a quote of 6,500 right off the bat. They did the roof in one day with all materials coming in at the exact time needed. The roof is beautiful and when they were done not 1 nail was found in the yard. I can’t say enough about how much I was amazed at the job they did. Don’t get ripped off by other companies call Mill stream and mention my name Heather, these guys are TOP Notch!!!!

Chris and Steve made sure everything was done perfectly, professionally, and in a very timely manner. I have owned two construction companies in the last 36 years, and this is some of the top best service I have had from a home improvement company ever. Insurance dragged their feet for our kitchen that burned down in April 2023, a few months later Crys was on the job and got things moving with insurance, I would recommend this company to anyone doing a project small OR large, not only did they do quality work, but they did it for reasonable prices considering the state of prices for building materials right now. there was never a question, if I asked for it, they figured out a way to deliver it. I hope to work with these gentlemen again on a project in the summer, I would recommend these guys over some of the big box businesses in the area any day of the week. Top quality, work, top-notch, subcontractors, and especially top-notch employees.

Great customer service!!! I didn’t have to wait long after signing the contract, and they were done before I even knew it!!

They do alot of sneaky things on customers roofs and customers never know about it, cut corners, in correct installs, subs are not trained properly, safety is null, don't pay subs and use new subs that don't know this, its like a ponzy scheme but for subs, always have problems keeping subs. Sales people have no idea about roofing and what they are selling, alot of customer complaints, please do your research before using this company, or you could find yourself with mechanic liens on your home!!!

Had an issue with my roof leaking, so i called Millstream and spoke to Nick. Nick sent one of his guys out the next day during a rain storm to see just where the leak was, inside and out. My roof has two layers so a repair was not an option. A couple days later, a quote was sent to me and was signed. the roof will be repaired within a couple of weeks! Nick and his team were very professional and confident on the decisions they made. The process was smooth and easy. everything was done electronically and they only require a 50% payment upfront and the other 50% when the job has been completed. This is very settling knowing that they wont leave the jobsite half way through and unfinished like some other horror stories i have heard in the past from other companies. I would recommend the team over a Millstream for any project you may have! If for some reason they cannot get it done, they will refer you to a proffesional as good and comparable to them!

I have had the best experience with this company for every step of this roofing project. From the time I met with sales manager Dave Lynch, to scheduling and talking with Nick Ortiz and office personnel, to the interactions with the crew, it has been absolutely fantastic. They really delivered on every promise, which I did not think was possible because I had a very old, strange looking, unique roof. The roof has been transformed, and the whole house looks so much better. And just having the peace of mind of knowing the products they use and the installation are of the highest quality is a great feeling. I highly recommend this company!

Had issues with scheduling but once that was worked out, everything went well. Jose is the man. I don’t think I’ve ever seen someone work so hard. Did our skylight replacement in one morning. What an incredible tradesman.

Millstream replaced my 20 year-old roof. The engagement was professional and not high-pressured at all. The work was scheduled and fulfilled on time with high quality workmanship. Following the installation, a Millstream representative came, inspected, took photos, reviewed work with us and even went up on a ladder to retrieve a small piece of paper that was inadvertently left. (we were pleased with this action)

The crew was so very professional, hard working, knowledgeable and pleasant. The continuous clean up was impressive. The quality of their work is superior. Millstream/Manuel and his team did a fantastic job with my roof. I am very happy with the speed they did the job in and the skill of the crew. I was telling people that I think I got the best roofers :) Roof was beautiful with new plywood, underlayment, everything needed. Solid warranty too. Thank you! It is a big relief to have this done and no leaks.

The roofers did an amazing job with our roof! It’s beautiful and they stayed until the job was done, after dark, because of the rain the next day. They did such a good job cleaning up too! Which we appreciate so much with having kids and a dog. Highly recommend!
