Had Turner come out to address several areas of trim rot on my 1950s Cape-style home. The work included replacing brickmould around a window and repairing several sections of rake board. Brian and Dominic showed up on time, were professional throughout, and did outstanding trim work that matched the character of my wood clapboard house.

We had a complete home renovation roof, siding, windows, doors & gutters. Our estimator Jon W was patient, thorough & always available to answer any questions & we had a lot from start to finish. The roof was completed in a day. The crew worked diligently for 10 hours, barely taking a break in the hot, humid summer (July). Project Manager Scott was prompt & efficient with communication. Our opinion was of the utmost importance. He was easy going & open to suggestions. I could tell he cares about customer satisfaction & being an integral part of Turners success. The siding, window, door & gutter crew of Mike, Chris & Dom took their time to make sure the workmanship quality was to our complete satisfaction. They were so friendly & engaging. It was so refreshing to have these 3 guys doing our home renovation, considering some contractors do the job quick without regard for quality or customer satisfaction. Our house looks amazing thanks to the entire staff at Turner. The office ladies Joanie & Sienna are so nice & and assets to the company specifically with emailing with paperwork, invoices & warranty information. Turner is the complete package. We are so thankful & appreciative we chose them with this very important project.

I had 8 windows replaced. My installers were Brian(Red) & William they were both excellent, polite, professional, hard working and friendly-working outside in the bitter cold! they didn't stop all day, aside from lunch !!! The workmanship was perfect attention to detail, and even the clean up !! Had a little glitch in the beginning of project forcing a possible change but Quick thinking on William & Brians part with a call to Trevor in Sales and an on-site visit from Scott they were able to figure it all out to my satisfaction!! thank you so much Your team is the best. they communicated with me constantly and a pleasure to work with.

Turner folks replaced a front door and door frame for us. From the quoting process to the finished project, they were great to work with!! The workmanship is beautiful!

Disappointed with our experience with Turner Home Improvement. We had to have our roof replaced. We went with Corey Turner based on an excellent previous experience 5 years ago with the company replacing windows.
With the roof replacement, we did not have a project manager on site or anyone who came to the site beyond the roofers like we did the last time we worked with them. The crew began work before we knew they were at our house, and weren’t communicative during the process. We heard from a project manager from a different nearby job when the crew was done that our intended project manager was out sick that day. We weren’t aware, and weren’t given the option to reschedule, which I believe would have helped to avoid most of these issues.
We had a number of issues, some of which were resolved and some we ended up taking care of ourselves:
- Our hot tub cover had damage, both holes in the top and a crushed area. I believe the holes were from old shingles tossed from the top of the roof, and the crushed area was from a roofer who had climbed on top of the hot tub cover. They agreed to take the cost of the replacement top off of the bill.
- Damage to the gutter above our front door, which they did come back out and unbend and touch up the paint
- Gutter drips edges were installed incorrectly, which would have sent water behind the facia boards. They came back and took care of.
- Full ice and water was in our contract for one portion of our house (west side), above the 6 feet standard application, but it was only applied to the first 6 feet. We considered this a wash, because they did apply extra ice and water in another area of the house on the day of install that wasn’t originally planned.
- There was some very limited amount of tar that got on to our deck, and they took care of it the next week.
- A bush in the front of our house has crushed, with about 1/3 of its branches snapped off. After having to be pushy, they agreed to take the $50 that the bush cost off of the bill.
- One of the screens on one of our sliding doors was torn. They took the screen frame with them and replaced the screen.
- Gutter flashing in one area was bubbled out and had to be adjusted. They took care of it quickly.
- A pergola above our deck had one of the decorative ends of one of the boards damaged. The company agreed to take care of, and ordered a replacement board. However, when the crew came to install, it was found that the replacement board was ordered too short. We were going to move forward with having it replaced anyway with the Turner Home Improvement contractors who were there that day, to avoid having to wait longer for a longer board to be ordered. The options offered seemed like poor options (like just cutting the ends off of all of the decorative ends to cut off the damage and make them all match). We decided to rehire the contractor who originally built the pergola instead. I would consider this taken care of by Turner Home Improvement since they did offer to reorder the larger board and come back to take care of the replacement, and it was our choice to work with the original builder.
- The issue that we considered not to have been addressed was an area where flashing was added to our chimney that wasn’t previously there or required. A small 2’ roof was added above the first story of the house around the chimney 3 years ago when the pergola was built, to be able to attach the pergola. Since it was built with PVC and allowed water to flow around the chimney, flashing wasn’t required. When the roof was redone, an eyesore section of flashing was added. This change to the design of the chimney / small 2’ roof wasn’t communicated to us. This was refused to be addressed, so we’re working with a mason who’s worked on the chimney in the past to correct.
I’m still giving a 3 star review as the roof itself appears to have been well done, and they corrected most of the issues we had. The removal of 2 stars was due to having to deal with so many issues, and a couple that we’re having to address ourselves.

Excellent company! William is an amazing installer! He (and the entire team I had contact with) were personable, knowledgeable and professional. My window finish work ran into a couple of snags but William would not quit until he solved the problem and had everything done properly and looking great. His attention to detail is truly outstanding! He exceeded my expectations. Nowadays, it can be difficult to find a company and installer who take such pride in their work and pay attention to detail. I would highly, and without hesitation, recommend Turner to anyone looking for a company and workers they can trust to do an excellent job. I will definitely call them again if I need work done on the house.

I dealt with Trevor R and Scott N on an reroofing job for my house and both were nothing short of sensational in terms of customer support. This project required extra attention around the chimney due to the existing step flashing used under the cultured stone that could not be removed. They worked with me to ensure that I was pleased with the roofing approach. We have not had much rain to test out the job; however, I feel that if any problems arise, they will continue to work with me. So to those out there who want a contractor to work with you, respect your concerns, address issues in a timely manner that exceeds your expectations, I would recommend Turner to you.

Requested a quote on 7/25. Chris came out took measurements and photos. 9/6 haven’t heard from him or anyone from this company. Followed up 3 times from 7/28 to 9/3. I guess they don’t want my business. If I could give this company a zero I would. Hopefully others have better luck. Or stay away from these clowns.

We just had new vinyl siding done on our house and new gutters installed with Turner, and couldn’t be happier with the work they did! From start to finish, it was the best experience we’ve had working with a company like this. My aunt & uncle had their front doors, screen / storm doors , windows & shutters replaced with Turner and they did a fantastic job! The crew started the 1st day with Craig & Ricardo - who were very knowledgeable, organized, respectful, cautious, and thĺorough- we were very impressed in their attention to details and also with how clean they left the work areas. They cleaned up after themselves as if they would not be returning the next day.The second day was even smoother as the 1st. Turner Construction is a class organization from their project managers to their on-site workers and their clerical support staff.
We had an all wooden deck taken down at our residence and replaced by new trek decking. Brian and Joe were the 2 workers sent to do the job. I want to say I was very impressed by their overall work, attention to detail, knowledge, and consistency. They were on time every day and were always helpful in explaining each phase of work they were doing. In extreme heat and humidity, they took short breaks and continued working to accomplish what they needed to do. Had an overall great experience with Turner for our roof / skylight replacement. Trevor (Sales/estimate) was great with incredibly fast communication and very detailed estimates. Scott (project lead) was an absolute hero / saint answering all of my questions and addressing any issues that came up as the project took place. Joanie (Office Support) is incredibly nice to work with and also sent very detailed completion paperwork, very quickly including all warranty information, receipts for payment, invoice to be used for tax credit on skylights, etc. I would absolutely make Trevor and Scott be the first two people I would call if we needed future home improvement work.

Turner did an excellent job replacing our roof. They also have a carpentry department which replaced some rotted sections of rafters. Quality was great. People I interacted with were friendly and helpful. I liked the use of a trailer instead of a dumpster in our new driveway. They completed our raised ranch by about three in the afternoon. We are thankful they got it done when they did because we had 3 inches of rain the next day. No leaks!

We loved using Turner! They were efficient and very fair priced. Their pricing was great and the workmanship was too. If I had questions I could reach out and get a response pretty quickly. They were honest and helpful. The crew was awesome. I work from home and with a toddler at home who takes a nap, they were wonderful when I’d ask if they could pause or work on a different part of the house due to a meeting or toddler napping. And they were so clean! I was so nervous of the clean up, again w a toddler, but they did a great job cleaning up and I think I only found one screw that fell behind something. Already planning to call them for my 2024 projects!

We used Turner to replace a sliding glass door. They came out and provided us with several options that met our needs. There was no high pressure sales pitch nor did they try to steer us to the most expensive option. Once we ordered the door, it was delivered and installed on schedule. The craftsmen who installed the sliding glass door were extremely professional; they showed up on time, removed the old slider, and installed the new one and all the trim work around it and cleaned up as they worked. I used Turner to replace old rotting wood casings around our windows (11 in total). I rarely use contractors due to being consistently disappointed with results feeling I could do better work myself. I was very pleased with the outcome of the work which they completed in PVC so it would last virtually forever. I did have one concern which they resolved immediately with no pushback or pressure to leave as is which I appreciated due to different reactions from other contractors. I am also pleased to state that they came out better than I'd likely have been able to do myself. The workers were also both professional and personable. Overall, I was very pleased with the outcome and felt it was money well spent. I'll be quoting some additional work through them due to the experience. Thanks.

Chris Lockwood came out and gave me an extremely fair estimate compared to other vendors. Chris was full of information and prompt with the proposal and walked me thru every step of the way. I had leaf guards added to my existing gutters so I’ll never have to clean them again! I was very satisfied and it only took one hour to install! No mess left behind either!

Corey Turner has just finished the repair and remodeling of my 15 year old self created pressure treated pool deck with the latest Trex materials. The effort was huge as building codes and huge wood deterioration had to be addressed. My experience with Turner Home Improvement, LLC for replacement of the roof on my house was positive from start to finish. I met with John,, project manager, when I was deciding on a contractor. He explained that customer service is important to him and the company, and that was exhibited throughout. First of all, I appreciated the contract specifications as I am not a fan of ambiguity. Second of all, I wanted the GAF HDZ line of roofing, but was having difficulty deciding on a color. I asked John if he could provide me with a couple of addresses of local houses roofed by Turner in the 3 different colors that I had narrowed it down to. Not only did John provide the list to fulfill my request, but he also gave his professional opinion of the best color choice. Once I accepted the contract, John requested a permit from my town's building dept. As soon as the permit was issued and the weather forecast was right, John scheduled the job. They only took 2 days to complete the job, even though I do not have a simple, gable roof. The workmanship from his crew looks perfect and John and his crew did a great job cleaning up. I recommend Turner Home Improvement, LLC.

After meeting with several different contractors, my fiancé and I settled on Turner Home Improvement. We had a partial roof replacement done as well as several windows replaced. Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was great - from the initial phone call, to payment arrangements when unexpected work arose. Will definitely be using them in the future when we need more work done. Highly recommend!

This was a good home remodeling project. John from Turner Home Improvement responded quickly to my request for replacing my old roof with a new GAF Timberline roof. I got an accurate quote of the work to be performed and John helped us pick out the shingle color and style. He was able to accommodate a request to upgrade to a thicker shingle style that better matches the look of traditional cedar shingles that were going to be replaced.

Due to the heavy demands for new and remodel home construction, I expected a significant delay before work could begin, but was pleasantly surprised when he said we could begin the project in about 3 weeks.

The project went smoothly and the work only took 2 days to complete. The work crew did a good job and used tarps to protect the shrubs and lawn around the house. (They did a good job of cleanup as well.) John was able to handle any questions I had about the project in progress to make sure the work was being done to my satisfaction. A point in case was the replacement of the old copper flashing on my chimney. The man heading the crew did this work and took considerable care to make sure it was done right. The result was very good, much better than the original work when the house was built.

I can't think of anything negative about the project and the final result. My wife and I are happy with the results.

We spoke with Scott about having our vinyl siding repaired on one side of the building. The estimate was reasonable and the work was done quickly and correctly. Very pleased with the outcome. I got 4 bids on replacing our roof and Turner came in with the best price and also the most professional presentation. Trevor Reid was the sales manager and was very responsive. Five guys showed up at 7 am and were finished by 7 pm. roof looks great. They cleaned up well. Highly recommend Turner.

Fantastic service with rapid turnaround. All other contractors were giving us months of lead time until they could even get out, or in some cases even give us a quote. This was needed for a real estate transaction, and boy did Turner deliver. Rapid onsite quote, quick turnaround, professional installation, and cleanup like they were not even there. They did it all in 1 day. The New roof looks Amazing. We are extremely satisfied with every phase and aspect of our "roofing" project with Turner Home Improvement Contractors. The roofing crew, the carpenter Todd, and project manager, John Magowan were all excellent and far exceeded our expectations. John very patiently answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. The initial proposal was quickly and accurately modified to suit changes we made after the first quote. We appreciate his experience and very professional management of our project. Super job crawling through our attic for those vents! The roofing crew worked expertly and efficiently (finished in under 2 days), and did a great job cleaning up all the debris. Our thanks to all. Turner Home Improvement provided and installed new windows in a sun room and living room. We liked that they sent someone out promptly to discuss the project and give us an estimate. Someone else came out to take measurements. The living room window required extra work, which the company knew about going in and the crew managed well. Also, the crew put in very long days and was stellar about cleaning up. We were satisfied in every way and would use them again.

020922 installed new windows. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I love my new windows! They were very professional , cleaned up after themselves and very polite and friendly. Also Joni who works in the office was great. She is always willingly to help with any concerns you may have. This is the second time I have used them and I highly recommend them!

Turner was recommended to us from a friend who had their roof replaced. They returned my initial call for a quote promptly. They scheduled someone to come out and quote. The gentleman arrived on time. Was polite and took his time asking us about the project. The quote was highly detailed with cost breakdowns. In shopping around, I had three businesses not return my calls for quote. One sent me an email with a dollar amount and no signature or cost breakdown details. Although Turner was not the least expensive price, the way they conducted themselves in the quoting process made me feel confident to commit to using them. They showed up on time and worked throughout the day on both days of our project. They cleaned up and were very polite. After they completed the work, I noticed a shingle that was not laying flat. They came out promptly to adjust it. My house is surrounded by rock gardens so I did find quite a lot of nails laying around even after their magnetic nail pickup. This went on for a few months and I would just pick them up as I saw them. There has been a lot of rain over the last few months and my shingles look great and have had no issues. I’m very happy with the work and would recommend them, as well as consider using them for future projects.

Excellent quality, professionalism and service. I had an old storm door and Turner came, made measurements, submitted a reasonable bid, installed the new door and even came back to make a few adjustments. I highly recommend Turner. The storm door installation needed to be customized due to the old house, uneven floor, and door frame not being square. If I ever needed other projects done, I would see if Turner could do it first. Turner responded very quickly to our need for emergency repairs to the exterior of our home caused by excessive wind. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Very impressed the work that Turner Home Improvement did for us. We had our roof and skylights replaced as well as some repairs to the trim on the house. The work was professional, efficient, and fairly priced. After they did their clean up, you would never know that they were at our property. In fact, the yard and deck surrounding our house was left cleaner than before they came. Great work and will use Turner again.

Amazing work!
Our roof not only needed shingles but needed major repairs. They were there when promised and completed the work when promised.
It was like we had a whole new house.
We have other work that has to be done and will definitely be calling Turner for all our construction needs.
