Working with Dylan was a pleasure. He was professional, efficient and true to his word. His communication with our insurance company made the roof replacement a significantly less expensive project. The work crew hustled all day to complete the job from sunrise to sunset. The cleanup was done like the crew was working on their own home. Highly recommend this outfit.

Elevated restoration. LLC is a great company to work with. The process was effortless they did everything they said they were going to do and more being an older couple They did a few extra things that they did not have to do, but they took care of it. Dylan told us it should be covered under insurance and he was right . he was here for the whole process from the Insurance to the install. He was here to make sure everything went as planned . He answered all our questions They had to Replace a lot of wood sheeting on the roof and they did not charge us anything extra. I’m amazed at how effortless the process was for us as homeowners. When I tell he said we pay nothing out of pocket he meant it.
If you not sure if you need a new roof or not call them To come take a look They do not pressure you at all. Also, their team was very respectful and courteous.

This roofing company is the best there is! Their professionalism, expertise, and kindness/caring is beyond anything i've ever witnessed. I dealt with Stephen the entire process and he was the best. Stephen remained in contact with me everyday and explained the entire process. Dillon was also extremely helpful and really made the insurance company agree to do a full roof replacement. The crew who did the actual roofing replacement was extremely awesome. They arrived exactly when i was told they would. They started and had everything completed the same day and it didn't even take the full day. Elevate Restorations contacted my insurance company and with their knowledge and expertise was able to get my insurance company to agree that a full roof replacement was needed. We had a great experience working with Dylan (Elevate Restorations)! The roof inspection and insurance claim process was efficient and easy enough for not to be stressed out over it. The job was performed in one day. The crew did a great job at leaving out house clean and free from debris. They provided physical samples for color selection.

Elevate Restoration LLC Did an incredible job of roofing for us. I was told by Dylan that we probably qualify for a free roof because of storm damage. I did not believe him. I usually do not listen to such deals as nothing is free. But I sure was wrong. Elevate contacted my insurance company and took us through the whole process. IT WAS PAINLESS. Dylan, (owner) and Braden are complete professionals and watched over the entire project. We got a great roof, well done, and they do not call the job done until it is as perfect as it can get. They oversee start to final clean up. So, if they come into your neighborhood, give them the time to to explain what magic they can do...you will not regret it.

Insurance companies can be difficult to work with and typically their adjusters are representing the company and not the client. Fortunately for my family, we had Dylan and the team from Elevate Restorations LLC on our side. They inspected our roof and worked with our insurance company to get our roof fully approved and paid for replacement due to the damage we had. It can be a real hassle to get things done with insurance companies and I really appreciate Dylan and his team taking on that task. They assessed and documented all of our damage and provided the information to the insurance company. They took samples of our shingles to the lab that proved our roof had to be replaced. Elevate Restorations LLC works for the customer and knows the rules and regulations that pertain to roofs and roof damage and fight for repairs and compliance with Ohio laws. Our roof replacement was done in a day and the final outcome was excellent! The team did a great job with protecting our home during the demo, performed a very thorough clean up, and addressed any concerns we had along the way.. Dylan was great to work with and took all the heavy lifting off our plate. Insurance initially recommended repair, but fortunately for us Dylan has a thorough understanding of the ITEL process. He sent samples to the lab, searched out the recommended replacement products, documented how they compared to our existing house and ultimately turned a repair into a full replacement! We worked with Ashton for our full roof replacement. He did all the communication with our Insurance company and it all went smoothly. In our case it was a full two day project due to the size, the number of valleys and all the dormers that were reroofed. The crew also had to replace some sheeting as well.
The crew went to great lengths to protect gardens, shrubs as well as windows and siding.
When done they meticulously cleaned up all the debris and nails. I would highly recommend them.

Getting roofing and siding through an insurance claim is difficult and painful. Elevate did a great job of getting our home what was needed and made the other (non-insurance) end of the process smooth and easy. They were part of the whole insurance process, and made sure the insurance company was honest and had to face the facts of the actual damage. I don’t think I would have been able to handle the insurance company without Elevate. I did get a full replacement of roof and siding. Elevate worked hard for us and did it with honesty and integrity.

Their work was top notch and the cleanup was just as good. Didn’t find any nails or leftover mess in my yard for the kids or dogs to deal with.

I am really happy with the final product, installation, and especially the customer service from Elevate. Top notch. These guys work hard.

No concerns or anything we were unhappy about at all. My wife and I have a nicely installed roof and siding. All good!!!

My initial conversation started with Ashton, he went on my roof and found wind and hail damage from a recent storm. Ashton told me he could work with my home insurance company about getting a full roof replacement. Ashton handled the communication with my insurance company all the way through the process, my insurance company ultimately ended up paying for a full roof replacement. After everything was settled with my insurance company a crew of 8 people came to my house and tore the old roof off, replaced all damaged decking, and re-shingled my roof in one day. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves and I love my new roof. The entire process was smooth and would highly recommend this group.

The Project Manager Dylan was very skilled and patient in dealing with his clients, subcontractors, and city permitting staff. Our roofing job went great but unfortunately the siding job ran into difficulties and the siding subcontractor had to be removed from the job. Dylan was very skilled in navigating between 2 different foreign language barriers of the subcontractor and the elder homeowner. I recommend Dylan for all your roofing needs!

Ashton inspected our roof and found damage from wind storms. I knew there was damage because I could see missing shingles from the street and found one laying on the ground. They sent the info and pictures to our insurance after they did the inspection. They handled the whole thing, and once we got approved, were great in getting it scheduled when we wanted it done. With all of the recent wind storms and the deviation it caused to our local families, elevate restorations helped us get approved for a full roof replacement covered by our insurance carrier. During the build I was advise to be prepared for loud noises so if you have any pets, try to take them on a long walk. But all around the service was admirable and appreciated.
