Ben and team were great! They were affordable, quick and efficient with their work, and respectful. We had our gutters and downspouts replaced, gutter guards installed and a soffit repaired that had water damage. All within a few days of the quote. Highly recommend!

I called about a potential leak in our roof and heard back from them immediately. I was able to schedule an inspection within a few days of first speaking with them. Ben patched an area of the roof and gave me a quote on replacing the roof should that be needed. Overall, highly recommended!

I contacted a few contractors for new siding bids and had it down to 2. With similar product offerings & competitive bids between the 2, we ultimately chose Armor Exterior Solutions because of Andrew Mast! Andrew answered every email/text/call/question promptly & with a friendly & helpful nature (even when he was sick!). He was able to bring us samples to help with the color choice & pulled a few strings to get us a sample of the faux stone to replace our brick. We chose the Slate colored siding & it is GORGEOUS!! The work crew was amazing as well. They showed up on time & cleaned up each day until the project was complete. The crew foreman, Victor, was awesome & even installed 2 new exterior lights for us & arranged for minor concrete repair of the front porch below the front door. Super nice guy who knows his stuff! There were a couple of bumps in the road (brick tear-down took longer; shutters were on backorder) but they were minor & handled with absolute professionalism and proactive communication. Andrew feels more like a friend than just a contractor & he was a delight to work with. We had emergency services from another company, and they pretty much left us with a hole in our ceiling and a big bill.
When we called Ben and Andrew from Armor they were out there twice in the same day diagnosing the problem, and managed to get a whole team out the very next day to take care of our roof. They got to work and fixed the issue in two days which included most of our roof being replaced. They saw our distress and snapped into action to ensure things were taken care of in a the quickest manner. If there were 100 stars I’d give it to them. Highly recommend. Bob was prompt at getting out to see issue and give quote. Got us on schedule as soon as they could around the weather. We had a squirrel invasion caused by rotting roofline. Bob and his team took care of roof, doing a little extra to buy me time before needing to replace. In addition, they found some additional holes/entries and were able to repair same day. I thought price was fair for the work they did. Bob even put in extra time beforehand to match paint out of the swatches I provided electronically, and had materials pre-painted to match the existing exterior so wouldn't stick out and/or have to deal with later. I will be using them again soon for additional, related work. Very happy.

I’m really glad I called them because during Bob’s detailed inspection, he found that a tree limb had pierced my roof. Not only did they do an awesome job with the Slider and window, but they also restored my roof back to normal. The price was very reasonable. Sean and Ben came out to inspect some damage resulting from a storm in January’24. When they came by they were able to diagnose and patch the issue within an hour! Worked with Sean to get our replacement roof installed around all the winter weather. Got a stretch of good temps and on went the roof. Crew was good; they were courteous and neat. No scraps nor nails that I could find left behind. Good team to work with even though we were right in the far east side of Central Ohio. After a severe storm left my house with damage in multiple areas, I called Armor Exterior Solutions. They were quick to respond and local to Grove City which I liked. Sean Grossman came out to assess the damage and was extremely personable and informative. I had Armor remove an exterior chimney, remove and replace my entire roof, remove and replace all of my siding, downspouts and gutters, and demolish and rebuild my perimeter fencing. Sean and Ben were in constant communication with me throughout the entire process and have continued to communicate since the work was complete as well. Sean Grossman came out to inspect a water leak in our basement and was able to diagnose that, rather than it being a basement problem, it was actually due to water seeping from the porch roof down the exterior wall. He had a crew come out and they fixed the porch roof quickly and well. Sean was in touch throughout the process and made sure all of our questions were answered and things were done to our liking. Would definitely use them again for a house project.

We've been fighting a leak for 4 years now. Different companies have suggested different replacements (roofing, j channel, flashing, trim ,etc) and none of them have fixed the leak. We went with Armor (Sean Grossman was our sales rep) because they backed their work with a 5yr guarantee the leak won't return. In addition, they fixed the previously improperly installed flashing at no cost to us!

Armor Exterior Solutions did an excellent job removing our old roof, and replacing it with a new one. The crew was on site the first day before sunrise, preping and covering our landscaping trees and shrubs. They had the old roof removed that day, and started installing the new roof. The next day, they were on site at sunrise, and finished the new roof by sunset, except for some minor things. They were back around 9:00 AM the third day and finished mid afternoon. Michael Sean Grossman was available all through the project, and answered all our questions and concerns. He was great to work with, and followed up after the crew left with a magnet, to get any nails the crew missed. I walked around the house with him to inspect and finalize the job. We just had the vinyl siding (including gutters) replaced with Armor Exterior Solutions. My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of the work and customer service skills of the two owners, Ben and Andrew, with whom we interacted through the whole process. They were extremely responsive to our questions and returning promptly our attempts to reach them. Ben and Andrew were onsite during every single day of the installation. They were the easiest company to work with when we were getting quotes for the project, and to our surprise they also offered the best price among all quotes that we got. They were the only company that included installing house wrap under the siding. With the other companies this would be an add-on with a substantial additional cost to a quote which was already higher than what we got with them.

I recommend Armor Exterior without any reservation, and they will be the company I call first when we are ready to replace our roof in the near future.

i tried getting a quote for gutters and the person i talked with told me "We do not do business with your kind" What kind of person is this answering the phone for this business? If i was the business owner i would FIRE the person that answered the phone. They just cost the business the possibility of a huge amount of money to be made!! very very rude person!! i will never call this company or trust this company to do any kind of work!

Andrew and Armor Exterior Solutions were amazing and so helpful after a severe rainstorm caused major roof damage and a gaping 4 foot hole in the ceiling. Andrew was professional and worked with my insurance company to get the complete roof replacement and interior ceiling repair covered and they were able to do all the work for the amount of the claim. Aside from their quick response and competitive pricing, I was pleased to know they could do both the interior and exterior work. It was much easier than using two separate contractors. Their work was excellent quality and their professionalism and follow-up is why I hired them again shortly after to replace all the gutters and install the capped type. The house looks amazing with the work they did. I will definitely use them again for house projects.
