Our experience with Mitch from Mighty Dog Roofing has made us customers for life! Mitch was professional in every interaction and communicated with us from start to finish. We had a leak coming in from some roof vents and he repaired it thoroughly and quickly. Mitch’s expertise in his craft and outstanding customer service has won us over. If you are looking for a quality contractor, then Mighty Dog Roofing is the way to go!

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish!! Had a very minor leak appear out of nowhere, and called several places for an inspection 2 days after severe windstorms (and possible tornadoes.) Mighty Dog West was the only company to answer on the first call, gave me a next day appointment at my availability, while other companies gave me a 3 week wait time when I finally got in touch with someone. Their service person Mike (didn't get last name) was on time (actually early!) and found a small section of siding that had pulled away and fixed it on the spot. Both my customer service rep and the service person were friendly, knowledgable and I would highly recommend Mighty Dog to any and everyone based on my experience.

I am very happy with the service that Mighty Dog provided for me, and at a very fair price. My roof lost three or four shingles in a windstorm, so this was going to be a small repair job.

The estimate that I got from Mighty Dog was for $600 and they did the work within one day. Three guys showed up on time and knocked the repair out in less than 30 minutes. They also told me that the roof, which is at least 25 years old, has another five good years before I need to think about replacing it.

All in all, Mighty Dog was honest, fast, timely. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A little additional background. I got three estimates for the work. One company (Panda Roofing) tried to talk me into filing an insurance claim to get the entire roof replaced. They said that they are "very successful" at convincing insurance adjusters to agree to replace roofs even when there is very limited damage. This is the kind of scam that drives up everyone's insurance rates, I won't play along. I finally got them (Panda) to give me a quote for just the small repair work - $1800. I got similar pricing from another company. Both companies said it would take at least a week to work into their schedule.

Mitch was professional and easy to work with from the beginning to end. He kept us informed throughout the process and his team left the area clean, finished the job quickly, and the roof looks fantastic.

Mitch was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely professional yet very personable. He communicated very effectively, anyone who comes across Mitch is in good hands!

Robbie did an amazing job figuring out where the leak was and being able to fix it. He went above and beyond and it was very affordable!

My daughter’s ceiling was leaking through the roof when it rained and Mighty Dog Roofing came out to look at it immediately when I contacted them. They were able to quickly identify the issue and made sure to get us on the repair schedule promptly so that the issue would be resolved before the next rain. Having never seen my roof previously, Robbie at Mighty Dog quickly became knowledgeable on the components of my roof and thoroughly explained the repairs that were needed. While other roofing companies that quoted me were looking to make a big sale, saying I needed to replace all or part of my roof rather than maintaining my current roof with smaller repairs. Mighty Dog is honest.

Robbie from Mighty Dog Roofing was honest. He could have sold me a new roof, but instead he said some minor maintenance work was all that was needed. He said the same to a friend I referred him to. Cannot praise this company enough! We had a minor problem with our window. I called multiple window repair companies and everyone I spoke to said it was not worth their time. I am beyond pleased with Mighty Dog Roofing and specifically with Robbie and his supplements team. Mighty Dog and Robbie came on the scene after I had already given up fighting on a claim with State Farm. I figured I was on the hook for the total bill and by chance was hooked up with Robbie. I originally was only interested repairing a portion of my roof. Robbie stepped up and said he would reopen my claim with SF since it was within a year of the original date of loss. I was skeptical because I had surfed the web and read the horror stories about SF after my issue with them. I figured I had nothing to lose and he seemed confident. Ultimately, Robbie and his team were successful. I have no doubt that had I originally used Mighty Dog Roofing and Robbie my ordeal would have taken maybe a couple of month vs taking just over a year.
Mighty Dog Roofing and Robbie have proved to be a standup up company. The communication was always there. The appointments were always on time. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. It doesn’t get much better than that these days.
On Robbie’s recommendation we selected the Midnight Plum shingle and opted for new black gutters. Robbie was correct in his recommendation and our home looks great with the Midnight Plum shingle and black gutters. I tend to have, let’s say a more involved, retired neighbor demographic. They have critiqued every upgrade to the home with the exception of the shingle and gutter combo. They even went as far as to compliment the new look! That’s a win!
The install team was great too! They made a bit of a mess when installing my new roof as to be expected. What I wasn’t expecting was how thorough they were in their clean up process. They said they would leave it better than they found it and they weren’t kidding. My wife was very pleased and impressed by their efforts.
Overall I can’t recommend Mighty Dog Roofing and Robbie Baskent enough. Fantastic experience. I would and have been recommended them to everyone I know who needs a good, descent, standup roofing company.

Needed some repairs on our ridge vent. Mitch came out and checked the issue and identified a couple other issues that he could “knock out while I’m up there.” And he had pictures, so it didn’t feel like upselling, it felt like great customer service. Mitch & his crew did an outstanding job. We had them replace our roof. They had ran into a few issues along the way with our older house and the crew corrected the issues quickly and didn’t get thrown off schedule. Robbie Baskent is the best. He kept me informed when he was going to be here and when he was on his way, which was on time. When he got here he explained what he was going to do and the findings answering all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with the results.

I called Mighty Dog after we discovered a small amount of moisture on an exterior corner wall/ceiling following some serious storms that we had. The experience was overall fantastic. I had called at 5PM and was set up for a visit at 8AM the next day. Mitch communicated clearly via text when he was coming. He was personable and professional, took a look and got right to looking for causes. Informed us that our roof was overall in great condition, but found a few minor issues that could have been causing the problem and got right to fixing them via roofing adhesive/caulking. He provided advice for the short term, what to look for, and advice for the long term. He also sent me a few pictures of what he was doing. Happy we didn’t have any major issues, happy we called Mighty Dog West, and will be happy to use them in the future if we need to! Thank You!!

Mighty Dog replaced my roof last year, and it turned out beautifully. The job was done quickly, and only took one whole day, as I recall.

Then this year, when I had some questions about some ripples in my siding, they were able to come out, take a look, and answer them - and after they told me it was simply cosmetic and not structural, they didn't do any hard upsells that I didn't need. They even double-checked it just to be sure it was only cosmetic, which was really appreciated.

Whenever my siding *does* need replacing in the future, though, I'll be calling Mighty Dog.

Robbie's roof inspection was very thorough and he provided detailed answers to all of our questions about the quote and the nature of our roof's damage. He kept in touch but was not overly persistent as we were making our decisions. As an additional bonus, he was great with our dogs and very friendly :) I would absolutely work with Robbie again in the future.

I have used Mighty Dog a few times now for smaller roofing repairs. Each time, I have worked with Mitch Baddeley and had a great experience. Mitch is responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Mitch stopped by immediately to look at the jobs, clearly explained what the situation was and the necessary steps to address the issues. Mighty Dog is also very fair with pricing. I had a couple other roofing contractors come in at double and triple the price of Mighty Dog. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation, while Mighty Dog was being honest and transparent. Earlier our insurance wanted to try to repair our problem. Robbie from Mighty Dog knew all the laws that the state has regarding an insurance company trying to do just a repair. By the state law apparently if they cannot find an exact match or very close they are required to do a complete replacement. Might Dog showed up with an outstanding crew.
