They put a sales guy in my house who pretended to be the owner of the company and unbeknownst to me had recently been arrested while working for another construction company who stole from elderly customers. Apparently Millstream either doesn’t do background checks or just didn’t care. The guy Millstream let walk into my house, looked me and my twin 1 year old daughters in the eye and said he would “take care of me and my family” ripped me off almost $1,500 and we have spent years trying to get our money back all while having to take time off of work to go to court. Millstream refused to help compensate because “they didn’t have enough funds”. I’d look elsewhere if I were you!
I have multi projects (my house & commercial buildings) recently done by Millstream Construction. I am VERY HAPPY with their customer services especially with Chris Gonsalves. He is very nice & friendly.
