I called DrierHomes for an estimate on my crawlspace. I had been told there was water, and was quoted by another company that it would be $6000 to repair it. I passed on that for a second opinion and because the price was so steep. Adam came out and gave me a bid of Under $1000. The original sump pump had caused electrical problems and Adam put in a low ampage pump and everything works perfectly.

The exterior water spigot enters the crawl space and inside under my home when the spigot was being used it rained and sprayed all over, but only when being used. No one else even tried to see if that was a possible source.

Drier Homes is the most honest company I have ever run across. Drier Homes came to my home to inspect my crawlspace last week. I had called them out for a second opinion for the cause and remedy of the damp ground in the crawlspace. Drier Homes spent time looking at my yards and assessing irrigation and then went under my house to inspect the crawlspace. A good amount of time later, he came up and said "Good news - you don't need any work done." I was shocked because the previous company gave me an estimate of nearly $10,000 for work they said was desperately needed. I tried to argue with him saying I was certain that (given the previous company's estimate) my crawl space needed some work, but he showed me the photos he had taken under my house and explained that the condition of my crawlspace was normal, my foundation and sill plates were dry, there was no evidence of mold and the vapor barrier had been installed properly and was doing its job. Drier Homes not only saved me nearly $10K, but they wouldn't even let me pay for their time spent on the inspection. I highly recommend this honest company! Thank you Drier Homes!

I have contracted DierHomes on multiple occasions to assist with water remediation at one of the commercial buildings I oversee. They have always been prompt, knowledgeable, professional and very fairly priced. Ex. I had a roof leak in this particular building that needed cleaned/ dried up quickly. I contacted Cary at Drier Homes via email he called me in less then 10 minutes after hitting send, and was onsite getting equipment set up and assessing the damages within an hour! In my line of work I deal with 100's of different contractors, vendors, what have you, and this outfit is consistently setting the bar for what you should be expecting from a contractor.

The owner came out and did a FREE detailed inspection of my flooded crawlspace for a little over an hour. He gave me every single detail about what could be the cause of the water intrusion and gave me honest recommendations on what direction to take for a solution. My home is currently under warranty so he told me to wait and see what they say about a fix so I can save money but if for some reason they don't fix it, I will DEFINITELY be giving this company a call back for their services. 10/10 highly recommend!

After a week of trying to get a roofing company to come take a look at a leak back in June, we called Drier Homes when we noticed more damage. They came out the same day, and were thorough and knowledgeable about the leak, damage, and working with our insurance company.

Drier Homes is one professional Company! Unfortunately my basement flooded, so I called drier Homes and Cary came out that very day and got to work draining and drying the basement. And that was after hours!
It was almost dry, then another storm came and flooded it again! Cary came right out (on a Sunday) and went to work again!
Cary even helped me troubleshoot to figure out how the flooding happened and what I could possibly do to not have it happen again.

My water heater line busted and leaked for about 24 hours. I called DrierHomes and they came out shortly after I called and started the drying process. They offered very fair pricing and handled just about everything with my insurance. They did an awesome job as far as replacing my floors trim and affected drywall. Called on Dier Homes when a leak in our master bathroom caused some issues in our home. I’m so glad I did, I couldn’t be happier with their service! I am the daughter of the person who used Drier Homes ie; Cary and Esther and Monica. My Mom (83yrs) left the bath water on and forgot about it until she didn't but unfortunately it was too late and the flood had gone from her masterbath out to her bedroom and into the hallway ending at the dining room.
She did have a water remediation Co come out and they brought the huge dryers and after it was dry they left. The house was in shambles.
This is when Drier Homes comes to the rescue!! I could go on for pages about all they did but it would be far too long. The most important things they did were to explain slowly and patiently to Mom what they needed to do. They were always professional yet kind. They explained every step of the way. They called me (the daughter) when Mom needed extra help and they were always very understanding. They were fair, honest and I believe they went above and beyond our expectations. My Mom's new LVT looks amazing and it is done. It took a very long time (on our part) but Cary and Esther were always just a call away and they checked in with us regularly.

Mold was found in my bloodstream as well as my crawlspace. I sought several quotes as the competitive range was large, the approaches were different, and a I needed to determine a best value. Cary was very responsive & patient. I contacted his office a few different times & he answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I decided to hire DrierHomes, they got me on the schedule within a week. I had to vacate my home for nearly three days and they were very communicative. I requested a video and photos of the crawl space prior to final payment and they were happy to oblige. We had a minor flood in our basement and they cleaned it up and used a special microbial compound to help with mold and other negative things left behind in a flood. They were on time, courteous, and did a thorough job.. they came back after everything was dry to put a board, below washer and dryer riser, back on that had to be removed because moisture had gone behind it.. thank you for all that you did. If you are dealing with any type of flooding or water damage do yourself a favor and call these guys! Our washer flooded on brand new floors and they were here in no time! Drier homes went into action quickly and prevented more damage and an even worse nightmare. They are professional, easy to work with, reliable, and get it done right! Backstory
I recently moved into my Kuna home to realize a few months down the line the carpet being damp near the garage. After further review, i noticed my water heater pipe above the machine was dripping and noticed the water had gathered and spread to that room, the living room, and the crawl space below the house. I immediately called Perfect Plumbing to come stop leaking water and get things under control. After the unit was installed i was recommended to go with a water cleanup company called Quick Dry Restoration and that's where the real frustrations began.

That company came to begin their work at different times of the day which was hard for me to schedule my work day around, was left with 3 big machines on the inside of my house and a few big machines in the garage to begin the drying part and you can imagine how loud it can get, which became a problem a few days in. A different person came to check in was odd and it turned out the it was still damp after all this time. After trying to get specific information regarding the prices, i never did get that info which is alarming. I kept talking to different people every day, calling over and over leaving voicemails and playing phone tag, it was honestly frustrating. Those are 3 of many issues that i would face and i ultimately cancelled all work.

I now searched for reviewed contract companies instead of taking the plumbers recommendation and chose Drier Homes. I spoke to their staff the same day, got a clear plan, scheduled the following day to pick up where Quickdry failed, and began work. i was in contact with the same people, getting a summary of work that was done that day and the next steps which is very relieving to know what's actually going on. They water readings were shown to me, explained that they would come and construct a small enclosure to essentially bake that specific area so the carpet and floor can actually dry instead of putting fans on top like Quickdry did. That extra step made sense to me not knowing anything of this stuff and felt relief. if you added the days of the enclosure, the repair work to the floors, vinyl, walls, the crawl space cleaning, and everything else, it would be a few days in my case which is EXACTLY what you need. To return to normal life, work needs to be done fast but at the same time, taking the quality steps in doing things right. I assume it went fast due to their experience, which that and their friendly staff is crucial when choosing the right company. Not a single negative thing to say. I went to my mother's house and even looked at her water heater JUST SO I CAN RECOMMEND HER TO DRIERHOMES since i can say from firsthand that she will being taken care of as I did. I've never left a work review for a company but felt like my experience would help anybody in my spot when choosing the right company, you won't regret going with these guys.

If you have a disaster, stop Googling right now and call them. The reviews don't lie; these guys are the best! Cary, Adam, and the crew were so professional, courteous, and responsive - you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They made us feel like family!

Extended version: when our basement flooded, I went to Google to look up restoration/cleanup companies. I chose these guys based on the 50+ reviews (all 5*), and man, am I glad we did! They came out same-day and promptly at that. They pumped out our "sewer swimming pool" and set up driers and dehumidifiers, then came and checked every day on the drying progress. Our drain backed up twice more during the process of working with plumbers to get down to the root cause of our blockage, and each time they came out was just as good as the first.

I just want to say how easy it was working with the team from Drier homes! No doubt when emergencies happen, they come with a lot of stress. From the initial call until the work was done, it was nothing short of professional. The communication was great and timelines were met (something sadly, a lot of places are lacking these days). WOW! Kerri was wonderful from the start, I called him in a panic because my crawl space was flooding he stayed on the phone with me to help me with the situation (he was my calm during the storm). The next day I asked for him to come and and give me a quote and he was very honest and clear what what needed to be done. He got right to work and cleaned up the mess he showed up every day very professional and worked with my insurance. He was great to work with and I highly recommend him.

I had a pipe in kitchen that was cut by accident and we couldn’t find the water shutoff right away had water damage through whole kitchen and part of living room they arrived with in a couple hours of us calling and started to pull out all the floors and put fans everywhere to star drying right away.
