My husband and I chose to work with Luke and Ashlyn after a recommendation from family. They gave us the kitchen of our dreams, and were patient, knowledgeable, and so accommodating as we’d never done a remodel of this scale before and needed lots of guidance. We’d highly recommend Rutland Construction! They’re amazing and treat you like family. The before and after pics speak for themselves!

Rutland Construction built a pergola for us. They did a great job from start to finish. They had to remove old shrubs and trees, pour concrete, and build the pergola. They were professional, very friendly, and got it done quickly. We were so pleased with their work that we had them back for another landscaping job a few months later. I'll use them again and recommend them for small or large jobs.

Worked with Rutland on a refresh for a rental. We decided against a full remodel and were working from a small budget. Wow, what a terrific company! Worked with us to design and install a new bathroom, kitchen, and outdoor patio with louvered roof. They were done ahead of schedule and came in under our budget. I highly recommend for anything remodel indoors and outdoors.
