I’ve never had to get a roof and was worried about the process knowing after that storm so many people needed roofs. But it was an easy process and done in a timely manner. Masters Roofing put a new roof on our house last year and did a great job. They have even come out for a small fix of some fascia not related to their roofing job and today 4/17/25 to take a look at a possibly leaky chimney.

My roof developed a leak. Jake came out to diagnose the issue and as it turns out diagnosed it correctly. He was able to repair the issue without a roof replacement and kept me well below my insurance deductible. Jake, Matt and Bill do great work!

The work was completed in a timely bases and a full crew of 9 workers arrived on work day.
They completed the job in 2 days for 4700 Sq ft of roofing while a competitor was replacing a roof similar to ours in 4.5 days.

The crew was on time, and conscious of the sensitive landscaping around our home, along with controlling the debris.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Masters Roofing. Service was superior, new roof looks beautiful, excellent product, very fair price. Matt and Jake were fantastic to work with and are just overall great people! Before I even decided to hire them to replace my roof, I contacted their company due to a leak. I was calling as a new customer and had never worked with them before, but they came out to my house RIGHT away, inspected the issue and repaired the leak...out of pure kindness. When I made the decision to replace the entire roof a few months later, there was no question I was going to hire them for the job. Best of the best with these two! Highly recommend Masters Roofing.

Second time I have had them roof my house over last 25 years. In between when there has been an issue with wind, storms etc. they have always come out to the house fast.

We called masters roofing after a high wind day. We had noticed a few shingles in the yard. We have just bought the house and masters had done some roof repairs that our inspector had pointed out upon inspection per our repair request. Masters was very punctual and honest. They discovered no damage and the shingles in the yard were actually shingles that had been replaced when they did repairs a few weeks prior mistakingly. It is a rare thing these days to find a contractor that is this honest. Based on their honesty alone we will only be using masters roofing for all our repairs/ roof replacement. Thank you masters roofing. Your honesty reflects your integrity and tells me all I need to know about your company and business ethics.

Master's provided us with high-quality work at a reasonable price, and they were very professional. I really enjoyed working with them. Would absolutley recommend Bill and Matt to anyone who needs a solid roofing company. They were prompt, always answered the phone, and didn't mind my constant questioning!

I had the same experience as Visual Guy. I am Visual Guy. I wrote my review from the wrong google account but because I wanted to give them more stars...I am. They deserve it.

Not sure about the couple of bad reviews here but here is my experience:
I thought we needed a roof in 2018. My roof is small and and an easy job. Master's estimate was $2000 less than the other two estimates. After writing the estimate Matt told me on the phone that They'll happily do the job, but I really didn't need a roof yet. It didn't look the greatest, but It was in great shape. I appreciated that honesty and committed to calling back in a year or two.

Now in 2020, I called back and Bill came tor estimate. The estimate had went up $400. I was expecting double that in this climate (during COVID-19). Later I had questions about extra vents in the roof and they came back out to assess. Bill drew up a new estimate that added 5-7 more vents to cool the top floor, at no additional charge. I picked a shingle, scheduled my roof. They called me and communicated the entire process. On the day of the job, their crew showed up went right to work. They worked until dark and when they stopped I had a brand new roof that looked great. My house is 2 degrees cooler in the top level now thanks to their kindness.

This company is both professional and personable. I consider them to be honest and reliable and I would recommend everyone get an estimate from Master's before they choose a contractor. A+ experience and I'd give them 6 starts if I could.

Jake came out and did a quick fix of our roof to help with a leak we were having. After getting a second opinion on a new roof, we decided to go with Masters offer. They did a great job.

My first experience with Masters Roofing was when Doug Pitcock referred a customer to me for help resolving an insurance issue with a roof job, a little over 20 years ago. I used Masters for my own roof about 7 years later, and in between I had many opportunities to observe their work around the county, very efficient, and the reputation is excellent. I occasionally had clients who had issues with other roofers, and Doug was always my first call for an objective opinion - which was not always what my client wanted to hear. I have referred my family to Masters, including my dad, who is very knowledgeable and quick to point out workmanship that is less than his standard. Dad respected Doug tremendously, and as Doug transitioned his sons Matt and Jake into the business, Dad has also come to respect their approach and commitment to a first-quality job. In 2012, Doug helped me sort through a frustrating insurance situation on a large commercial job that was going to be done by another contractor - he knew he wasn't getting the work, but went to the site with me, climbed the roofs, and gave me the opinion that helped me get the roofs shingled correctly. Doug's payment: lunch. A year later Masters won the bid on another commercial project on which I ended up being involved, and the work was done quickly and flawlessly. Most of the work Masters does is replacement roofing, where they encounter damage and rot under the existing roofing that can be difficult to repair. Masters does what it takes to make the job right, including callbacks as necessary. My experience with Masters has been excellent, and I expect that to continue. Highly recommend.

Master's Roofing - the name says it all! I have used Master's Roofing for years for various properties and personal homes. They are prompt and keep their scheduled appointment times. They are always courteous and respectful - giving a full description of the problem and the solution to fix it. I am always provided with a written estimate for repair costs. Then they show up to do the work when they say they will, professionally with care for craftsmanship and care for my property! Outstanding work and service. Highest regard for Master's Roofing!

We had a new roof put on recently and are very pleased and happy with it. The roof design is beautiful. The owner himself came out and gave us an estimate which was very reasonable and he was very nice to work with. They worked with our insurance company, making the whole process very quick and easy. They had to remove 2 layers of shingles and they completed the job in one day and cleaned up very well. We have recommended the company to several others who have also been satisfied with their work.

We used masters roofing to replace our roof and would call them again for anything concerning our roof. They were very efficient in every way. Treated our roof as if it was their own. Sooooo very happy! Would and have recommended them!

Great company! I was selling my home, and needed a roof inspection, they came out the next day. Their price was good, and they made the repairs requested and a very short amount of time. I was on a time restraint, so I was thrilled with how prompt they were. Also, the damaged shingles they replaced looked awesome. They blended very well with the existing roof.

Do not USE! We were trying to get a leaky roof fixed from storm damage so we had to go through insurance. When we were almost ready to move forward with the job, we had a baby and had to delay everything. I called to tell them the shingles we wanted to use and they said they no longer were interested in the job. They told me to take my business elsewhere. I called the company to try to let them know what happened and some "young guy" was like if Bill said he's not interested, then the best thing to do is call another company. I still had the samples they brought by so I made one last phone call and I'm assuming it was the manager (owner) of the company and nothing was worked out. I would NOT USE this company for any business.
