OK, We love our Anderson storm door purchased at Home Depot and the install contracted through them. It was Ryker of Mountain Top Glass and Vinyl that did the install and he did a good job. I'm going to pass on his name to my neighbors in our new sub-division. :-)

3 stars pretty much tells you this place is junk. But I am surprised it is as much as this. I am visiting my in laws from out of town and need to get 2 doors installed. The opening is 79" high. So I need the doors shortened by a little over an inch. Normally I would just do it myself but I don't have tools with me. So I asked the worthless people of Home Despot to do it, and all they could tell me was "it's a policy" come to find out it is only a policy so that they can charge you a ton for a custom door. I asked them how we get this done, I mean a large majority of doors have to be cut before installation, so this isn't rocket science. But they could offer no solution. You would think they could have at least referred me to a local company that isn't worthless, but nope. All these worthless employees would say was its policy. I understand it is policy you monkeys, but there has to be a solution. So I called Lowes, they referred me to a local door company that could do it. Oh, I was in the process of buying a new Washer and Dryer too, but instead I bought that from lowes, because they weren't a bunch of retards.

I ordered a window install almost a year ago now and the job still hasn't been finished. They took my money and didn't finish the install. They installed windows that were warped and didn't close properly. I have felt like the contractor for the whole project having to constantly call just to get what I paid for and still they sole my money not finishing the project. DON'T hire Home Depot for anything unless you want to be cheated and robbed! I will get my moneys worth one way or another after which I will never do business with them again. If I need to get the authorities involved then so be it. I have it all in writing.
