Beaver Home was always on top of what was going on during the process. They had documents prepared when needed and responded when I had questions.

Yet another shame post inspired by a sales person that doesn't respect a clear 'no soliciting' sign.

If your sales people violate our boundaries so casually, than you're not a company I have any interest in doing business with.

Jon Comas perhaps needs a refresher on what "no soliciting" means. That applies to all reasons for uninvited visitors, not just sales.

Updated on 6/25. Two days after putting a new roof on my house it appeared that we had leaks in three places. They were very responsive and came out immediately to examine the roof. The working theory was that some water got through the underlayment while it was exposed during a storm before the shingles were installed. They said it should have been tarped to prevent that. I appreciate when a company owns up to its mistakes. They predict no future problems and got an interior crew here within a few days to remove the stain from the ceiling. They said that if there are any more leaks, they will remove and replace that portion of the roof including the deck. I was very pleased with their response. Angelo, Mark, Kip and Tammy were great to work with. To demonstate their commitment to customer service and quality work they installed new gutters at no cost for us! I've been very impressed with their quick response and how they've handled my concerns. They really went above and beyond to make things right. Most importantly, we've had a couple of downpours since the roof was completed and everything seems fine.

Can't say enough about Beaver Home Services! From the time of the hailstorm Kip did a free inspection of my roof and determined a new roof was needed. From there on he took care of everything from working with my insurance to coordinating all the work to be done. They use top of the line materials and did great work. Kip was always available to answer any questions or concerns. All you have to pay out of pocket is whatever your deductible amount is. In my case there was other very minor damage the insurance paid for that I chose to not fix and take the money instead. This more than made up for my deductible. I got a brand new top quality roof, new gutters and gutter guards at no cost to me done right by top quality people. I couldn't ask for more.

Beaver was super fast and easy to work with. Knocked the roof out even during the rain! Promised it would be done quick!!! Highly recommend.

So first off , I’m not one to give bad reviews. In this case I’m pretty sure I’m entitled to do so. The sales part of this company was great. Easy to get everything set up. Mr. Rowe got everything lined up , insurance company figured out and the ball moving. But when it came to the work? The train left the track and exploded. The crew that did my roof was inadequate. The first red flag was after they finished up they were supposed to sweep the yard, pick up nails etc. They did a horrible job in doing so. Not 20 minutes after they left my daughter stepped on a roofing nail. Luckily it didn’t get past her shoe. So I went out and swept the yard for an hour while I waited for the crew to come back and do it again. In that time I found 30 or so nails, razor blades, jagged metal pieces and an entire roll of nails from their nail gun. I don’t know if this is the first roof they have ever done but it seemed to be the case. Looking at the roof it is not flat, it appears to have some lumps in some areas. Also some of the roof vents are too short, and there was never any type of screen or cap put on (which was mentioned but never completed). The roof was done during cold weather, which meant I had large gaps in the roof line and I was told basically (by a supervisor?) it’s too cold for the roof to seal itself. And that was the best answer he could give. So of course it rained before the roof decided to seal itself. Which in turn gave us a leak. So my brand new roof of less than a week had a leak. Awesome. They came out twice, finally deciding to rip up the roof around one of my exhaust fans. They replaced it with shingles that are off color and it’s noticeable. Cool. Also the brown water spots were looked at ,shoulders were shrugged and yes I still have brown water spots that I’ll have to fix myself. Then a few days later we had a hard rain come through. Woke up to a constant dripping sound coming from behind the fireplace coming from the chimney. Called them again, they came out and sloppily globbed some clear sealant around the chimney where the roof tiles met. Did this fix it? Nope. I had to go a get some Wet-dri tar and seal it up myself. So my “brand new” roof had 2 major leaks. Which I had to basically fix myself. With my own money and time. Funny when I sealed it up properly, magically it stopped leaking. So in conclusion, maybe you’ll get luckier than me. I see some great reviews. But they obviously got a totally different crew and or supervisor. I honestly hope you get better treatment than I received. But I’d probably get ANYONE else to do your roof. At this point I’m just thankful the job is complete. The headache and aggravation alone makes me regret ever starting this process.

Beaver home services worked with me through the whole process of getting a new roof even when my insurance company did not want approve the claim. It took over a year but beaver stuck it out with us, were always friendly and professional helping us along the way and did a great job with it once we were finally able to get the new roof on! Choosing a company for a new roof isn't easy and the job doesn't happen in a weekend. I watched this company install a roof on 5 of my neighbor's homes and was convinced they would be the company for my new roof. This is a very complicated process and it takes a team to get the job done properly! All of the necessary paperwork, permits etc. was handled by Beaver Home Services. I love the new roof and my home looks new. This was a process and if you understand that you'll be very happy with the end result. Jordan S. did an amazing job with handling any and all issues that arose. I am thankful for his above and beyond help with my project. It wasn't easy but patience is key.

I recently had Beaver Home Services replace my roof, and I couldn't be more impressed with their exceptional service and craftsmanship. Worst experience. I answered the door to the salesman in May and the work wasn’t finished until the end of November. Was called numerous times because the colors I ordered (from their selection) weren’t available. Trim is bent across the entire front of my house, the supervisor told me too bad. Someone named Jordan called to apologize but never offered to even come out and look at it let alone fix it. After that he wouldn’t return my calls. Four different people called to ask what color I wanted my chimney painted. The crew didn’t show up the day they were scheduled and they blamed that on the woman who works in the “office”. If you want a company with absolutely no accountability, Beaver Home Services is for you.

The team has been great. They worked through all the negotiations with the insurance and the painful process of dealing with lawyers.

The Beaver Home Services crew of Orange Park was very efficient. They replaced the shingles and made roof repairs to my house and cleaned up in two days. The appearance of the roof is excellent. High pressure sales tactics. Kip Childers of st aug office refused, until I canceled contract thru an attorney, to put estimate amounts in writing, or a beginning date in writing. Used incorrect claim number. Too many red flags for me.
Have gone with a local roofing company with whom I feel more comfortable.

We have a leak in our roof and have called repeatedly for over a month to try and get someone to come look at it. It has caused major damage to our home and we can’t even get a simple call back. Our roof is under a year old. Once they get your money they no longer care.

I met with Nathan and Devon today for roof inspection. They were very polite and professional and walk me through the whole process.

Kevin came to my aid just before the storm and saved us from so much potential damage. His free inspection found severe hail damage and a hole in the roof. He came back and tarped my roof for free so that we would be safe during the storm. Then he helped us file the claim with our insurance company so that we would be covered. Thanks Kevin, thank you so much.

They were very efficient. They did all the paperwork with insurance company. Kip, answer all questions in timely manner. Very patient for payment from insurance company. They got the approval from HOA.
The only thing I did was the deductible.

We had an excellent experience using their services to replace our roof. Clean work. No problems with courtesy, promptness, and professionalism. Final inspection passed without issues. This is a well-honed team and we recommend their services!

They are a predatory company which performs unsolicited roof inspections in violation of new Florida Law prohibiting that activity. They conned my 92 year old Mother-in- law into filing an Insurance Claim and she was unaware of it happening because I personally asked if she knew they were filing a claim and she stated she did not and appeared confused about the situation. The State Attorneys Office confirmed it was illegal in the manner they had approached her. I am in the process of filing written complaints with State Authorities and State Attorneys Office is awaiting the complaints to proceed. The salesperson stated they were unaware of any law prohibiting their actions. Which was ridiculous.

Came to our door unsolicited and rang the doorbell (we have a sign asking not to as we may have a sleeping baby + dogs that like to bark at the door). We like our roof. If we wanted a new roof, we’d call our roofing guy.

I’m telling everyone I can to avoid this company. Nicely-done.

My wife and I had a roof leak. After multiple exorbitant quotes from other companies, we were lucky enough to find Beaver Home. He gave us a fair rundown of what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and very honest and kind. If we ever have any issues in the future, this company will be our first call!

We had our roof done about a year ago by Beaver Home Services. I can't say anything but good things about this company. They came out a did an inspection on our roof and determined we had storm damage to our roof. Beaver recommended an adjuster to us and Beaver came out with the adjuster during his inspection. After a long fight with the insurance company, we got our new roof. If it wasn't for Beaver, I don't think we would have won. Beaver stuck with us from start to finish.
When it came time to install, Corey walked us through the install process, answered every question and went above and beyond to make sure our install was as smooth as possible. Beaver's crew were professional and courteous of our residence and cleaned up everything afterwards. I highly recommend them; we are need of gutters and will be calling them out to get that done. Beaver Home Services did a great job on our roof. They took care of all the Homeowner's Insurance paperwork and special ordering our color shingles. It took like 4 months to get it completed, maybe that's normal, I don't know. But they did a great job in putting on the new roof and cleaning up behind themselves. Very neat work.

We went with Beaver roofing to reroof our house. Although they had an employee problem in the beginning management came out and corrected the problem immediately. The management team actually stayed and fixed the issue to our satisfaction. The next day Christie came with a new team and began to finish the roof.They did an outstanding job and went beyond by fixing problems we didn’t know we had. I could not be happier with Chris and Christie who took a bad situation and turned it around and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend using Beaver roofing if you need a new roof.

We have been waiting on our roof replacement for 5 months. They have had our insurance money but still no roof. They are the nicest, kindest people to talk to and win your business! Up to the point of signing all of the paperwork and giving them money, you couldn’t ask for better service. After that happens, you are the one to call time after time again to see when your roof is scheduled! No follow up from them period! Just made a phone call again. The person that answered was very nice but, of course, he couldn’t help so he said he would have someone call. This happens time after time. I just hope our roof (if we get one) is 100% better than their service. Highly disappointed! P.S. I have never written a bad review that I can recall.

Wow! Beaver Home Services recently replaced our roof, and I could not be more pleased. They were on their game from the get-go, handling all the preparation and paperwork. Then the install... throughout the process our site supervisor, Brent, was at our door several times throughout the day, to see if we had any questions or concerns, immediately responding to any minor issues. They had a large crew working for us and they were all hustling from daybreak to dusk. And the cleanup was immaculate, not a nail or scrap left anywhere.

Tanner was very Good . I was actually Amazed at the Quality of Work in the Scorching Heat of 90 degrees that they tirelessly accomplished. My roof really looks Great . Thank you very much on a job well done . Tanner took great care of us and made the process flow smoothly.

Owner Jeff responds to most reviews. I called the office with a problem. My roof was 26 months old. The one before this one was 25 yrs old and never ever leaked. I didn't get a call back until I edited my 1st review with my negative experiences. Our leak was then addressed and repaired in the last two days. Once it storms, then we will know.

I completely redact the statement I made about Beaver home services, giving great service. It has been several months since I first posted after Nick was appointed our service rep. He promised everything would be taken care of rather quickly, and it is now approaching May and I still have no resolve with my roof issue… I understand these things take time, but beaver home services has been terrible about providing updates and where we are with the process or even getting me what I need to cover the issue that they found in my roof… You say you are customer focused but this proves you are not…

Can't say nothing about "Beaver" job, because, Can't get my roof replased for over 2 and a half years. It took David R. Heil, P.A. , recommended by Todd Romazko, Insurance Claim Expert, two years to get settelment from Insurance. Finally, incorrect check was received. Now, after receiving their cut, from November 2023 lawyer can't retrieve CORRECT check from insurance. All my contacts to lawyer's office lead nowhere. Guess, "Beaver" need to find more reliable and dependable affiliates.
