Hope Roofing & Restoration were great to work with from the beginning to the end. They were knowledgeable, sincere, and did what they said they would do.
Project manager (Donny) was knowledgeable and wasted no time in assessing roof damage, installation of temporary tarps to keep rain out while we waited on insurance process.
The owners (Matt & Ryan) and Donny showed interest in making sure we understood the roof replacement process and showed up during roof replacement to ensure all was going as we agreed.

If I could rate this higher than 5 stars , I would! First, it is difficult for us to trust contractors as we've had some terrible experiences with local remodeling companies.

Had some pretty extensive roof damage from the wind storms last year/this year. Matt Gorman came over and gave it a look. He walked me through everything, and really was helpful and attentive to all our needs. He was able to do pretty much all of the leg work dealing with insurance and adjusters, which really saved us a potential headache. Everything from start to finish was done in a timely fashion with no snags along the way. I would 100% recommend Hope Roofing and Restoration for any roofing repairs or beyond!

When I had weather damage on my roof, I contacted Matt and his team at Hope as they came highly regarded by two of my co-workers. Hope Roofing delivered everything they discussed with me. Whole roof is new now and also reinstalled solar system. They worked with insurance company to get the claim paid.

This experience was better than I could have hoped. We had some issues working through our insurance and Donny was great managing the process and keeping us updated along the way. Roof was replaced in a day and a half, new gutters and downspouts. Overall a great experience.

Dumpster in my driveway was gone within 1/2 hour after they left & all nails were gone that were on the driveway & around my house, garage & driveway!! I was so impressed! I called Hope to get a second opinion after a hail storm and was impressed by how attentive and reliable Donny’s service was. His analysis was consistent with the adjuster and he was reliable when it came to updates on the process or when I needed to contact him. We had to get a new roof and have various other repairs that you would imagine a hail storm would require. Some hiccups related to timing of supplies and getting people out to do the jobs, but overall I had a great experience and would recommend.

Hope Roofing and Matt in particular were great to work with. They were there to provide guidance and assistance throughout the entire insurance claim process. They were efficient and completed our roof in one day and it looks fantastic!

Hope Roofing stripped off all roofing material after wind storm damage and installed all new roofing material efficiently and with high quality workmanship. All work was completed in one day including cleanup. The work was completed on-schedule without delay(s) as indicated by "project consultant". The project consultant effectively communicated with the insurance adjuster and the insurance company when processing the claim and tracking payment.

The crew they bought in for this job were awesome! I have never seen a more efficient and fast roof replacement ever. They had the whole roof stripped to the rafters, new decking, paper, ice barrier and shingles as well as clean up competed in six hours. I am very happy with the job done and quality of roof. My roof was leaking and I did not have the money to fix it. Matt came out and much to my relief he was able to not just get it repaired but had the insurance redo the whole roof. He fought for me against the insurance company to make sure it was done completely and it looked great.

They helped us start a claim, come out when the adjuster came to do the inspection, and answered all of our questions we had along the way. They were very fast. They coverd all our landscaping and cleaned up after it was all done. Only took one day and that was with replacing more plywood than we expected. Couldn't be happier after working with Matt and Hope Roofing and Restoration to get my roof repaired after it was damaged due to a hail storm. Matt was very helpful in explaining the process and working with the insurance company to ensure my roof got fully covered. Their roofing crew had my old roof torn off and completely redone (multiple layers on the old roof) with no signs of debris, nails, etc left after they were done in just a few hours. They were also extremely easy to work with and helpful with moving bathroom and plumbing flanges to new locations. I highly recommend Matt and Hope Roofing and would absolutely work with them again.
