Ethan came out today to repair out chimney damper. He was professional and efficient, identifying the problem immediately and making the repair. Very happy with our service by Ethan, and Pratt's Chimney Services!!

Dan and Jacob were efficient, thorough, and professional every step of the way. We especially appreciated Dan's helpful walk-through of the remote control and details of the fireplace itself. My first experience with Pratt started as a call for a basic fireplace cleaning. Due to their thorough inspection of my entire fireplace system I learned of serious issues that should be addressed. Upon receiving their proposal I committed to the work. I could not be more satisfied with their hard work and professionalism. I now have a safe operating fireplace system. Our chimney was in rough shape and needed to be rebuilt. Instead we got a new metal, up to code chimney installed. Received a few quotes and Pratts was our choice to do business with. The decision was great. They are profesional, quick, clean, cost friendly, and of course good at what they do.

Been using Pratt 3 years now to clean chimney in my 2 bedroom log home outside Delavan. Austin showed up 3 days ago to chimney sweep it and found cracks in the flue tiles which he showed me via real time photos. Suggested lining the chimney with 10’’ stainless steel tube then surrounding that tube top to bottom with fireproof cement-like Thermix. I agreed.
Two days later Kyler and Ethan from Pratt showed up on time, answered my questions, explained what they’d do, and did it efficiently and timely. Cleaned up completely too. Took about 5 hours. I’m completely satisfied.
Pratt isn’t cheap, not outrageously expensive…I thought theirs was a decent price. And I’ve always been satisfied with their work so far. Yep, I’d recommend them highly

We recently moved to the area and called to have our fireplace and chimney inspected.

Ethan arrived on time and was very professional. Our chimney didn't need to be cleaned but the hearth and glass on the door did. He did it great job. He went on the roof and found some minor issues on the chimney.

In all, I was very pleased with the service and will have them back in the spring to repair the chimney. Please send Ethan back. I highly recommend Pratt's.

I have been very pleased with the work done by Pratt's and would highly recommend them. In particular, Grant has been wonderful to work with. He took great care in conducting the initial estimate and provided the estimate to me in a very timely fashion (which mattered to me because I was on a tight deadline). Grant also came back to do the work, and he along with Sam were friendly, communicative, and did an excellent job. We are very pleased. Also, the office personnel have always been super friendly and helpful when I call to schedule. Thank you Pratt's!

We recently bought a house with an old wood stove connected to the furnace/ductwork that was used to heat the house, and had one company tell us we should not use it. Another company referred me to Pratt's Chimney to give us a quote to remove it and Steve Pratt (owner) came out and said it was just fine to use, just needs a chimney liner. He came out a second time (just for my own peace of mind) to start it up and see if there were any cracks in the stove or smoke coming into the house from the vents, and stayed for an hour just to make sure all was working properly! He is a kind and professional business owner, and cares more about his customer's safety and peace of mind then about making the next buck. He went above and beyond expectations, instructed me on usage of the wood stove, very patiently answering my many questions, even volunteering to bring paint for our old wood stove to make it look nice, and a new pipe to replace the ancient one that's currently installed. We'll be having him out in the next few weeks to install the chimney liner. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone needing fireplace/chimney/wood stove repairs.

I called Pratt's Chimney service for a free estimate for relining my chimney. Steve did a comprehensive evaluation of our chimney, inside & out and explained everything that was needed. We ultimately had Pratt's come back and complete the work. Steve & his crew were on time. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend Pratt's for all of your chimney work.
