Have gone to Meyer Motors for more than 50 years for my car repairs. They have always been professional and only performed the work that was necessary. I have bought new and used cars from them over this timeframe too. I have always been treated with respect with no high pressure sales tactics. Their prices beat the big box car dealers. I found the truck I had been looking for on their website. 2023 GMC Denali with very low miles. Spoke to Conner on the phone. He let me know that it had been traded in because it had a transmission problem. Conner said their service department had resolved the issue and let me speak to Ryan the service manager he made me feel very comfortable with purchasing this truck. Said he had put many miles on it himself road testing it. My wife and I made the trek from Central Florida to Wisconsin picked up the truck and headed back to Florida picking up a 28’ travel trailer in Tenn. on the way. The transmission has performed flawlessly.

Drove 2 hours to the dealership to purchase a truck. When I got there and applied for a loan it came back with a very high interest rate and a few people to approve it. Right before my paperwork was about to be signed to purchase the truck my local credit union called me and told me it was a buy back and that is why the interest rates are very high. It was a lemon truck and would have been impossible for me to refinance. The dealership was pushing me to finance through them. Was very shady and ended up leaving without the truck and dodged a bullet on buying a bad truck.

I cannot speak highly enough about Meyer Motors. From the very first phone call they were honest, kind, respectful, and informative. I never felt like I was being scammed or tricked in any way and they always provided me with answers to any questions. I truly felt like I was a family member purchasing a new car. They made sure I knew exactly what I was signing and were never in a rush to get through. They understand that this is an incredibly big purchase and will do everything they can to make sure that you understand every step! Our sales rep, Connor, went above and beyond to send us home with a clean car and full tank of gas and told me that if the cleanliness didn’t meet my standards he would personally clean the car until I was satisfied. Great vehicles for a great price. Bought a truck remotely from texas, and Andrew was very helpful and they stuck with the listed price so did not waste my time. Also, they helped with the delivery of the truck, and assisted with everything making it a smooth and safe delivery. Strongly recommend these guys.

Went in for a recall and one other simple service item since it was in the same area of the car. Asked them to fix the small problem and they didn't do it. I had to take the car apart at home and fix it myself afterwards even though they charged me for fixing what they didn't fix. Very unhappy with the service department. Next time I will look elsewhere.

Started with the service department. A friendly atmosphere that made me feel comfortable. Always information and honest in explaining what is needed, critical, or could just be an option without pressure.
Sales- Stephanie was so helpful and it felt like she was a friend of the family. She really knows the cars and was attentive to hearing our needs as well as our wants. She offered options without pressure and made sure we knew we had choices that were up to us. She covered every detail clearly and presented a fair deal. Follow up was excellent as well.

Everyone was very courteous and polite, making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Paul Francis was a perfect person to deal with making sure all of my questions were answered. The manager was also so comfortable to work with. They all treated me very special!

Best Car Buying Experience! I came here because of the positive Google Reviews and high rating (a little nervous after the not great experience purchasing my last vehicle). Everyone at this dealer was so friendly and kind! Andrew worked great with me as I test drove multiple vehicles and priced out quite a few options I was considering. He made sure all my vehicle needs were met, and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured or stressed. Sue made the paperwork easy and seamless, explaining them all to me as we worked through the checklist to be make sure nothing was missed. There was an overall comfortable and relaxed feeling in this facility. Highly recommend!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the vehicle we went to look at wasn't as large as we were thinking and they didn't have anything the size we were looking for in the price range we were looking.

I inquired about a 2017 Suburban on their site several weeks ago. Haley at Meyer reached out to me and answered my questions. It’s busy season for both my husband and myself and we didn’t have time then to drive over an hour to see or test drive the truck. For weeks after Hayley emailed me, texted me and called me and left several messages. She seemed very interested in selling the truck. Last Thursday we sat down, watched the video and looked at all the pictures, Carfax, etc. and we decided we really liked it and would go there Friday night. I messaged Hayley and asked if we could put down some money to hold it Friday morning. She said they don’t do that. Can’t take money over the phone or hold the truck. We were going to leave Appleton at 2:30 to head to Plymouth. We had pretty much decided we’d buy the Suburban. About an hour before we were going to leave, she called me and said someone else put money down on the truck and it was no longer available, but she’d email me some other options. Ok first, it’s 2024, who can’t take money over the phone or via their website? Also after all the emails, calls, texts she sent me then she couldn’t hold it until the afternoon knowing we were coming from over an hour away..really?? Oh and the truck, as of right now, a week later, is still on their site. (I messaged her Monday to ask why it was still on the site and she said the buyers financing was still pending.). Regarding the similar vehicles she sent as alternatives..one was burgundy (we wanted black), and the other was declared under LEMON LAW!!! So it seems like the old bait and switch. And how unethical to sell lemon vehicles!! We had cash to put down and were pre-approved for the remaining amount. They totally lost a sale..in the meantime, we’ve found a newer/nicer truck for a similar price/features from an awesome and honest dealership in the valley. This dealership is unethical and is not technologically up to date. Don’t waste your time.

I have to admit, I am skeptical when it comes to buying a vehicle. Past experiences have tainted my view of this process as an us vs them battle. I can tell you that is NOT the case at Meyer Motors. We were treated with respect, kindness and genuine care for what was going to be the right fit for our needs.

It's obvious they care about their customers and the experience customers have at their dealership. Everyone we met and worked with was friendly and caring, especially Janet F! Working with Janet and the team at Meyer Motors has change my perception of what the car buying process should be.

After picking out the vehicle I thought was best, I had some issues BUT Kevin, Chad, Rick in the service dept have been nothing but top notch is making sure it was fixed. Hassle-free, friendly, and genuinely care about me & my vehicle.

Overall it was amazing! My husband and I traded vehicles and he got a new diesel. They detailed my husbands truck for me, to make it feel new. They worked so hard on it and it had never looked better! They also worked hard to make sure we were satisfied with the deal on my husbands new truck.

Bought a used car recently from there, had alot of miles but LOOKED in good shape however 2 weeks off the lot check engine light comes on and the catalytic converter had to be replaced which costed 1.5k to do, asked if the dealership would fix it cause it was less than a month off the lot and had issues. They wanted to charge me for the whole amount even as the light began flashing and I had to pull off the highway before it broke down. Went elsewhere to be fixed instead. Repair shop found a few smaller issues like the sparks plugs needing to have been replaced MANY miles ago. I'll have to shell out a grand total of over 2k on repairs in a month after getting the car. Not happy at all.

Edit: This car has now broken down on me 3 times in less than a year, DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THEM! THEY DO NOT DO PROPER INSPECTIONS OR DONT CARE! I will have to pay over 3k in repairs total in less than a year just to DRIVE the car!

I was just in for the emissions test today and it was done and completed before I hardly had sat down. The garage and waiting areas are clean, warm and well cared for this a well run garage
