Jason and others helped us get the mini-van we wanted and did it promptly and pleasantly. The new features were explained clearly. The whole process only took a couple days (we had a roof rack added). I can't imagine having a better experience when buying a new vehicle!

We recently purchased our 2nd vehicle from McClure Honda and couldn’t be happier with the service. Doug is the most honest and reasonable car salesman I have ever met. He makes the whole process stress free and you never feel like he’s trying to get one over on you. I’d like to also give Josh in the service department a 5 star review. We bought a used car without warranty, and it developed a suspension issue 2 months into the purchase and they have went above and beyond to stand by their product, and fix the situation and make us satisfied customers. This will be the only dealership we buy a future vehicle from in the LC Valley. McClure Honda for the WIN!!!

They had nice looking cars, weren't pushy, but we're helpful and didn't seem like they were trying to get over on you. Felt like they will be there to help. Really enjoyed everything about buying a car from them. Thankful I found them and didn't go elsewhere definitely recommend.

The service was good; the parts were ordered and installed the next day. That’s the quickest repair that I’ve experienced in several years.
Five stars for the repairs and service; Two stars for the annoying repeated “ask” for a review.

I had nothing but a good experience there! Everyone was very nice to me! I now have better headlights, and my Key fob works again. Yaay :) I am not the best at remembering names, but the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Really nice guy!

We had a great experience at Mick McClure Honda. We purchased a used 2018 CRV from them, and we are so happy. Doug Lawen had the car detailed and ready for our test drive when we arrived, and it didn't take us long to conclude that the car was really solid.
We would definitely purchase a car from them again; there was no pressure, and we were out the door with our new car about 45 minutes after we decided to purchase it. Doug was great! Thank you.

Took a very long time ( many months) to receive the recall part (fuel pump). They said I would be called when it did arrive. I finally had to call multiple times over a year+ time to keep checking if the fuel pump had arrived. Once it finally had arrived, they provided excellent service.

I’m so comfortable taking my older Honda in to Mick McClure knowing it will be taken care of properly and efficiently! Kind people who know how a Honda should run.

Overall happy w/ service, but did have problem w/ a/c when we drove home-they had to disconnect a/c for service and the heat was set at high when we drove off. Easily fixed when we contacted Josh the service rep but we got kind of hot.

The service department at McClure is great. I like that it is easy to make appointments online or they make it easy if you call. Josh is always very helpful but not over the top. I need more work done on my car but he doesn't make you feel pressure to get it done. He even broke apart a service that is going to cost a lot so that I can pick what gets done first. I really appreciate the no pressure approach from a service department.

Always a pleasure to work with these professionals. I always know that my Pilot is in fine working order. They explain everything well and send me reminders when work is needed.

The recent service I received on a CR-V Honda recall was very good. In making the appointment, it was easy to schedule. When I arrived, they were prompt to take my car in and fix the problem. My car was ready, in the time frame they had predicted. There was no charge and no further issues. It was a good experience.

This is the fourth car we have purchased from Mick McClure Honda and have always had a great experience! Kelly Brooks is wonderful to work with! When I take my vehicle in for service, Jeff Brooks and team are the best and the name on the building should be Jeff Brooks Honda.
