Today we had our carpets cleaned by John and Tony, a magnificent Idaho Cleaning Services. We have been in our house 6 years. We have a carpet cleaning vacuum, but we are both under the weather and decided to call in the professionalis. I appreciated their professionalism, kindness and attention to the details. They came in, did the job we asked for, and simply put smiles on our faces. Our carpet by no means is made with high quality fabric, but when they left, you would never know it wasn't. Thank you John and Tony for your amazing work. I just called in yesterday to book an appointment, and Kierra was so great and getting us on the schedule today. What a great company to work with.

YES! You want these capable, careful, knowledgeable professionals working in your treasured home or business setting! I was unfamiliar with them but was gifted their cleaning services, hoping I'd be pleased. Every aspect, from scheduling to arrival time to work preparation to wrap up was beyond my expectation! They cleaned carpets and tile/grout. Lots of both. The two techs worked steadily for most of a day. Their little thoughtful details were most appreciated. My carpets are clean and soft (no apparent residue left) and my tile grout -- they were miracle workers! Thanks Idaho Cleaning Services. See you sooner than later.

Idaho Cleaning Services did an amazing job on my windows, inside & out, for a very reasonable price. I have a two-story house with 31 windows and couldn't be happier with the result. John was prompt, professional, and efficient. I will definitely use this company again!!

We had vandalism done to our home. I had called several companies to see how quickly we could get it taken care of... everyone was booked out for about 5 days including idaho cleaning services. But when I explained that I had egg all over my second story and I didn't have a ladder that would reach, as well as foul language spray painted on my driveway. We live in a quiet neighborhood. It is brand new with many young kids, that ride their bikes up and down our sidewalk. Kira was amazing and had someone out to help me within hours. She truly saved me. I was already humiliated, I just needed it gone. She made that happen. I can't recommend this company enough.

Very friendly, and decent service. Although, I would like to add, I have a carpet cleaner myself and was able to get more dirt out of it after they performed their pet treatment. I am giving 3 stars because I paid around $180 for 1 room and I found a stain they missed. Unfortunately, I didn't get back to them until 15 days after the cleaning was performed and they informed me they will only come out within a 7 day window. I would clean the stain myself but it is against the wall and my cleaner can't reach it.

They are fantastic!! They were on time, very respectful, great price, professional and worked hard to obtain wonderful results. I will definitely call them again and refer everyone I know. Can't say enough good things about this company

The workers from Idaho Cleaning Services really cared about the quality of the job they did and were proud of the products they had to work with. They were considerate of me and my home and did a beautiful job on my carpets. It was an upbeat experience having them here.

I had Idaho Cleaning Service clean my sectional sofa after it had been in storage for 3 months. Wow, the tech that came out was kind, professional and did a fantastic job, I would highly recommend them. My sofa looks brand new and the funky smells completely gone. I will definitely use them again.

John did an extraordinary job for me. The office staff let me know when there was going to be a delay and John called to let me know he was stuck on the freeway. He still made it inside the initial revised time with 45 seconds to spare! I had all of my interior and exterior windows cleaned, my shower stall sealed, and the house and decks pressure washed. John did excellent work and I am very pleased with the result. John kept at it until all the work was finished up at 7:30 pm. I definitely recommend ICS for their great work and dedication to seeing the job done.

The team is always great! They are very professional and do an amazing job! I have been using them for 5 years and have never once been disappointed!

We have a herringbone brick floor with white grout in our kitchen, pantry, and laundry rooms. We have been unable to get the dirt out of the grout; scrubbing and washing couldn’t get the heavy traffic areas anywhere close to looking clean. Idaho Cleaning Services made them look like new in under an hour, and then put down another coat of sealant. The price was amazing, the service was top-notch and we haven’t been this excited with our floors since they were new. Will definitely set up a regular cleaning service with ICS going forward.

John was prompt, efficient and thorough about cleaning our 2nd-story windows inside and out—which we were not willing to risk life or limb to clean—but happily and safely report they are sparkling clean now! Highly recommend their service and custom pricing according to need. Exceptional!

They didn’t show up in some fancy, flashy truck, but in an old, well kept van. That says a lot right there.

John and Alex came in, answered the few questions we had and set to work, under-promising, yet over-delivering. Truly you can’t say that about many companies right now.

The floor cleaning involved travertine tile and a light colored grout. My hopes were that it would help somewhat. I’ve tried everything myself to no avail. The machine they used and the odor free chemicals absolutely did the job.

So impressed!!! I had just found out that I could move into my new place in 3 days, a big move into a new house with furniture that had been sitting in storage for 3 years! I reached out to this company with high recommendation from many online, they got me scheduled right away with the easiest process, I was 1000% taken care of. John was the most helpful and kind human. I was moving in on Friday at 1pm and he was scheduled to come to clean my couches at 2pm, I had put them in last on the uhaul so I could get them right out for him to start on, I was all by myself moving things for hours before and he had waited for me to arrive and I was driving my uhaul, with the couches still inside and he had helped me take off my washer and dryer and my couches!! And then spent extra time and care on my belongings, not only did they look great but they smelled amazing and completely were brought back to life! This is just one of many services he offered to me with prices and quotes fit custom to my home, i will be scheduling with them for many more cleanings! Thank you so much!!

Horribly unprofessional, disrespectful, a bunch of 12 year olds cleaned my house. Management said they were sending 2 seasoned employees out to do the job right. But, the same person came out and argued with me, was catty, disrespectful and rude . She would not listen to anything I had to say and was condescending so I asked her to leave. No work was done to correct the problem. Two hours later I received a bill for 2 hours work for 3 people. I called immediately after I asked the woman to leave and management did not return my call.

After a lengthy period of Covid my place was in need of a deep clean, the were especially attentive to my requests of priority items - I am very pleased with the results and looking forward to regular service from them - - thank you so much for the prompt and great service I received.

Awesome company - from the first phone call (friendly, helpful, and very timely response to my internet request!) - they showed up on time, were extremely friendly and professional - and checked in throughout the day while they were working. And my house looks beautiful now - the windows sparkle and the pressure washing of my home/patio/outdoor furniture made my home look new again!
