We were recommended to call Pinnacle by a family friend. This company didn’t work with the type of roofing material I had an issue with. However, the man who came out to see the problem assessed the issue and told me where it was. This helped us immensely. What a kind company. If we have issues on our other properties, we will definitely call Pinnacle.

We were very happy with all aspects of the job Pinnacle Roofing Pros did on our roofing project. We live in Anacortes and had our house (approx 1400 sq ft) and shop (400 sq ft) re-roofed in August 2024. We also had solar panels on both buildings that had to be removed and put back. The roofing part was incredibly fast. Both buildings were stripped in a day and re-roofed the following day. All debris removed, gutters cleaned out, etc.

Pinnacle took the solar down a few days before the roofing removal and it went back up about a week after the roofing was done. This was made a bit more complicated as we wanted to increase the number of panels as part of this project. We had a 2015 system in place that used APS/Bullfrog micro-inverters. After the roofing was done, Pinnacle moved all the original panels to the house and then added 6 higher wattage panels to the shop. They installed the new panels with APS micro-inverters (different, newer model vs our originals) so all the solar reads into the same online system as before, everything was compatible. We had talked to a couple other solar providers who said they couldn’t get APS inverters and we’d have to add a whole separate system, new additional meters, etc.

The cost for everything was fair and consistent with other roofing bids (companies who do not also do solar). The bid was broken out into roofing (strip and replace), solar off and on, and new solar. The roofing cost was very similar to the other companies who gave us bids. The solar off and on cost was markedly lower than the bid provided by our original solar provider.

In a nutshell, we were very happy with all of Pinnacle’s work for us and would recommend them 100%.

I was required by our HOA to do a solatube project through Pinnacle. Without taking a single measurement, they provided us with a quote that is 20% higher than NW Natural Light. This quote didn't include the material they plan to use, or the units needed, or any information on the warranty.
Our questions received no response.

We had a kitchen skylight leak that was causing water to get into the drywall above the kitchen ceiling. A different company came out and tried to sell me a whole new roof which was completely unnecessary. Then when I specified I wanted a quote for skylight replacement and repair of surrounding shingles, flashing, etc., they didn't even bother returning my emails.

Pinnacle Roofing, however, came out quickly, assessed the situation, gave a fair quote, scheduled the work, and their installer worked through all kinds of crazy weather to get the job done. I would call Pinnacle Roofing again for any future work to be done.

Pinnacle Roofing recently completed a solar installation at my residence, and their service was exceptional. The team was not only professional and courteous but also incredibly accommodating to unforeseen changes in the schedule, a testament to their flexibility. What I appreciated the most was their dedication to keeping me informed, allowing me to make a well-informed decision about the installation. Their attention to detail and customer service is truly commendable. I would definitely recommend Pinnacle Roofing for their outstanding work and customer care.

Flat roof replacement was excellent, I hired them because the brand new previous flat roof install was so poorly executed by previous company. Love the new Pinnacle roof. Expect extra costs which they did include in the estimate. They are extremely busy.

I interviewed 5 different roofers and ultimately landed on Pinnacle for my job. I needed a new roof and gutters and had been contemplating solar. Pinnacle won out on all three for their options, professionalism, and knowledge.

We hired Pinnacle to install our metal roof because of their reputation for quality installation. They also upgraded our electric panel and brought more amp to the house. We were impressed and happy with the overall process from beginning to end. We absolutely LOVE our new black metal roof. Was a little concerned with the color at first but it turned out beautiful. Would definitely recommend METAL over composite. And as for the electric panel upgrade, we finally have enough power.

This review is sorely overdue! I was fortunate enough to find Pinnacle Roofing Professionals in 2019, when they literally saved my house by installing a new roof in the nick of time. They also installed solar panels at the same time (which have worked wonderfully in dramatically reducing my electricity bills and helping the environment).

Pinnacle Roofing Professionals treated me better than any construction company I have ever worked with. I'm a single woman and they treated me and my home with the utmost respect, and never talked down to me or tried to get me to pay for more than what I could afford. I was dealing with a lot of other issues at the time and they went above and beyond to work with me and were always so kind and compassionate.

Almost a year ago now, I had an unused chimney that needed removed, old and entirely missing flashing's from a poor install years ago by a previous owner, and leaking gutters that all needed addressed. I actually was recommended to Pinnacle Roofing by a smaller competitor we were reviewing that knew our project was out of his scope. I'm glad he did because I'm not sure I would've found them otherwise, and they did a fantastic job that's held up great so far. Having the basics like a roof to our home be in great shape, and done right, really was worth it.

We hired Pinnacle to replace the roof on our 1971-constructed home. They were upfront with pricing, very professional, and provided an excellent quality of work. They strived to ensure no surprises, and they were very adaptable to issues encountered during the install. They also improved our attic venting which was at 1971 standards. We even had very old venting that was completely phased out (they did their best to find a replacement part) and they were able to give us a completely new replacement. This was a great, painless experience.

Very good to work with in that communication skills were timely and accommodating and work was done with a very efficient and thoughtful crew. Crew was large enough to get the job done quickly. Each of the crew knew all tasks (skilled) and didn’t hesitate to jump in when something needed t be done. Crew cleaned up the debris at the end of each day. One small problem happened which was addressed and solved with skill. Job cost was on the higher side, but the quality was also. Very satisfied.

Very responsive, thorough and quick to course correct when an issue cropped up on the project. Whether it was scoping, during the project, and afterwards resolving punch list items, Pinnacle was great. No complaints.

Replaced our 27 year-old shingles and then added solar panels at the same time (late in 2018) and Pinnacle was a dream to work with. Roof looks great, solar panels have eliminated our electric bill. More recently, we worked with Pinnacle to add matching shingles to a new canopy roof we had added over our deck. Even though this was a small project, Pinnacle has again been very easy to work with. One caveat, with this project, we had a very long lead time before it kicked off so we mostly avoided the supply-chain issues that are impacting many remodels.

Pinnacle did an outstanding job on our roof replacement - job was installed timely, and they did a great cleanup - 5 star on this component of the work. But the replacement of the skylight was a bit of a cluster - not great communication, skylight that was installed was not a replacement, but had to be somewhat cobbled together. Took quite a bit longer to get to completion - this was a 2 to 3 star process. In the end, the result was just acceptable, but not what we expected. Disappointed on this piece of the work.

Very happy with Pinnacle. We just had them do a complete replacement of our house’s roof and new gutters to go with it. Big upgrade from what originally came with the house. Keith was an honest, helpful, knowledgeable estimator, and Ricky was a punctual, organized, and knowledgeable project manager and gave me great confidence in their work. The entire crew was on time, friendly, professional, and does extremely high quality work. Would highly recommend to anyone needing anything roof related.

If you want a cheap, low quality roof, go somewhere else. Pinnacle Roofing only does high quality work. I got several quotes on replacing my roof and at first glance, the Pinnacle quote seemed on the high side but a closer look revealed that it included value added items not included and would cost more in other quotes, items that insured a job done right. Their sales rep, Curt Kohler, was great and easy to work with also. The roof is now done per new county housing requirements (venting, mostly), something no other quotes include.

I had my roof and gutters and had solar done on my house. They are an amazing company to work with, communication, workmanship, and cleanliness. I have been in construction for almost 30 years and will say these guys were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend if you are getting your roof replaced or gutters or solar, this is the team you should get.

I've used Pinnacle Roofing four times after they replaced a difficult low-slope roof. Every time they have done a perfect job, with great people at a fair price and on time. I've hired them to replace a flat roof at a house I rent out, then the main shingle roof, and the latest job building a shingles porch roof with skylights. Barring the unlikely event that they go out of business, I will use Pinnacle Roofing for all my roofing projects. It's hard to want more than perfection.

Pinnacle just finished a new roof and solar installation that included both flat and pitched roof lines. They worked the schedule around weather delays and did an excellent job. They were helpful with material/equipment advice and gave us options on the quote. The crew were polite and hardworking. The communication was good throughout the project. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Pinnacle Roofing provided an extraordinary experience exceeding all of our expectations. After watching hours and hours of roofing and solar installation videos and studying other peoples' systems, both our roofing and solar are more meticulously installed than any other roof or solar install I've seen anywhere. It really is beautiful. We unfortunately discovered a lot of rotten wood (trusses) under our roof during the process which added considerably to our project costs. Even with the enormity of added work involved, given how competitive Pinnacle's quotes were to begin with, we were still able to finish the project under the cost of some of our other bids and they still hit our schedule deadlines. This was a huge purchase/investment for us and I feel enormously grateful to have undertaken this with Pinnacle Roofing. Profound gratitude to their roofers who were so delightfully friendly and committed to the mastery of their work despite working in rainy winter weather. We were beyond blessed and thankful to have a roof over our house in time for Christmas despite all of the extra work. And big thanks to the solar installers who took the time to maximize the installation aesthetic down to every last inch of panel placement. It is rare that you find the most competitive cost, quality, and customer service all in the same provider. Thank you Pinnacle.

I"m not one for writing reviews, but I feel I would be remiss in not sharing my experience with the owner and crews at Pinnacle Roofing.
I own a 12,000 sq. foot commercial building in Edmonds Washington on highway 99. The building is 32 years old and we have been patching it to keep it from leaking for far too long. We received bids from 5 different roofing companies and while Pinnacle was not the least expensive, they were by far the best rated publicly as well as with individual owners who have had them work on their roofs. Having superior sales people that KNEW the roofing business and were super transparent didn't hurt.
We signed a two page contract and they started working. Four days into the project on a beautiful night, out of nowhere, for 20 minutes, a torrential downpour happened over our building. 70% of our ceiling tiles and insulation got soaked. Pinnacle was on the job first thing in the morning pulling out wet insulation and tile and putting in new. They were amazing! Our bill for the job from them was reduced by about 20% for our inconvenience. Remarkably Honest. Easy to work with. Refreshing. I'd recommend Pinnacle to anyone.

Fantastic company. They put in our state of the art solar system. Extremely, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Every time people ask to see the system, they are impressed at the work Joe, Freddy and the crew put together. I highly recommend this company. They did a great deal of extras, after the fact. When there was a minor issue with an inverter,Joe made two special trips to fix it. Two counties away mind you.

The system is now working great. The electrician Joe set up our generator system used to keep our batteries up to snuff, since we do have tree issues that block a portion of the sun on gloomy days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY AND THE STAFF!!!

We just bought a townhouse. The inspector found a leak on the roof, and water mark has already been identified in the attic. My contractor refused to do it, because the roof is too high. Since it is getting into rainy season in Seattle now, it becomes really urgent to get it fixed. I sent in a quote request to Pinnacles on Sunday, hoping to get a response early Monday morning. But Lenny responded immediately, and promised that they would accommodate my need and the repair work would be completed by Tuesday before it starts to rain. They did complete the roof repair work today as promised. The pictures Lenny sent in showed that their work is professional with quality. I would recommend Pinnacles to any friend who needs to do work on the roof. Such great services!
