Was told on the phone by Dean, dryer vent cleaning is rate of $149 flat fee up to 10feet. He showed up and used his brush outside the home , less than 5 minutes and said dryer vent was clean. I asked him aren’t you going to check the vent from the other side(behind the dryer) , all he kept saying was not necessary, I’ve been in the business 10 years. I told him the vent behind the dryer should also be checked. I paid him cash and he charged me additional $25.00 for checking behind the dryer! How is a so called professional servicing 10 years, doesn’t find it necessary to check the vent behind the dryer. He did a horrible half a job! He took advantage of me , charged me $174 for a job that took less than 5 minutes! And there was no debris in the vent, it was clean. Don’t waste your money! Very unprofessional and it’s such a shame you can’t trust people!

Dean just finished cleaning multiple vents for us in our new house and guest house. The dryers had quit working due to the lint build-up; all are now working great again. Dean was efficient, and easy to contact and schedule. Being new residents to Kenosha, we're happy when we can find and use good local companies. We definitely highly recommend Dean.

Dean is awesome, I wish I had found him sooner! We hired him to clean our ducts and I am so grateful for him and the work he did. Things were a bit hectic in my house the morning he came and he was patient, kind, and willing to adapt to my requests with a smile on his face and true professionalism. He does great work at a reasonable price and I get to feel good for supporting a small business! And best of all, my allergies have been so much better after he came. I was having so many days of waking up sneezing, eyes and nose itching, and getting sinus headaches. Now my symptoms are basically gone. This place is awesome! They came for dryer vent clean out. It was packed from the previous owners (loads of fabric softener and dryer sheets used), which is a fire hazard, and they cleaned it out and put everything back in place. Peace of mind for the money.

Dean came out and helped us figure out the issue with our dryer. A bird nest was in the vent hose which was all the way up in the attic. Dean got all the way up in the attic and ended up having to repair the hose which was separated and cleaned out the hose entirely. We were back up and running in 30 minutes. Dean went above and beyond, it was also 90 degrees on this day but he never complained. Great service and great work done. I will use him every time from here on out.

Last fall Dean came out to clean my dryer vent because it was taking two 80 minute cycles on the highest setting to dry a load of towels. Now they dry in less than one cycle, and all of my other laundry loads are drying much quicker. I am very satisfied with the work that was done and the results. Happy to give this business a five star rating.

My dryer vent was not exhausting to the outside. I called him for service. He determined that my pipe was disconnected inside my wall (I live in a condo) and he resolved the issue. He worked extremely hard on the project and was very determined to fix my situation. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Can't say enough of how great of a job he did.........

Huge task to clean out 20 years of sodden lint from a very long and winding dryer vent route. Dean had to belly crawl in my low and dirty attic crawl space to dismantle the vent pipe to get all the gunk out. It was a huge challenge but he did not give up or quit with a partial cleaning. My dryer now drys in one cycle!! Great service. I highly recommend!!!

Awesome service! Dean came out less than 24 hours after I called him. He’s very professional and efficient. I had a complete blockage and he cleaned it all quickly and thoroughly. Prices were very reasonable for all the work done.

We had a slight problem a week or so after he cleaned our dryer vent and he came back was able to take care of it (no charge) from the inside, but was going to go up to the roof in 20 degree weather if necessary. Our dryer was taking a long time to dry and so I called Dean and he was able to come out within a few days. Other companies were quoting us two weeks! He came out and cleaned the vent and found a birds nests at the top of our vent which required him to crawl in the small attic space. It showed he was very dedicated in resolving the issue. We almost bought a new dryer but thanks to him, we didn’t have to spend that kind money. Would highly recommend!

Two weeks ago I had my dryer vent supposedly cleaned and I explained my vent was a bit difficult to access the exit as it spanned the crawl space in my basement and exited under our deck (also inaccessible from the outside). I was assured that it was not an issue and could be cleaned. The gentleman who came ran his brushes through the vents and said his brush stopped so he thought it was at the end. Long story short, we purchased a brand new dryer and when we ran it, it would not dry...nothing wrong with the dryer, so evidently the vent was not cleaned properly. In order to prevent a fire hazard, we thankfully contacted AllPro duct cleaning service and they went into the crawl, opened the vent and pulled out a huge plug of lint and dust at the end...ran a more sophistocated brush through and the dryer is performing like a champ. I ended up paying twice for something which should have been done the right way the first time. I would not recommend this service despite the glowing reviews some others have given. That was NOT my experience.

Our dryer never worked right since moving to our current house 6 years ago. We put up with running it 2 and 3 cycles just to dry a load. When I finally smelled something burning we called a repair person who fixed the parts that had caught fire due to lint accumulated in the machine. I called Kenosha Dryer vent cleaning and made a appointment for them to come out, they were on time and did a good job the cleaning took about an hour I was surprised at the amount of lent that they got out because I always clean the lent filter before each drying cycle.
