Needed a new roof because of damage my old roof had from storms. Called several companies for estimates and from the beginning Steve Stanley with Kayco roofing was early for the meeting and was able to answer all the questions I had. If I had a question about something and I called him he either picked up on the first or second ring the two times I called him. The crew that came to do the roof was on time and their work shows that they are very good at what they do. They were able to complete the job in 2 days and they made sure when they left that everything was cleaned up and how I like it. I was renting a house that the owner had Kayco put a roof on. The dumpster was put in the driveway next to my NEW Ford F150. When I saw the Kayco Rep, he assured me they would not start tossing items in the dumpster until I had a chance to move my truck on workday(s). The day they showed up to work they had begun to throw roofing debris in the dumpster BEFORE I had a chance to move my truck as promised. I moved it and didn't say or notice anything. The second day they did the same although this time I noticed a tar like material splashed on my truck. I took it to be detailed as my standard efforts were not enough to remove the substance. I called the main office to report, they said they'd get back to me to reimburse me but never did. I didn't ask for the entire amount since it was only on part of my truck, but they didn't even make good with that. Very sloppy workmanship and very poor customer service. Do not trust these sloppy craftsman

I have had Kevin and Christian out a few times in the past 1 1/2 years to look at my aging roof. They were always prompt and helpful so when it was time to replace the roof I knew I’d reach out to Kayco. Christian came out and clearly explained the process. He answered the questions I had and left a folder of information with the quote—all on the same day! Such a patient, respectful and professional young man who responded to any calls or texts almost immediately. He was able to get me on the schedule for the week I requested! I appreciate the attention to detail everyone gave to our roof/chimney and surrounding areas during the install and the cleanup after. Everything went so smoothly. I must say this was a great company to hire, and very cost effective. I had an issue with my roof and contacted Kayco, I was put in contact with Mike Calhoun the sales representative, he went above and beyond for me and my family, it all started about 2 years ago with my claim I had on my roof with the insurance company that didn't want to pay. He kept his word and estimate for 2 years,and he also came to my home on several different occasions to apply the tarp and kept in contact with me about everything. We had 47 squares to install and it only took 2 days to do this job. I was highly impressed with the workers due diligence in keeping my property and their work area tidy and neat. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company, from start to finish it was a STELLAR JOB. Thank you for everything. Your happy customer, Jason.

I love this company. Christian was wonderful. Explained everthing in detail. Crew was outstanding and the hardest working people I've seen. They got here at 7am and left at 8pm and had the whole roof on, 1980 square foot home with a steep roof. They came back the next morning, finished some minor details and ensured everthing was cleaned up. They are honest brokers, northigh pitched sales, and I cannot say enough positive things about them.

We discovered a leak by the fireplace on the interior of our home. After three roofing companies could not pinpoint or guarantee a fix for the problem, we were very happy that we contacted Kayco Roofing for another opinion. Christian from Kayco did thorough inspection and identified the problem as a compromised chimney cap. They were prompt and professional with a new cap install. We highly recommend them and will definitely consider them for our future roofing needs.

I want to say first that Josh Cagle and Kayco roofing came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I met with Josh at the home that needed the roof replaced and he spent quite a bit of time looking over the property and explaining what his crew could accomplish. After receiving his proposal and proposals from 4 other roofing companies I sat down with my wife and compared apples to apples. We immediately eliminated 2 companies due to their price. After careful consideration we decided to go with Kayco roofing. They were not the lowest estimate but they included some work that the other estimates didn't. Example a few companies wanted to use the existing flashing and some would not fool with the chimney. Josh assured me that everything would be new and they also put new Hardie board on the 4 sides of the chimney. The roof installation went smooth and the finished product looks great. After completion I met with another representative, Kevin McClure, we walked around the house and he answered all my questions as he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and understood the process and what to expect in the coming weeks. When I left he was on the roof giving it a final inspection.

Kayco roofing did a horrible job replacing the siding, trim and a few shingles around my chimney flashing. 3000 dollars and they can’t even get the wood trim level. They used such a small amount of caulk where the wood meets the siding that it’s already cracked in 1 month. Now I have to fix it or pay someone else too so I don’t have a leak. The metal trim on top of the chimney appears to have been beat by a hammer, it also looks terrible. This is the type of work I would expect from a facebook marketplace crackhead. I am extremely disappointed I would steer clear of this company they clearly don’t take pride in their work.
