Scott who came out was very pleasant and friendly to talk too. He was very upfront about everything and didn't try to pressure me into signing right away, which after getting quotes from other places is something I GREATLY appreciated. They/I didn't get/give the correct email at first so there was a little trouble getting an estimate at first but things like that can happen anywhere and the problem was rectified as soon as it was discovered.

Overall, the soffit and facia turned out very nicely. However, the crew could not communicate with us because English was not a language they spoke. I was told when we got the estimate it would take 2 to 3 days. It took a week and a half because I know the contractors were working on another job besides ours plus the three windows we had replaced the contractors who did those were not told that they had the job until late in the day so they were here working on my house until 8 o’clock at night They replaced their bottom gutters because the gutters we had were not salvageable. However, a new contract was not drawn up for the additional cost of those gutters when we paid our final payment I asked specifically is this the final payment. I was not given a definitive answer six months later we got a bill for $1400 for the gutters. From what I understand the estimator that worked on our job is no longer working for Standard Roofing.

Ordered a replacement storm door and love the look and security the door provides. The door features two large windows that afford a great view of the outdoors.

I had some roof repair and maintenance done. Jeff was awesome to work with, set up my job and explained everything well. Natalie in the office sent me my estimate and payment link and that way very easy. Adam arrived on time and did a great job. He was personable, and thorough and very detailed! I highly recommend them!

Austin came out to my home to inspect siding. He was honest and I could tell he was t out to talk me into work that I did not need done. Plus, he is a dog lover!

Austin was the epitome of fabulousness. He came over, sat with me, and sashayed through the whole process, answering every question we threw at him with a flair that would make RuPaul proud.

Then he took over for the installation, and darling, did he over-deliver. I was surprised it went in so easily but I was more than satisfied and he didn't leave until we were grinning from ear to ear like we'd just seen a Broadway show.

Russ did an amazing job replacing my windows! From the installation and clean up and all the people I worked with through the process, this has been a great experience. Thank you all!!

They came to our house and installed some windows and doors. Russ did such a great job and was extremely helpful with the questions we had. We liked their work so much that they are installing the windows and doors on a house we are building now! Highly recommend.

Came out and looked at my windows, 3 of which needed repair. Said he could repair them but it needed to be at least 40 degrees outside. I've called at least 3 times and have never received a call back. Poor customer service! New info: After leaving this review I was contacted by Russ. He did do some work on the three windows at no charge. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the problem. He was very apologetic about the miscommunication.
