Skilled Roofing has an amazing team! Adan was on top (pun intended :)) of everything! I highly recommend them to put on a gorgeous roof which is fully document with ann array of pics: old roof, tear off, repairs, new plywood, underlayment, flashings, gutter system, and new completed roof. Reasonable pricing and yes, very skilled. Even more than that communication skills keeping me updated on events/dates, good manners and genuine caring personality!!! Five star all the way!!!

We are extremely happy with the job done by Skilled Roofing. They did a good job of communicating with us and when the team would be on site. Cleaning up after the job was completed was also very good. Owner was on site at the end and worked with his team to finish including picking up scrap around the yard. He came back after the dumpster was picked up to do a final sweep of the are including using a magnetic broom so no nails and screws where left.

The communication is done very well. Always have prompt reply and answer my questions.They come on the promised date, and although the project turns out to be much bigger than expected, they were able to allocate time to fix it in 3 consevitice days without me needing to chase after them. Being remote, they also did video call with me to allow me fully understand the issue. Overall it was a pleasure to work with them, I feel like my house is handled properly.

We had a leak on a rainy week and I was nervous it would get worse. Sandra answered the phone and reassured me. Adan came that afternoon to make a small repair to prevent it from getting worse. The appointment for the official repair was couple days later. They ended up getting to it much sooner than expected. Absolutely the best service! Great customer service! I would highly recommend them!

Looking for quality roofer can be a daunting task. There's so many options out there it can be very overwhelming. After contacting multiple roofing companies, I made a final decision and chose to work with Skilled Roofing and I'm glad I did. From beginning to end Sandra and Adán were so helpful. They were very patient with me with explaining all the different options and materials. If I had any questions they were always helpful and accommodating to answer them. Sandra updated me regularly on the progress and Adán, with his crew, were professional doing the tear off and new roof install. They worked hard and cleaned up daily. I give their service an A+++. I had a really good experience using skilled roofing and working with Adan. I had a few other people come out to look at the damage on my roof/ceiling and he was the only person who came out with a ladder to look in the attic and get a thorough view of what was going on. What I really appreciate besides his fair pricing is his communication. I've worked with so many different companies in the past on a variety of home projects and it is unfortunately common for people not to get back to you or show up on time and he does all of that. He was there when he said he would be there I never wondered what was going on or fell ignored. I received prompt responses anytime I messaged or called. I also had pleasant experiences over the phone when scheduling and following up with Sandra.

During the actual project, when I wasn't home and he had to talk to me about something he saw come up with my roof, he made a video and sent that to me, had me watch it and then called to talk about it.

I highly recommend skilled roofing is because of their friendliness and fairness. I never once felt taken advantage of and I truly felt like Adan worked with me to prioritize what to get done within my limited budget. You can tell he runs his company with integrity. It is a small family-owned startup with 12 years experience working as project manager at a corporate Roofing company. He answered all my questions with a lot of patience and understood my concerns. They were not just more efficient, affordable but also provided quality workmanship, accurate, and honest estimates. He used better products that I had researched about already.I have been asked by many people since then about the company after they saw his work. I had my roof changed recently by skilled roofing. They are very professional, experienced and very prompt. I highly recommend skilled roofing. One of the best in the Seattle/PNW area. Aden and Sandra are extremely courteous and clearly understand the customer requirements. If you are looking for someone to do a neat job with no drama, you should hire Skilled roofing.

Sandra was wonderful to work with from the beginning. Adan and his crew were fantastic at explaining every step beforehand and once they started work the project when amazing. They cleaned up after themselves every day and project was done right in the timeframe they told us from the beginning. Pricing was good and they are very professional.

Skilled Roofing Recently fixed my roof and it looks Amazing! Their workers are very Friendly and Recpectful and did everything in a timely manner. Everything I could ask for.

Good work, bad post work communication.

1. As a builder we always get a lien release signed by our subs once we pay in full as this is a common best practice. I emailed them twice for this and didn't receive it.

2. I asked them about metal roof work and they said they do it, but didn't follow-up with a bid. I refuse to chase businesses down to basically give them money. They need to put in the work by creating a proper bid. Missed opportunity for them.

We are so happy with our new roof. They are so professional at skilled roofing. They were great communicators thru the entire job and extremely thorough. I highly recommend them.

The last thing that I wanted was a new roof, but when we Found a small watermark on the ceiling, I called 4 roofing companies that had the best Better Business Bureau ratings in the area. Skilled roofing called me back immediately, had someone here doing the inspection the next day.

Inspection was thorough with multiple photos taken and a full explanation of what was going on. we were given the option of fixing it, or getting a new roof with the understanding that our roof was failing. We opted for the new roof.

I could not have been more pleased with the service we received from this company. The communication was awesome and happened on a daily basis to update us regarding weather And unfortunate but anticipated delays as we did this the first week of January in the rain and snow. They did exactly what they promised they were going to do exactly when they said they were going to do it. They cleaned up the driveway and yard every day and the roof looks very nice.

Nobody wants to pay for a new roof, but if you have to, these people are outstanding! There is no doubt in my mind why these people have such an Excellent BBB rating. They certainly lived up to it

They were exceptional, very kind, kept us informed and worked long hours to complete our roof between rain/snow storms. Though it was 20 degrees the team worked 8 hours on Friday, through Monday. They finished right before the next storm. I highly recommend this company.

Skilled Roofing did my roof about a month ago and I was completely happy with the work. My brother recommended the company due to him knowing the owner from his restaurant. He explained to me how the owner was starting his own company and how he use to work for a big named brand company. So I decided to contact them and received a bid which was broken down to me to the last detail and explained how everything was going to be from start to finish, not to mention they were under almost everyone’s quote.
