I had a great experience with Award Roofing. The process was smooth and professional. Matt, the owner, was very responsive (even during the holiday down time) and promptly scheduled a time to address the leak around my chimney. Edwin came out to inspect the roof and took the time to explain exactly what he found, which I really appreciated.

Once we scheduled the work, Edwin and his crew completed the job in a day. They provided pictures of the restoration, which looked excellent—clearly a thorough and high-quality job. Edwin is very talented.

Matt & Award Roofing were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. We had major storm damage including from a large Oak that crushed the main roof beam and almost all of the rafters. The Award team rebuilt the roof and replaced the roof and shingles without issue. It was a world of difference from the time we had replaced the roof several years ago with a different roofing company. Matt & the Award roofers did all the additional things we asked of them (like replace old vents that the prior company left there despite our requests to them), were efficient and professional and left the yard clean of Debris. We recently purchased a home and after getting 2 other roofing quotes, we went with Award Roofing and are absolutely confident we made the right decision. I can't say enough nice things about John and his team. To start, responsive. I looked them up on the internet, filled out a form on their website, and they got back to me in less than a day. John came out to inspect my roof and suggest a remedy one or two days later. Next, competitive price. I know everything is more expensive now, but they offered a fair and competitive price. Next, constant communication. Walked me through day of activities, gave me as much notice as possible if there were any changes, came in and got two of my layers removed, and new roof installed all in one day. I highly recommend Yargueta Construction. The owner Yony is a true professional, an incredibly positive person, and a pleasure to communicate with. His team removed the roof in our house, replaced all wood, and installed new shingles. They did the job quickly and cleaned the property. I also called them to repair the roof in two other investment properties. He provides quality work at competitive prices and his honesty is unmatched. I would never call any other company unless they are too busy and even then, I’m willing to wait.

My understanding is they do many different job types but specialize in siding and roofing. The previous owner of my home had siding put over the old wood shingle and it left a huge gap between the siding and foundation going all the way around. So I had A LOT OF MICE that learned to enter the home by burrowing under the siding. I called Yargueta and they made me custom color matched trim on site that fit better than a glove to seal the gaps going around the house. It makes the siding look a bit cleaner AND they corrected some issues left by the previous installer for me. They showed up as promised, very responsive, and completed the job to my satisfaction. Additionally, I felt that Yony/Tony is a very good man, he was super friendly, a pleasure to talk to, and professional— he just radiates genuine positive energy all around. Thank you Yargueta!

I’m very pleased with the new roof that Yargueta Construction recently installed on my house. The owner Yony is very pleasant and easy to deal with. After roof tiles were delivered to site, realized the color was a lot lighter than envision, and Yony without hesitation, sent them back for different ones. We ended up going with the GAF Timberline Ultra HD Pewter Gray shingles which are very distinctive looking. Yony was also very helpful in changing my roof ventilation design from gable to soffit/ridge venting. If you’re in a need of a good & reasonably price roofing contractor, you should definitely contact Yargueta Construction.

We received a referral from a friend and this company met all our expectations. They have great communication, arrived on time for appointment and scheduled the work promptly. I just had new windows installed throughout the entire house, a new roof, and roof repair and replacement on my garage. I don't even know where to begin with John and his crew. These guys are absolutely the best around. The moment that John came over for a quote and check out the work, I knew he was the right guy for the job. He is very humble, personable, and down to Earth with realistic views on the job. He treats you fairly and most importantly, with respect. He details the entire project and makes sure you see what is exactly going to be happening so there is no questions left. That alone was enough to sell me on his business, however, his pricing was the icing on the cake. There was no way anyone around was able to beat his quotes for the work I just received.

John was around the entire project making sure everything was done as satisfactory as possible. Not only he, but his crew members were just as personable.
