I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I needed to for Pinnacle. One of our neighbors had their solar roof done by them last year and spoke very highly of their experience. We weren’t looking for solar, but decided to reach out anyway since our neighbors were so happy with the work. Later on, when our roof was being done, Lenny, the owner, stopped by to check on the progress and realized they had done our next-door neighbors’ roof a few years ago too!
We got bids from several companies (8 total... yeah, maybe a little excessive), but we chose Pinnacle for a few key reasons. Curt was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all our questions. He even went up into our attic when we pointed out some damp spots on the ceiling. After his visit, he sent us a detailed quote that included a smart vent (edge vent) for air intake and a ridge vent for exhaust to improve attic ventilation. Ridge vents seem to be the new standard for exhaust, but some other companies didn’t really address the intake issue, which was important to us since we only had small soffit vents.
Instead of the large rectangular intake vents that a couple of other companies suggested, Curt recommended the smart vent option (“edge vent”). We really appreciated that he cared about both function and appearance. In our case, it wasn’t installed right on the edge, but about a foot in from the edge of the roof. Even so, we think it looks great and blends in nicely with the new roof. Curt even mentioned that once they removed the old roof, if the attic space over our covered patio turned out to be connected to the main attic, they would continue the smart vent there too, just to keep it uniform, and they’d do it at no extra cost. That showed a real level of care and attention to detail.
The work itself was done in two days (Friday and Saturday). The crew was efficient and left everything clean. There was one small issue: they forgot to install a new roof cap for our kitchen vent. But to be fair, it wasn’t their fault. The previous owners had remodeled the kitchen and removed the attic ductwork, so the old cap wasn’t actually connected to anything. We brought it up with Lenny since we were planning to do the proper ductwork, and he had someone come out and take care of it.
After the roof was done, we had a few attic companies come by to give us quotes for insulation, and they all commented on how well the roof was done.
We’re really happy we went with Pinnacle and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Approximately a decade ago Pinnacle Roofing Professionals replaced our roof and did an excellent job. Recently we reach out to them again for a roof repair due to windstorm damage. It was a bit of an unusual situation, but they were willing to work with it. Keith was particularly helpful in facilitating the job. A very professional contractor which I would definitely recommend.

Despite the rather miserable weather, the Pinnacle Crews did a great job - fast, friendly, and with some amazing carpentry repair work. Thank you all very much.
Lenny was very responsive, patiently answering our many questions, and delivering as promised on time.
We recommend Pinnacle Roofing Professionals unreservedly.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
