I never thought I'd find myself needing to file an insurance claim for tornado damage living in Columbus, OH, but it happened, and I'm really glad I had Robbie from Mighty Dog to help me out! He reached out to me after a tornado hit close by (he had helped me previously with a home warranty claim) and offered to do a free inspection to check for any damages. I didn't have any visible damage, but since it was free , I accepted his offer. He discovered that multiple shingles had come loose and there was sufficient damage.

Because my roof was hitting 20+ yrs old, I knew it'd be on the cusp of repairs vs replacement with home insurance. Robbie not only met my insurance adjuster here, but handled all of the insurance work for me and was able to get me covered for a new roof. He went above and beyond to have his crew take care of not just the work on the roof, but pieces of siding that needed attention as well.

If it weren't for Robbie's help, I'd be stuck paying for an entire new roof out of pocket much sooner than expected. I can't recommend him and Mighty Dog enough and I'm so grateful he took the initiative to call! Thanks to him and the crew for doing such a great job!
