Roof cleaning/repair. Prior to finding this company, I had trouble with roof cleaners breaking the cement tiles my roof is made of. The people Chuck sends to clean my roof are knowledgeably about working on tile roofs, and do not break my roof while cleaning it. We have lots of large trees surrounding our house so we need at least yearly cleaning. I always go back to Master Roofing.

When we were buying our house. The roof needed to replace. The job was done quick and efficiently in one day. Several follow-up on the job was one thing I am impress with. Highly recommend this team.

This is a very good company, I just recommend, now at such a time it is not easy, it is very difficult to find such kind and pleasant people.

Summer 2020. We recently had Masters replace our front door, re-build 1960s glass entryway, rebuild our chimney, add attic vents, replace rotten siding spots with new cedar boards, and paint the house and back deck... they did a great job! Quality work, Chuck is a great communicator, we always knew what was happening when, and everything was completed in an expedited manner. Would recommend highly!

Great experience. Mike Vasquez responded the same day that I made the request for an estimate. He came out on a Sunday to do the estimate in order to respond quickly! He walked me through the process from start to finish. The crew on the day of the job were very respectful of my property and very efficient. The job was finished in one day. They sent a crew member back the day after to be sure that everything was cleaned up and Mike also came back again to be sure that I was satisfied and that all my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

Masters is wonderful. Im picky, but they are professional, HONEST, attentive, they did a great job, and cleaned up well. They ran a magnet around our house and made sure there were no nails that could puncture our tires. They paid attention to details that were important to us. Fabulous roof, good price, excellent work, excellent cleanup and really nice people. Cant ask for more. We highly recommend them.

They are really caring less about their customers. They made me wait for the whole week for just the get the quote and still no respond from them.

I would not recommend this company at all.

They a great job and were quick to replace my roof, but not happy since we agree on a price and to find out the tax was not part of the agreement. Just make sure you read the contract thoroughly and ask questions if does not make sense. Other roofing companies, quoted me with tax included and were cheaper on price.

I changing my 3 star to 1 star after the owner, Chuck, email that I haven't paid my bill and for leaving a negative review. He should check with his account payable team first since my bank account show he I already took my money. My only negative comment was the price quoted did not included tax as other quotes I received included tax. I would give negative star if I could to the company for the owner attitude toward me and assuming I did not paid my bill.

Chuck and his team are awesome! I had to have a roof replaced this winter and was trying to turn in an insurance claim for damage due to wind. He not only gave me a fair price on the roofing bid, but went out of his way to answer all of my questions regarding the insurance claim, bid a "repair" bid for me, helped me understand the reasons why my roof would benefit from certain types of roofing/techniques to minimize future leaks, and actually listened to me when I said I needed certain areas of my roof paid more attention to/replaced.

There was a large spot of mold in my attic as well as soggy OSB sheeting on multiple areas of my roof. As soon as I told Chuck were to look, he removed the moldy sheeting and crawled around in my attic to identify where all of the problem spots were located. He promptly had his team replace all of the problem sheets and they still finished the re-roof on time. They also did an immaculate job of clean-up afterwards. HIGHLY RECOMMEND not only for the price, but the honesty as well. THANKS CHUCK!

It was time to replace our 20+ year old shake roof so my husband and I started to look into roofing companies. After extensive and exhausting research, we decided to get four estimates from respectable roofing companies. Three of the four estimates were within a couple hundred dollars of each other and the fourth was a big ($7000+) outlier more which we immediately eliminated. Of the three, two were local roofing companies so we eliminated the one that was not a local company (we like to support our local businesses). We decided to go with Masters roofing as Chuck the owner took the time to meet with both my husband and I explaining the process, products and other logistics to replace our roof. Chuck and his team were efficient, professional and meticulous to the details. Our house is a showcase in the neighborhood. If you need to replace your roof, I would not hesitate to highly recommend Chuck and his team. They ROCK!! ... and this comes from someone who is very particular!!!

Masters Roofing did a wonderful job of replacing my roof. They were quick, clean and very efficient in doing the work.The company representative I worked with, Chuck Dominguez, came out and was very knowledgeable and straightforward in explaining the services provided by Master Roofing. He was very patient in explaining all the different types of roofing material available, as well as what may need to be replaced (underlayment, plywood, etc) during the tearoff. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. And Thank You Masters Roofing, for completing the R&R of my roof in one day!!!

Chuck and his crew were excellent. We had multiple roofs worked on at our large dog boarding and daycare facility - which is challenging because we must always make sure all the dogs' safety comes first. This requires extra patience and communication - and the crew was fantastic at stepping up that way. The bid was competitive and knowing that Chuck and the company are local and steady was very comforting. We would highly recommend Masters Roofing.

With all the positive reviews I was hoping the experience would be better. Granted ours was a small job to fix some siding on our house. They were out at least 5/6 times to fix / redo the flashing/siding which I was grateful for the follow through. But then when they were going to finish everything up the contractor said he was no longer with the company and someone would contact us. We never heard back. Months later I get an email asking for a review, I informed them I had a bad experience, instead of looking into it they responded and apologized and asked if I wanted to be taken off their email distribution list.
They missed an opportunity for good customer service.

Warren and all the guy at Masters are lifesavers - they have been out a couple of times over the past year and have been very helpful, never pushy, spot on with estimates and work was finished on time!

We would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends and trust them with all our roofing "Projects".

Chuck and his entire crew did a great job. They were accurate with every detail that was quoted and we are very happy with the new roof. It has been a relief not to have to worry about the roof with all of the rain we had last year. Masters Roofing was not the cheapest quote we had but you get what you pay for. If you want a Nordstrom's experience not a Sears experience contact Chuck and he will take great care of you.

Excellent roofing company. I really appreciated the way Zita and Paul explained everything to me about the materials and process. The installation was done very quickly in 2 days in between many stormy days in March. The slightly negative thing is that I am still finding nails in my yard. However I would definitely recommend Masters to others. Thanks!

We had an unexpected roof leak by our front door. While we had to work with an unprofessional, slow and expensive company to fix our walls (through insurance), I decided to research for a roofing company myself. After emailing multiple companies, only Chuck answered back professionally and timely. He was very quick to set up the free inspection and he joined his own team for fixing part of our roof. The cost was very affordable for the repair and they even had a warranty. Great company.
The only thing I would point out is to contact them ahead of time during the contractor season (late summer, early fall). That's when housing market and repairs are in demand in WA because of the weather. We were selling our house a month ago and had to do another unexpected repair on siding. We really wanted Chuck and his team again but sadly they were busy and unable to return our calls, so we had to pay premium with some other company for a fast job. Overall, great company though with good service.

We worked with Warren and Chuck to install a new ridgeline, repair flashing, general shingle repair, and to schedule roof cleaning before we put our house on the market. They were fast to put us on the schedule. They came out and in a matter of days our roof was repaired and perfectly cleaned. We had a pre-inspection on our house and an area that was not part of the previous bid came up as a concern. They came back out to the house and fixed free of charge a couple of days later. They work efficiently and do a quality job. I would highly recommend them for any roof needs, and will be having them come out to look at our new house.

my husband and i are very pleased with the work done by masters roofing located in mill creek. the time and attention give to us explaining how the process would go and about the quality of the materials they would use was invaluable in helping us choose them over other companies wanting our business. we made the right choice and have already recommended them to neighbors who were as impressed with the job the roofers were doing as we are. the employees are courteous, professional, and experienced and we could not be happier with the results. chuck was involved every step of the way and the yard was left clean with no debris to be found anywhere. we highly recommend Masters Roofing.

We were looking for a deal. So we weren't expecting this level of product and service. But Chuck and his staff were fantastic. FAST!! polite, clean. The new roof looks great and we did get a great price!

5 star service, from start to finish. I called them on a Saturday morning and had my roof repaired and completed by the same Saturday evening. I called them on Saturday morning, and had a text reply from Chuck within 30 minutes saying they would call me back. Chuck called me back within the hour and listened to my concern, as I had lost shingles off the roof and that there was a banging when the wind blew. He told me he wanted to get a team out to me that afternoon before the next expected storm came in that evening. He worked it so one of his teams was at my house by early afternoon and they had the roof looked at within an hour of arrival. He then gave me an immediate quote, (which was a really good quote), and told me how long it would take. His team set about working on the roof while one of the team went to get the matching shingles. His whole team were professional, polite, curtious and friendly. I had my roof repaired and finished 3 hours later. Chuck is very professional, helpful, attentive and friendly and I would highly recommend him, and his team, to everyone. (FYI. he was the only person to reply to my call as i had called 3 other roofing companies, and none of the others had even called me back). Chuck is so far ahead for quality and response than so many others.

Chuck is a top-shelf guy. He is very personable and from the old school of craftsmen who truly care about all aspects of the job that his company is going to do for you. Chuck came out to our house and met with me and my wife at a time that was convenient for us, and he very patiently described and discussed our options for repairing (replacing) our roof. I am also a tradesman and so I recognize good work when I see it, and I know what it takes to run a small business. Chuck and his crew replaced our roof for us and they did it on time, ahead of schedule and we couldn't be happier with what we got. I recommend Masters Roofing to everyone.

I had a great experience working with Chuck Dominguez, owner of Masters Roofing. Over the course of three weeks, I talked to him and picked his brain in order to obtain a bid on a roof job for my house that is in escrow. He is a busy man, but rest assured he always calls back and is incredibly professional. During my time talking to him I learned a lot about roofing and am incredibly grateful that Chuck took the time to educate me on types of roofing material best recommended for my type of roof top (flat, torch down).
While I didn't use Master Roofing on this project (our home buyers decided to go another route), I am left impressed with this company and everything it does to be honest with their customers.
