In December 2023, we developed a roof leak during a storm and had some interior water damage.
McElfresh Roofing information was provided to me through another roofer.
Klint called me that Sunday evening , which is the day we noticed the leak.
During our initial phone conversation, he took his time and answered all of my many questions.

Klint was at our house the next morning, walked our roof and determined that our roof needed to be replaced. He warned us that there may be a delay based on home insurance, but assured us that we need and will have a full roof replacement.
He showed us all of the concerning areas he found which included zippering of many shingles with rusted nails exposed to the elements.
He took many photographs, indicating all the areas of damage and concern.
Within 24 hours from his assessment, his team was at our house applying a tarp to protect our home from further interior damage.

When it was time for the insurance adjuster meeting, Klint was prepared and present at our home one hour prior to the scheduled appointment, with the concerning areas of the roof already marked.
He walked the roof with the insurance adjuster as well.

Klint was very professional, detailed, thorough and well prepared .

The whole process from start to finish was made easy for us .
Klint and his team communicated directly with our insurance carrier.

Our insurance carrier did give us some problems with authorization initially for a complete roof replacement, but Klint continued to remain positive that we will receive a full roof replacement.

Eventually, after having to hire public adjuster, David Bitters with PVB PUBLIC ADJUSTERS LLC, who was referred by McElfresh Roofing to help us with obtaining a full roof replacement.
We were able to negotiate with the insurance adjuster, a full roof replacement with all aquired fees covered. We were only responsible for our deductible.

When it was time for the roof to be replaced, Klint was present while his team of roofers were working/replacing our roof.
The entire roof replacement took two days. The team of roofers were very efficient, professional, and cleaned up after themselves.
Klint walked our property many times picking up any loose nails that were found.
He even returned after a big rainstorm and did another walk-through to make sure a nail was not missed.

Overall, we are very happy with Klint and his team at McElfresh Roofing and would use them again for any roofing project.

Brad completed a re-roof on my mother’s house and the crew did a fantastic job. Fast forward one year and I had some tree damage to the roof of the garage. I called Brad and the repairs needed were made the same day, in the rain even. Can’t thank Brad and his crew enough for the solid work.
