A tree branch fell and poked a hole on our roof. We called several places and Titan is the only place that didn’t send me to voice mail. They were able to put us on schedule for the next day. They came on time and fixed our roof right away. We are very satisfied with their work and communication.

Called at 9-10PM, the owner, Gil, answered, was super friendly, and had someone out to tarp the problem area of my roof within two hours. Then, when the rain cleared, they were able to fix the problem within two days, thoroughly. Both the tarping and roof repair were some of the lowest, if not the lowest, prices I was quoted. I will absolutely reach out to Titan Roofing when I'm in need of a new roof, and should another issue pop up.

Most surprising was he asked for no money down and wanted us to be 100% satisfied by the roof before we paid! His crew was skilled, efficient, and professional and took painstaking efforts to ensure the job site was tidied up at the end of each working day, and meticulously cleaned up at the end of the job. He provided daily photos and progress updates as well as great before and after photos and drone footage after the job was done.

Most importantly, Titan promptly delivered a beautiful roof in spite of some challenging late October weather, and when it came time to pay there were no surprises or upcharges.

Titan did an excellent job for us, even with unexpected discovery of all the sheeting was bad and needed replacing. They were very fast and the new roof looks great! And, they installed all new gutters at the same time. Highly recommended

First off, dealing with the owner of the company personally is wonderful. You don’t get that with a large outfit. Titan is just the right size, not too big or a small and possibly shady company you are worried about the whole time. I got several bids but went with Gil and Titan because I felt comfortable with him and he seemed very honest and down to earth. Not to mention his price was reasonable not the highest by any stretch or lowest but like I said with concerns about quality. The crew was excellent especially the lead. He was phenomenal as I had issues with an addition as far as leveling to original house. Had been addressed in the past but incorrectly or not to standard. I had a few minor issues at the end that they took care of no problem. They did a good job of cleaning up the mess as well. I would highly recommend Titan for a complete re roof as I did which included all sheathing replaced. Even with the extra work in evening the two roofs and some rain potential were done in 3 days. Thanks to again to Gil and his crew.

After talking to many roofing companies in the area, I decided to go with Titan roofing. Gil, the owner was very straightforward and did not try to push me to sign a contract. He spent a lot of time explaining everything that goes into an attic and roof. We carefully checked out my attic and roof together. It turned out a few of the other roofing companies tried to sell me products I didn't need or told me I had problems that weren't really true.
The Titan roofing crew was very professional and finished the job in 3 days. Their attention to detail was very impressive. They cleaned up my yard every day after their shift was done.
During the final review, Gil flew his drone over the roof and found a very small piece of shingle that was blown into a corner. Gil had his crew go back up on the roof after they had packed everything to retrieve the small piece of shingle. I don't think any other company would have done that.
Now a few of my neighbors are also getting their roofs replaced by Titan because of the great work they observed while the Titan crew was installing my roof.

Gil and Titan roofing did an amazing job on my roof and gutters. My roof that was originally put on my house was defective and all of the aggregate had come off. Gil came and inspected it and gave me my estimate. I am in construction management and I had a ballpark cost in my mind. I have a steep pitched roof with many angles. The estimate was much lower than I expected. Gil explained everything he was going to do. I did not let him know that I had any experience until he was done. I could tell he knew what he was doing and that he was genuine and honest. We signed up that day. His crew came out and worked for 2 days, demo and installation was complete! All flashing was replaced and even installed flashing that the original builder did not! They cleaned up their mess each day. And protected my plants! They came back 2 days later to install gutters and that was done in half a day. I would recommend Gil and his team to anyone. In fact one neighbor has already signed a contract with a second that will follow soon. Thanks again Gil and Titan roofing!
